    Mango.

Wholesome vibes, great drinks, and even better people! The drinks are well-crafted without being fussy--flavorful, balanced, and strong enough to remind you you're out to have a good time. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Every single person behind the bar or checking in made me feel like I was a regular, even on my first visit back in a long time. They're warm, attentive without hovering, and genuinely seem to enjoy creating a space where everyone feels welcome. Whether you're solo, on a date, or out with friends, you'll find good energy, no pretension, and lots of smiles. It's the kind of place that turns one drink into a few--because you're having such a great time, you don't want to leave. Can't recommend it enough! Everyone deserves a Margret-made martini, try the mango drink!

We had dinner while visiting family in Jenkintown. Food was ok but service was very slow. We had a party of 5 and 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill.

Was very excited to try this restaurant. I was missing travel and fish n chips from my last visit to Brighton so when I spotted the pics and menu on Yelp it was on. It was an unseasonably warm day today in the Philly area. A gorgeous 73 degrees after having had 3 snow storms within the past few months, a patio lunch was just what the doctor ordered. Sadly, this establishment was a huge disappointment. When we arrived it was 1:15pm. There were a total of 2 patrons outside at a table and one person inside at the bar. We sat at a two top in their back patio. After about 10 minutes our drink order was taken and two more tables were filled at the patio. After 15 more minutes the server came out and took our menu order and drink orders for the other tables. About 10 minutes later the server took the dining orders of the other tables. Approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes after sitting down, the server brought food orders out for one of the other tables. Then 10 minutes later brought food orders for the other table that sat well after us. She then mentioned our order was up next and that there was only one person in the kitchen. By this time the inside restaurant had filled up and several of the tables already had their food as well. This is a total and complete fail for a restaurant to be run in this manner. This poor server seemed to be running the bar, waiting tables and running food. She was literally running from task to task. We left starving and frustrated after an hour and forty minutes. Paid for our drinks, told the server it wasn't her fault. What a horrible support system for this staff. Management should be ashamed to staff a restaurant with 2 people for front, back of house and service. Don't do indoor/outdoor dining if you cannot handle the capacity.

Great service! Super cute and chill place to go eat or get some drinks! the food is amazing. lots of vegetarian options and the vegetable sides are cooked well. WARNING: if you sit outside in the middle table by the window of the establishment you have a chance of being attacked by a cicada. All in all, a great night with great food and service!! Also, the asparagus actually came with 6, but the picture shows 4, obviously some were eaten before the phone made it out.

Local English style pub. Went with a small group for brunch and enjoyed it. We shared a dirty chip or French fries as we usually call it. These were really good and definitely meant to be shared. I got a Sheppard's pie and it wasn't the best I had. The mash wasn't as creamy as I would like it. They have a bunch of different daily specials and would like to come back to try.

Cute corner bar in Jenkintown. Last night I went with my future mother in law and sister in law for trivia night. It was Friends themed and we had so much fun! Go team Crap Bags! It was packed and the host was hilarious. I did enjoy some giant mozzarella sticks. Street parking is available. It's a bit tight inside when it's crowded but there is an outside seating area as well. I definitely plan on coming back for another trivia night! Every last Tuesday of the month.

Overall, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meals -- except for the wings. Since it was Tuesday, they were on the half-price wing special, but they were extremely overcooked, tough, and honestly tasted like leftovers. That was a real disappointment given how good everything else was. Another issue I noticed was in the restroom. Instead of the toilet paper being stocked in the holder, the large rolls were sitting on the back of the toilet, which felt pretty unsanitary. Having to reach behind to grab and unravel a roll that's been handled by many people (and sitting right by the toilet) was off-putting. So while the main dishes were great, I'd caution anyone coming on wing night and hope management takes a closer look at both the wing prep and the restroom setup.

The margarita I had left much to be desired. At this point in the game if you're still using a sweet and sour mix, probably Daly's, then your drink is not going to measure up. I would probably stick to beer or wine. The burger and onion rings were pretty damn good. We had the Captain Morgan and it was juicy and delicious. I would try other things on their menu. Definitely recommended if you're in the area.

It took a minute to get a table and then waited a little for a server, but once she came by and got the drink and food order, everything went very quickly. I had the falafel wrap, which was excellent, and it came with a side Caesar salad, also excellent. Good prices, too; the 16-ounce Miller Lites were only four dollars each. I'd definitely stop by here again when I'm in Glenside for a show at the Keswick. It's probably a good idea to reserve a table on concert nights. There were only two people in my party and they got us in, but it was very busy, so something to keep in mind for next time.

The bar area was quite large and it appears in the warmer weather that one of the exterior walls retracts. Our server, Rachael, was wonderful: friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. The drink menu included one of my favorite ciders, and the tap lines must be well-maintained because it tasted exactly as it should. The fries were simple but surprisingly good. Cons: Unfortunately, the food itself really missed the mark. The fried pickles were unlike any we've had--and we order them often. They were overloaded with greasy batter that tasted more like a donut than a savory appetizer. The wings were another disappointment. We love wings and usually finish an order easily, but these had an overwhelming vinegar flavor that made them tough to eat. We ended up leaving almost half the order. Overall: The standout of the entire visit was the service. If we could sit in Rachael's section again, we might consider giving the place a second chance--but strictly for the service, not the food.

I kept suggesting we go there one night for dinner and finally on a bustling Saturday evening we did! We were asked if we wanted to sit outside or inside and we chose outside so we could listen to the music and enjoy the ambience. We perused the menu and decided to start with a cocktail. I ordered "the Unicorn" which is described as having "assorted fruit liquor" and the server told me they were out of the fruit liquor. So I went with Robert's dew, while my bf got the Dragonberry mojito. Our drinks arrived fairly quickly and they were decent. We decided to start with the cheesesteak egg rolls as an app and for our entrees I did the crab cakes and he did the fried chicken. The egg rolls were also served very quickly, but it was at this moment we realized we had no silverware or napkins while everyone around us had cloth napkins on their laps. We managed to flag down our server and asked for napkins. She came back with cocktail napkins. It was our fault for not explaining we did not have silverware either, but our table was bare so we didn't realize we needed to be more specific. The egg rolls were served with a spicy ketchup, and were hot and delicious, with fried onions and a crispy coated outer shell. When our entrees arrived we still didn't manage to get silverware but the person delivering our food brought it over quickly. Now it's at this point I should mention I'm quite the foodie, who not only dines out frequently but also loves to cook. My crab cakes were a little on the "fishy" side and lacked flavor. All of the flavor was on the lemon aioli they were served with. That being said, they were definitely filled with crab and didn't seem to contain much filler. They just need some additional seasoning. The risotto it was served with could also use seasoning as well. My bfs fried chicken was served with French fries, Cole slaw, and corn bread. I tasted it and would give it all a 3/5 rating. Not bad at all, but nothing to rave about. It was on the dry side and again lacked flavor. We were considering dessert since we saw there were a few cookie style skillets when we looked up the menu in advance, but we were on the fence about if we should. When our server didn't ask if we wanted dessert we opted to skip it this time. Overall, the ambience is fun and it's a great place for a drink and apps with friends. The flatbread pizza seemed to be the star of the show and I think next time we will order from the sandwich, burger, or pizza menu rather than a full on dinner. Our server was HUSTLING and may have had a few tables inside too, which can be stressful, plus the restaurant was busy. We will come back and try again.
