Fries, vegetables, onion rings, or even seafood can all pick up beef fat if they're cooked in that fryer. Second, from a nutrition standpoint, beef tallow is relatively high in saturated fat. My goal is to favor heart-healthier fats, oils richer in unsaturated fats. This would include olive, avocado, or canola oil which fit that goal better. Very disappointed as one who was a loyal customer.
