i've patronized this location since it opened about 10 years ago we moved here from Georgia and in my ninth decade I've consume a lot of McDonald's food. That facility is currently staffed largely by Hispanics. My observation is that they are a happy team sometimes a little slow and noticing that I am parked out in the front pick up section and my order gets staged, but sometimes goes unnoticed that I am waiting in the pick up area. However, in the past three or four months, the response has been greatly improved so it appears management has focused on this and I have picked up in mornings late afternoon and evening hours. I would say the evening shift shows less improvement but it's still significant. To start the workers were not hospitable in any sense and there customer service requires work. I waited for my food for 20 minutes and when they didn't serve my food I asked them and they were very rude towards me. when they started making my food I noticed how dirty the store was and was appalled at how they left there store. after another 10 minutes a compatriot I was with inquired about our food again in which case the manger told me he would refund my order and we must leave immediately or law enforcement would be contacted. Two of us stop here for lunch on our way home from an appointment. It is a stand alone facility located off a busy highway in a shopping mall. We arrived at a very busy time and the place was buzzing! We placed our order with the mobile app and requested table service. While waiting for our food we noticed that the crew was doing all they could to keep up with the activity. They were hustling! When our food did arrive we noticed that the tray had two empty cups, no straws, no napkins. So we had to get up and get these items for ourselves. So, what is table service? I recommend the Warrington McDonald's. Do you love waiting in line for several minutes without any acknowledgement and with nobody in front of you and a completely empty parking lot only to be handed a bag of lukewarm French fries and poorly prepped food? Look no further; you've come to the right place. Generally speaking, McDonald's employees usually provide decent service to counteract the destruction of the food that they are slinging on your tray. Not so with this location. Here the quality of food is second only to the quality of service. The lady who took my order seemed professional and pleasant enough. She seemed courteous, more or less, when I drove to Window One to pay my bill. I wasn't blown away, but I wasn't put off either. But it was all downhill from there. The lady at Window 2 was MIA for about 7 minutes. After waiting several minutes, she greeted me with, "You said you want mayo?" "I'm well, thank you for asking instead of treating me like another number." I wouldn't be so salty if I hadn't heard extremely loud laughter and shouting from the kitchen during my protracted wait. I could have even dealt with the wait if I had been handed a bag of piping hot food. Nope, I've tasted warmer ice cubes than those French fries, and my 6-piece Sweet'n Spicy Chicken Tenders...yeah, AKA, squirted with some barbecue sauce. Not sure why I had to wait so long without any other vehicles ahead of me and an empty dining room inside for barely warm fast food. I guess whatever was going on in the kitchen was more important than customer satisfaction. It was certainly entertaining. I ate 2-3 French fries. Temperature was the least of my concerns. The fries had a nasty after taste. Wouldn't be surprised if the bundle of sunshine who handed me my food had done something untoward. Maybe that's what was so funny? After eating those 2-3 fries, and what might very well have been a thriving colony of intentionally implanted E. coli, I just didn't trust anything in that bag, and I dumped all of the food in the garbage, which is probably the best place for ALL fast food, but hey...old habits die hard. Next time though I'm going to lay my habits to rest at Chik Fil-A where I get treated with this thing called basic human decency and a wait time that is reflected in and compensated by the quality of the food. read more

Double check your food, it's always wrong, even the happy meals. If you ask for extra fries in the happy meals, they still give apple slices. Has happened to me 4x in the past month. I'm coming back to bump my rating up a couple stars. The food and service have slightly improved. I haven't found any mystery items in my food and the items I order are generally pretty fresh. My only complaint is that there still seem to be some issues with providing the correct items prepared accurately. I have learned not to order McCafe drinks from this location because they heavily over-sweeten and, oftentimes, add the wrong flavors. However, the manager seems to be on the ball with trying to keep things functioning well and I see a lot of the same employees, so turnover seems to be low to moderate. Not nearly as high as other locations. They've come a long way, but have a bit more to improve before they're functioning anywhere between 80-100%. read more

So its a Mickey Ds cant write much..besides the fact that it took forever to get my order taken inside. There was no one in the place besides myself and a cute old couple enjoying their breakfast. I didnt order anything too crazy, I had a sausage mcgriddle and a sausage biscuit which i wanted with cheese...they forgot the dang cheese...not a problem right? Yikes. I don't bother writing reviews on fast food, only because I don't expect much in the way of service or quality. However, this is the worst mcdonalds; and it deserves a review. Besides 1 other family, im the only other customer in the restaurant. And I can't hear myself think because the staff was so loud. Do you need to scream across the store to communicate?? While waiting for my food, I witnessed 2 employees attempting to make 5 milkshakes/smoothies. A woman was topping the milkshake off with a cherry, and hopelessly missed. The cherry landed on the other employees shirt. HE PICKD IT UP OFF OF HIS SHIRT AND PUT IT ON THE MILKSHAKE. Absolutely disgusting!! Oh but it gets worse. The male employee thought it was a great idea to carry all 5 drinks over at once. It doesn't take a genius to guess what happens next, he drops 2 on the floor. and they explode. everywhere. Ive been here a number of times because its close to my apartment. This McDonald's is terrible. One of the worst. On any given day you can walk in and expect to be completely and explicitly ignored. There are no real cashiers, the person assigned to the register will just wander around near the drive through area with the rest of the employees, confused and disinterested, as the fry machines beep excessively from being equally unattended. You can expect when they do take your order that they'll get it wrong the first time because they aren't listening at all. They'll never ask if you want anything else. When they're done they ignore the next person in line and dissappear back into the grouped up gaggle of uselessness clustered by the drive through. The floors and tables are always dirty, and much more than you would expect. There are wrappers, drink lids, discarded napkins, bits of paper, and liquids all over the floor and table surfaces. When they "clean" they just sweep the big bits and walk away, ignoring the rest of it. Trays pile up on the garbages, the straws dont get refilled, the napkins can be found empty at times. At this point they really need to fire the entire staff, managers included. They're not going to get it together. read more

Compared to the other reviews about this McDonalds,this one will be "glowing", ok, not really. The quality of the food is what you would expect from a fast food place, decent. I rolled up the the drive thru, gave my order, proceeded to the first window to pay, and paid. By the time I got to the 2nd window, I could see my bag being held out the window, waiting for me. It was quick. When I opened my bag, I saw a skimpy amount of fries. They're barely visible if looking at the front of the fry container. I've been skimped before, but this was ridiculous! Absolutely terrible. I stayed in line for a good 5 minutes (doing rush hour, it goes by slow) struggling with a worker and manager to apply my reward to my order. I ordered a mcmuffin with egg and cheese since I am vegetarian and the award was for a free sausage mcmuffin so the worker had to switch my order temporarily to a sausage McMuffin to see if it would change anything. Unfortunately after the back and forth and the 5 minutes that passed they just overrode the award and asked me to pull forward. Before receiving my bag with my food I asked the lady "is this just egg and cheese?" And she confirms. She handed me the bag and repeated my question but I'm a questioning tone so I stated once more "this is JUST egg and cheese?" And she nods. To my surprise there was sausage with the McMuffin! I don't eat at McDonalds except for 3 items - French fries, milkshakes and hi-c orange. Although since their hi-c is no longer (cough cough , McDonald's if you're reading this .... bring back orange hi-c). So since I don't eat anything else because I don't eat most fast food, take this review as you will. I normally go through drive thru and I like that there are two service stations to order at. This McDonalds also has a designated spot for you to pull up to / park at if your order wasn't finished while you were waiting - which is nifty. The inside of this place is extremely clean and all of the staff who has worked here has also been nice. I have never had trouble with service no matter what time I have gone, although it hasn't ever been particularly crowded. The fries are always fresh though, which I'm happy about. My family frequently eats here and has never had any problems, they usually go here purposely because they have the least amount of problems here. read more

Personally it's not bad for a bunch of 14 year olds just looking for money. Yes, it's full of (sometimes) rude people, but you have to remember McDonald's is the starting point for jobs. It's teens we are talking about. Remember when you were a teen in middle school/ high school those days were terrible and everyone was busy. Reading theses reviews makes me wonder how you treat people. Yes things might be wrong, yes things might be missing but it's not ok to just through your food out and complain about the lines. If anything is missing just go up to the counter and politely ask if they have it. They most likely do and then just didn't see it on your order. Or if it is at a really busy time for example on Saturdays they will mess up at some point but they will make it right. Just remember they are kids.
