This place has the worst delivery service of all the pizza places in Ambler area! We ordered pizza on Thursday night around 8:00 pm online. Their quality check was around 8:33 pm. We assumed that the pizza would be at our door in 15 minutes, by 8:45pm. It did not happen. I called Domino's at 9:10pm and was told that the driver had some difficulty with a customer and he is on his way to us. Around 9:45 pm I called the place again and I was told that the driver has multiple deliveries before us. It was almost 1.5 hrs later and we live 10 minutes from Domino's and the pizza was not delivered yet. So I canceled the order. read more

Ordered a pizza and two salads online. We had to pay upfront (credit card). They delivered WITHOUT the salads and would not refund us for the price of salads which we did not get even after tipping. Just don't even attempt to go to this location worst customer service ever. Definitely recommend you just go to ambler pizza. My dessert order looked like dog poop I was very upset about it as I did pay for it. I went back to the store and was told it is perfectly fine and that all he could do was remake the one cake for me but there was nothing wrong with it. As if I'm just being extra about it. Mind you the cake has no sugar on top and has clearly been cleaned off the top of the box as if it fell on the floor. Placed an online order and was called at the time my food was supposed to be here asking me to come pick it up "because there were no drivers available." If there were no drivers available, don't make my food and then ask me to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be delivered. I used a rewards coupon which I cannot re-use (not that I will ever order there again) and the person KEPT CALLING ME BACK TO YELL AT ME FOR HANGING UP ON THEM AND THEN LEFT TWO MORE VOICE MESSAGES AFTER THAT TO CONTINUE YELLING. I am so so sooooo upset with this store! Here's what happened: I placed an order online around 7.15pm last night, which was a Friday night. 8.45pm: no sign of my delivery so I called the store. The lady who answered was extremely rude to me for no reason. All I asked was where my order was and then said that it had been 1.5 hours to which she said that it takes longer. Thing is, when I placed the order, it said delivery in 60-90 minutes. I only called after 90 mins. Her response was that that isn't accurate because it's online and doesn't account for cooking which takes 30 minutes! I asked to talk to the manager. A man came on the phone. I repeated that it's been longer than 90 mins but no sign of my food and I'm starving and I wanted a refund. He asked that I give it 10 more minutes otherwise he'll give me a refund. 9pm: FIFTEEN MINS later I called back and the manager tells me "please give it 2 more mins otherwise I'll give you a refund".. are you kidding me!!!! I was pretty upset and told him it's not nice because I gave him more than the time he asked for.. eventually he gave in but asked me if I'd like a free medium pizza next time I order instead of the refund... anyways, eventually he said he's refunding my money. When my pizza got delivered - it was such a bummer because it was totally BURNED!!!! Also, I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza but they hadn't put any buffalo sauce on it! It was so horrible!!! Absolutely the worst pizza and everything else ever. The toppings never go to the edge, leaving a 3.5 inch crust. Part of my pizza has no toppings at all. This time I got the hot wings thinking how could you possibly mess this up? Duh. Order from Dominoes. Chicken nuggets with a container of hot sauce on the side is not hot wings. I kick myself every six months to a year when I'm starving and nothing else is open and I think "I'm sure it's going to be better this time or they would be out of business by now". Get an Uber eats. Ugh... where do I start... this location needs help in customer service. I called to follow up on a large order for my students because the tracker app was not work or Ambler doesn't use it. Anyway they we very rude when I asked about my 20 min late order. They told me they had to remake on of our pizzas and I need to or patient. I explained I ordered it at 9:00 in the morning for a noon delivery let a 20% tip and now my students need to go to class. They didn't care one bit. Calling Ambler Pizza in the future. read more

Mistakes happen, I called them they answered right away and where willing to make it right as well as willing to throw in a few extra icings as their apology. Have to admit, I was hesitant to order from here because of the reviews. But had a craving for their new Brooklyn Style Pizza, so gave it a shot. Today is the 2nd day I ordered from them & have to say the pizza was delicious with the unique flavor of the cheeses used for the Brooklyn Style. Brandon, the manager who picked up the phone when I called, was very friendly and accommodating. I had mentioned I was here for business and from New Jersey & he made sure to call me back to ask if I wanted the pie cut in 8 or 6 slices (FYI.....6 slices is the way it is prepared). The quality of food and staff has been on a downfall ever since I started eating there, but as of October 2020, they have hit rock bottom. Every time I order from ambler dominos, I wait over an hour and a half. Every time my food is ice cold. Then they send you a coupon for a free pizza. But guess what. I ordered my food at 6:00 pm and received it at 8:50. I called around 7 pm to ask about the status of my order and was told that it will get to me in 10 minutes. As You can tell, that was not the case. When i open the pizza box after a three hour wait, I was very disappointed to see that they did not give me what I order. The customer service was trash. In my order, I ordered with a coupon which was 2 medium pizzas, a 2-liter soda, 16 Parmesan bread bites, and 8 cinnamon bread twists. At first, the guy was nice. Kinda old and scruffy looking (imagine waluigi). But as he was leaving and I handed him the money(like 12% tip), he gave me a dirty look. And thennnnn we opened everything and realized we were missing the Parmesan bread bites. Tana was not happy about that. So basically, we called dominos and they put me on hold for like 5 years but finally was like "what's up?" And I was like "yo where my Parmesan bread bites at?" And they were like "my bad, we're sending them right over." So it was like no biggie right? We eat our pizza and after 20 minutes WE STILL HAVENT GOTTEN OUR BREAD BITES. At this point Tana was steaming. We call again and after 5 more years of being put on hold, they were like "what's up" and I was like "bro I'm boutta call the police you finessed me of my bread bites" and they were like "nah nah we got you. We'll be there in 20." And I was like "Ard but I want a free bottle of iced tea" but the guy said no and went to get someone named Albert. Fast forward to when the waluigi delivery guy finally came 20 minutes later (we timed it) with the bread bites and a 20oz bottle of iced tea. Kept his head down the whole time, handed it to me, and left. Awful experience. No one should wait 40 minutes for bread bites. Update: I threw up that night at 2am. Pretty sure they gave me food poisoning or waluigi spit in the bread bites. I will not be going back to dominos for a while and request unlimited iced tea. These guys follow the Dominos recipes, so the pizzas taste like any other Dominos, the problem is they can't staff drivers. Once again tonight the pizza came out of the oven and and sat, being delivered 50 minutes later. It was barely warm and chewy, having sat so long. This happens 2 out of every 3 times we order, and there's always some excuse. You call the store and it's always the same story, "we don't have enough drivers, or "a bunch called in sick." However recently I went online to order and it was not working because the store has listed they close at 10p when they do not, making it unable for people to order after that time. I called and told the person working my troubles and he immediately dismissed me, he didn't even offer to take my order over the phone. I have never in my life experienced such awful customer service, as well as pizza. We have ordered from this location for going on 7 years and almost every time the order is wrong. The last time we ordered buffalo chicken pizza, the pizza came with chicken, cheese, and that's it. I called and was told they would send out another one. An hour later I called back and they said t he pizza was leaving the store now. 45 minutes later I called again, as the pizza still had not arrived. The assistant manager stated they never said they were correcting their error, that they said they would send the sauce out (so I could put it on my pizza myself, two hours after it had been delivered). I asked what the managers name was and if I could speak with her. They mumbled a name and would not give me the spelling of it. They then put my on hold for 15 minutes, but I waited. When they picked up the phone again, I could hear laughing, and they then slammed the receiver down and hung up on me. This is not the first instance of a similar experience.
