Went out to Time Out for the first time for a birthday party. Comfortable seating, very open area. We came on karaoke night and everyone was having a great time. I had the blueberry spritz, presentation was beautiful and it's one of the yummiest cocktails I've tried. The chipotle chicken tacos were really good, didn't even have time to take a picture of them. My partner and I went for lunch the day before New Year's Eve. The restaurant was empty except for one other guest at the bar and we had a great time. Our server, Abrianna, was friendly and chill. She gave good recommendations and made even better drinks. The only thing that gave us pause was when they started testing speakers at an earsplitting volume for a party - we didn't care, but there was a table with children nearby and that couldn't have been good for their ears. I want to warn anyone in the Northeast against going here because rest assured, they will try to scam you. My boyfriend and I came here for a quick bite and ordered wings, fries, tacos, and 3 drinks. All together the total for our food and drinks was supposed to be $85. When we got the check we were surprised to see that the total was $105. We didn't notice the discrepancy until after we had left, so on top of the $105 check my boyfriend tipped $20. After we left we double checked and realized something wasn't adding up, and when we called the restaurant we were told that our waitress decided to GIVE HERSELF a nearly 25% automatic tip on our bill (without telling us mind you!). When we came back to the restaurant the manager tried to justify the automatic tip by saying that the business automatically adds tips because "most of the clientele is Eastern European and Eastern Europeans don't tip." That is such an insane thing to say to customers--it's bordering on discrimination to be honest. He also tried to say that the menu mentioned automatic tipping (spoiler alert: it doesn't!). Basically do not go here unless you want to be scammed!!! read more

Ive spent about 50 minutes in this place split between two visits. Sat at a little less than half full bar each time on an NFL Sunday. Would've been nice to get a beer or see a menu. I've been here a few times for karaoke and have always had a great time and management has always been great and friendly! Today, we went for the eagles NFC game (which we won) and we had the best time!! I called and made a reservation earlier in the week, they were quick to respond and accommodated changes needed. We got there and there was a slight issue with our seats and Nikki the manager fixed it immediately. She was attentive and professional. Our server was Skylar and she was the best waitress. Even with the crowd she handled it flawlessly. Never once did I wonder why things took long. She was super sweet too and under pressure with the crowd you would've never known! They have plenty of TVs that really any seat is good for viewing. They also had a DJ who made our time extra fun! Food typical bar good but great! Drinks were great and flowing! Prices were fair for bar food. The crowd was awesome! No drama and I think it was because the restaurant and its staff made it fun! We will be back! Super Bowl here we come! read more

We had our work Christmas party there. The food was really good however it was trivia night. The man hosting trivia was so rude and loud it totally ruined our night. I really hope management addresses this issue. He came over and yelled at our table and accused us of cheating! We were just trying to enjoy our night and celebrate the holidays. Came in at 530ish on a Saturday and could sit anywhere at the bar, (the bar was almost completely empty on a Saturday evening). I should've known that was a bad sign. Me and my better half each had a drink and some food. Flatbread was meh at best, my wife's chicken Caesar wrap was horrible, and insanely overpriced, just like the rest of the food menu. Would've stuck around for more drinks if we weren't completely ignored by your entire bar staff. We were set to order another round but at least 4 different "bartenders" walked past us like we were mirages. We decided on a table and were seated quickly. Only 3 other tables were occupied. Then we waited 15 minutes for a wait person to get us water or drinks. I said something and she apologized and said said she was the only waitress. I said this is a big place and it's a Saturday night and only 1 waitress? She just took our order. Have been to this place several times now. Today, I came with my mother and brother. Our waitress, Tiffany, was very friendly, kept checking on us, and chatted with us a little. The wait staff sets the tone for a restaurant, therefore we were very pleased with her professionalism and being sincere. Moving to the food, it was very delicious. I had deviled eggs, and also a meatloaf special. The meat was soooo tender and flavorful. The root veggies it came with were soooooo delicious being roasted. The worst service I have had! The "manager" was not friendly and gave us menus with prices that were wrong. We pointed out the prices were incorrect and were told that it was only a matter of $4. There was no apology for her mistake and were treated poorly. This restaurant has the option of being very nice but hire people who are professional and know what they are doing. Awful! Cold, inedible food. Bad service. Unprofessional staff. Worst experience ever. Waited over an hour for food to be brought out cold, burnt and hard. Our 2nd round of drinks and waters were forgotten. The staff including one of the managers were very unprofessional, rude and condescending when she came over after we had an issue. The POS system went down and we were only told after an hour that our food was being prepared. Then when we asked for the bill it was shown to us on someone's phone and we were told we had to pay in cash. Went to Time Out on Pine for trivia. I ordered the chicken roll-ups. I found the portion to be underwhelming, so much so that I was still hungry afterward. The sauce was good. The mashed potatoes were instant and cold. There was also cauliflower, which wasn't mentioned on the menu. I don't care for cauliflower and would have asked for something else. I did not have a knife, and if it wasn't for my husband getting one, i would not have been able to eat. My husband ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. He thought it was ok, but nothing special. He had French fries, but was never offered ketchup. The server did not come to check on us after we got our meals.
