My sister and I were craving a bite to eat after a long day exploring around New Hope, PA. Our Airbnb was in Glenside, so we decided to park in the general "downtown" area and hope for the best in our food search. It was a little later in the day, so things were looking grim for us. We then stumbled upon Glenside Pizza. The inside of the pizzeria is pretty much just counter service, so we placed our order of two personal sized pizzas and sat outside. I had the hot honey + pepperoni pizza. There was no description provided on the menu board, so I was unsure what exactly I would be receiving. When in doubt order from Glenside Pizza. They offer a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, pizza, and appetizers. Portion sizes are pretty hefty. My go to is the grilled chicken Caesar salad. Their bacon/sausage cheese pizzas are also really good too. I've also had their vegetable quesadillas, fried mushrooms, and Mega fries. There isn't anything here I wouldn't recommend. We stopped in here for dinner before a show at the Keswick. I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a meatball Parm grinder, and my wife and son split a white pizza. The meatball sub was awesome! Great toasted crusty roll loaded up with sliced meatballs, delicious sauce and a ton of mozzarella cheese. I was a little surprised to see the meatballs sliced up, but it worked! Good stuff! The white pizza was a little different from what we normally see in a white pizza. This one was made like a normal pizza, except with garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce. Also very good. Friendly staff, and quick service. It only took about 10-15 minutes for our food to be ready. No seating inside, but if the weather is nice, there are about 5 or 6 tables outside on the sidewalk, or just get it to go and take it home. I'd definitely eat here again. read more

I was at the Keswick Theater this weekend for two back-to-back shows in one night, which meant after the first one let out, I had less than an hour to find something quick and delicious to eat before the later show. Everywhere else was packed to the brim with other show-goers, so I decided the pizza shop across the street seemed like a safe bet. The customer area inside of the shop itself is small and has no seating, but they offer some outdoor patio tables, which was nice. For such a small shop, they were able to handle the long line of people fairly efficiently as well. I decided to be less-difficult and order just a slice of plain pizza. I was happy to see, for their price, that the slices were HUGE. So you definitely get your moneys worth there. The pizza itself was a tad on the dough-ier side, which is not my preference, but everyone is different. In a pinch, it hit the spot and I was able to get in, out, and back to the theater in good time thanks to their quick service, especially given the heavy foot traffic at the time I was there. read more

It's a shame I have to type this. We are trying to support local businesses so we ordered on a Friday night. It was 6:15pm. We received our food after one hour and 20mins. Now I understand it's Friday night and food can take awhile. This was the least of my concerns. Just passed the hour mark I called them to check on the order. One may say "Why didn't you call to report the issue and give them a chance to correct it". Think about it..after the Great!
