Food is good as always. I love the choices of special pizzas, unique flavors. Service is flawless and fast. The location of this restaurant is right near the Septa Train station for Ambler. One of the best pizza places!

Been going to The Pizza Box years. Love their pizza! Crust is thin, sauce and cheese are excellent. Their customer service is top notch. They even had free donuts made on-site the day I went. Everything is fresh and prepared with quality and care. Glenside location is cash only. I always enjoy anything I order at The Pizza Box!

Opened the pizza when I got home and saw this. Very disappointed.

First time ordering from pizza box and it will be my last. I drove out of my way to try this place and arrived home with a pizza folded in half. Wait time was estimated 45 minutes and my pizza was lukewarm when I got home. The flavor of the pizza was fine...I wouldn't even say average. We also got a chicken cheesesteak and I would not call it memorable. Overall very disappointed.

    Pizza!!!

Great service and food. Clean environment and very friendly employees. Thank you so much! Great lunch with the family

Italian Hoagie - Good size, ok roll. Balsamic Vinegar not red wine.

When you hear someone e say it's like leather, this is what they're talking about--although I don't think I ever thought about it regarding chicken. I had about 3 bites and could not eat any more of it. Incredibly disappointing. My dining companions' meals were fine, just fine--nothing that stands out, though. We had a good server. Ambiance was fine. But we came for the food, and we left disappointed. We will not be back.

Personally, I thought the sauce was way too salty and more of the consistency of soup. It does come with a choice of salad (caesar salad or house) or soup (chicken noodle, French onion, and I think there's one more option). I got the Caesar and thought it was pretty good, I really enjoyed the dressing! The French onion soup also exceeded expectations. It was well seasoned and very cheesy. Overall, the food is decent/standard but a good deal! The restaurant has plenty of outdoor seating with string lights to enjoy the warm weather. The inside is a little more dim and has a classy tavern vibe. Relatively large restaurant that can probably seat large parties. Service was good and everyone was nice.

It came with two kinds of meats, two cheeses, olives, and roasted red peppers, which felt pretty underwhelming but u suppose reasonable for the price. The stuffed mushrooms were actually very good flavor wise, but unfortunately they arrived lukewarm. The garlic knots, however, were heavenly! easily one of the best parts of the meal . The meatballs were average but good. nothing memorable, and the calamari was nothing special either as the fish to batter ratio was off and left it a bit disappointing. For entrées, my mom's Shrimp Scampi & Linguini was overcooked and slimy, which was a letdown. My dad did enjoy his Rigatoni Pesto & Steak, so that was a highlight. The house salad was again nothing special, and my grilled chicken was burnt and unpleasantly sour. The fries were good (as fries usually are), but it was strange that the only condiment offered at first was ketchup. After asking again, we eventually found out they did have mayo. Service was mixed. Our server switched halfway through the meal, and drinks took a while to come out. Both servers were sweet and attentive, but they weren't very proactive about dealing with or asking the kitchen about simple modifications. That said, it was late and close to the end of the night, and as someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I understand how that can be tricky. Given the circumstances, they did a decent job, and we made sure to tip well because we appreciated their effort. Dessert was definitely the strongest part of the meal. Everything we tried was delicious from the chocolate cake which was rich, fudgy, and mouthwatering, and the cheesecake and cannoli were just as good. Was also nicely busy for the later time we were there so i recommend making a reservation. Overall, From the Boot was fine, with a few highs and misses. Not terrible, but not particularly impressive either.

Very impressed with their food…read more Chorizo egg roll with chicken in it was fiery and delish. Beef Brisket with Alabama BBQ White Sauce was exceptional on a brioche bun. I had a bite of the monster chicken tenders, which were very good, however buyer beware they are a bit on the spicy side. It was very good, we did not get the one that comes with a bit of heat in the form of Harissa Paste, however I would be up to possible try it another time with the Harissa addtition. They have an extensive beer list as well and I ended up getting a 16oz for $5 bucks after receiving $2 off as it was happy hour 4pm-6-pm Tuesday through Thursday. The beer was good, no complaints. They also have some very interesting looking desserts however I did not have any room left to indulge. I would definitely come back and recommend you try some of their food items.
