Bad Pizza
Yaz M.

Only get ur pizza here on Friday's (or not at all if ur LGBTQ+), they don't make it good during the week, like, ever. But sadly the person who made it last time on a Friday (like a month ago) completely ignored me standing there at the takeaway counter, presumably because I'm trans. A cis woman came in stood next to me and they served her immediately. They looked right at me and didn't even act like I existed. She's black, not sure her name, or how they identify. But next time she gets discriminated against let her remember how she treated me. I wouldn't call it karma tho. I mean they don't even make pizza well. Just good enough for it to be edible, but only 50% of the time. Half the time it's seriously messed up. Don't get no finishing sauce either cuz the pizza will be soaked. But finding good pizza in Bucks Co. is near impossible. It's a shame cuz they got the right oven. Just the wrong people. I mean ya take what ya can get. But yo, Friday is go time. Have ur best there. Make sure they care. Cuz if they bigots they gonna create problems, believe it. Take a look at their handiwork. This pic is how NOT to make a pizza.

It's a great restaurant to take the whole family. Everyone can order their own pizza or salad and pick all their own toppings. Their are numerous choices to pick from and they put on as many as you want. I had them make me a spinach salad with chicken . It was delicious. I also had a slice of pizza which was very good . The crust was cooked so it was dark on the bottom and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The meal and drinks for five of us was under $60 and we had plenty of leftovers.

Service was fast, friendly and efficient. We did a BYO pizza and BYO salad. Both came out perfect and delicious. Will def return!

Who knew something so simple could taste this amazing! This place makes some really great pizza! I love the crust, sauce and all the toppings. You have the option to pick your own toppings or some of the ones that they have. I got the meat lovers and it was delicious. It had plenty of sausage and pepperoni to your hearts desire. It's also quick so you don't have to wait for too long. There is indoor/outdoor seating which is great.

Have gone here many times no problem, all with the same order. i get their plain pizza (maddie) with ranch and basil. i went in and ordered it and the lady helping me was not very kind, but it may not be her day which happens to all of us sometimes. Three people behind me got their order before mine though? and when they called my name it was a plain maddie with no basil or ranch. the man working offered if i wanted finishing sauce so i said yes please ranch. he put that on. i then looked at the pizza and noticed no basil? i asked the lady who took my order kindly if there was basil and showed her my pizza. she aggressively took the pizza back and just sprinkled some on. this was not baked in and did not taste very good. may consider finding a new spot.

At Mod you can customize your pizza with as many toppings as you like for one flat price. Choose from mini (6"), Mod size (11"), and mega (double 11" crust). There are suggested topping combinations to choose from, or you can or create your own (just like you customize your burrito at Chipotle). We got a mini Tristan, which is a white pie with mozzarella, asiago, mushrooms, roasted peppers and pesto. We also created our own Mod size pie with tomato sauce, mozzarella, garlic, kale, and pepperoni. Both were tasty with a nicely crisped thin crust. The decor is modern and warm, and has a cool vibe as many of the newer, trendy, casual chain restaurants do. There is a wide variety of toppings to choose allowing for a unique pizza experience. Foodies will appreciate that! We came on a busy day, the line moved quickly and had no problems with service.

My pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, spicy sausage, salami, mushrooms, green peppers, & roasted garlic. Giant hunks!

I'm writing this review after my lunch experience today and my prior 2 visits. MOD pizza is semi-new to Valley Square. It just opened this past summer and prior to its opening the closest MOD pizza is the one in horsham which I have also visited. I do like the warrington location much better. The main reason I like the warrington location better is because of the staff. The staff at warrington is always super nice. My first visit I had an extremely nice gentleman who explained the whole process to me and my friend. He explained, just as I tell everyone, it's like Chipotle, but with pizza. He was very patient with us and made sure we were satisfied with our pizzas and salads. The second time I came here I went with my mom and the restaurant was extremely busy! We went on one of the days the local schools were off and so it was filled with middle schoolers. I recommend not going here on a Friday night or any day that schools are off, if you enjoy quiet and cleanliness. The workers seemed a little frazzled that day due to the high volume of customers. However they still were patient with my mom whose first time it was. Today I went and I had another great experience. The woman who made our pizzas was patient with my dad whose first time it was and who is hard of hearing. My dad told her it was his first time here and she said that she hoped we enjoyed them because they were made with love! I've only ever gotten the "mod" pizza, which is the regular size. They do offer a mini and a double crust option. I also have always only ever gotten red sauce. My favorite toppings are the roasted garlic and the spicy Italian sausage. I didn't care for the regular sausage. I also love their fountain drinks, they have great lemonades and teas! They also offer milkshakes which I still have to try. The building is still very clean and new and I love the industrial vibes as well as the local details such as a big "Warrington" wooden hanging. Overall I love this place and I'll continue to come back!

This is my new favorite pizza place! The atmosphere is very chill and casual, but it is BYOB and there is a Taste Wine store right next door so... you do the math. Anyway. You create your own pizza. Unlimited toppings and NO extra charges even for premiums like roasted garlic, arugula, fresh basil, extra cheese, etc etc. The pizza's cook up in a brick oven, and before you can pay and grab your delicious beverages they are yelling "Order Up". The Pizza is soooooooo bomb, some of the best I've ever had. My boyfriend cheated and went without me for his lunch break 2 days in a row. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. The Service exceeded our expectations, and the Pizza knocked our socks off!!!

I went here on a Saturday afternoon with my mom and we had a great experience! The restaurant itself is nice- sleek, clean, and welcoming. We split a pizza and ordered half and half- one with barbecue chicken and onions, the other with pesto and roasted red peppers. We also got an order or the garlic breadsticks and a drink for both or us. Everything was great and at a very affordable price point. My mom especially loved the unsweetened flavored ice tea options. (I'm a big fan of their lemonades!) This is a great place to stop for a quick meal in between shopping at Valley Square- I hope to go back soon!

They messed up my order. I ordered through DoorDash. Sad that at this price, and the time taken, they still messed it up.

Amalios Pizza & Pasta

Amalios Pizza & Pasta

I work in Ivyland and ordered the vodka rigatoni from Amalio's Pizza and Pasta for lunch for lunch…read moretoday -- and wow. You can absolutely tell the rigatoni is homemade; it practically melts in your mouth. The vodka sauce was unbelievable -- rich, creamy, and perfectly textured, clinging to each piece of pasta. The hint of crushed tomatoes blended beautifully with the cheese and fresh parsley. Hands down one of the best lunches I've had in a long time. I will definitely be ordering again -- and next time I'll be picking it up myself! Grazie Amalio's! Angela Michetti

I had already had chicken cheesesteak a few weeks prior with Door Dash and it was really good Last week I tried to place an order directly with the store but a recording said to order with the Slice app. I ordered their chicken alfredo for 21.95. However you had to choose the sauce for an additional $3.95. Also I got mushrooms for $1. I order garlic knots for 50 cents but they gave me a loaf of garlic bread which was burnt for an additional $5.00. My bill was over $31 and there was no chicken on the chicken alfredo. I called then to advise all these mistakes. They offered to remake it and/or adjust my bill when I came into the store again. ???? They told me they had new staff who was not sure how to enter my order. They have lots to improve upon. I don't live in that area but my son does. I won't be going back regardless. Also by the way the cheesesteak was $21.95 which is a lot for a cheesesteak. I hope they figure out their business.

My wife heard about Steel Penny Cafe from a colleague at work who lives in Hatboro, so we decided…read moreto check it out on Thursday, February 12, 2026. We are glad we did. From the street it has a really cool look and the inside leans into an industrial style with a great aesthetic. It's a comfortable space with a nice vibe. We ordered a couple of cocktails: a lemon drop and a Manhattan. Strategically we decided to split a Detroit-style pizza called the Iron Pig. Good call because one square was the perfect amount for dinner. And now we have a few meals to heat up for the next few days. The drinks were excellent and the pizza was outstanding. Great flavor. Our server Ally was welcoming and friendly and top notch on service. It is the middle of winter so we weren't considering outside dining, but they have a great outdoor space near the street. Looks like a fun place to hang out. It's definitely a place we'd consider visiting again.

We have been sleeping on Steel Penny!…read more Going down the list, the staff is incredible! They are all so hard working and so attentive to everything. They don't have server tunnel vision, they work as a team and it shows! The vibes are so cool here. I mean, if you're gonna open a cafe next to a scrap yard, you have to lean in to the theming. I love the vibes, I love the appearance. The food is amazing top to bottom. First, their coffee drinks are always spot hitting, partly due to the fact that they roast their own coffee beans on site. The cocktail menu is always enticing an even though I'm not a huge drinker, I'll be working my way around this. The breakfast options are plenty and if you don't get their bacon you are missing out! The lunch sandwiches are served on a house made ciabatta style bread. Packed with fresh meats, cheeses and veggies. Every ingredient is perfectly seasoned and added delicately, not just items slapped on a roll. The Detroit pizza is what initially drew me in. While they have some options with more toppings, I'd say go for some of the more simple Detroit pies to really allow the famous crust to really shine through. My personal favorite so far is the white pie they do with roasted portobello mushrooms. I have only been for breakfast and lunch but with all the craft beer options I need to go back for dinner to sit and relax with some friends and family!

Ardana Food & Drink - Warrington, PA…read more I recently visited Ardana to try a few of their new menu items along with a couple of long-time favorites, and once again, this place reminded me why it's one of my go-to spots in Bucks County. We started with our absolute favorite small plate, the Whipped Ricotta with saba and EVOO, served with grilled semolina bread. The saba drizzle adds this subtle sweetness that completely sets it apart from any other ricotta dish around. Simple, fresh, and absolutely perfect. Next up was one of the new items, the Italian Sausage Soup with kale, orzo, and pecorino. It was hearty and flavorful, the kind of soup that feels like a warm hug on a cold night. Then came the Honeycrisp Apple Salad, made with mixed greens, dried cherries, gorgonzola, toasted pine nuts, and champagne vinaigrette. I decided to add a chicken cutlet (because, you know, protein goals), and I'm so glad I did , the chicken cutlet at Ardana is outstanding. Crispy, juicy, and easily one of the best I've had locally. Another new menu item I tried was the Spinach Ravioli Carbonara with crispy pepperoni, pecorino, and chives. The flavor balance was fantastic, creamy, smoky, and rich, though I do wish the portion came with a few more raviolis because it was that good. And of course, I couldn't leave without ordering my go-to large plate: the Pork Chop Parm. This time, I switched things up and asked for vodka sauce instead of the San Marzano tomato sauce, and it was a hit! Even a few staff members turned their heads when it came out. Trust me, try it "drunken style" if you're in the mood to remix a classic. Overall, the new menu items at Ardana get straight A's from me. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and the food hit every note. Whether you're stopping in for small plates, cocktails, or a full dinner, Ardana continues to be a standout in the Warrington dining scene. Must-order: Whipped Ricotta Pro tip: Add the chicken cutlet to your salad, you won't regret it.
