I love it here. It's loud but the good kind of loud. Loud enough to have a great atmosphere but not too loud I can still hear the people at my table. Have loud kids? Nobody will care or notice. TVs everywhere. Industrial decor really nice. Strawberry margarita and prickly pear YUM! French onion soup, as good as it looks. I saw several of them being delivered around me. Steak mushroom risotto. It was good not worthy of ordering again but definitely deserves a try. The steak, however, was phenomenal. Sweet potato fries were great. Allegedly this place has its own designated cheesesteak making area and they take their cheesesteaks very seriously. It shows because it was so good, I wanted to cry. I'm not from around here, but I would 100% drive the hour and 20 minutes to get back here. There's 1 million people that work here so you can't go wrong either. And they're all nice. Well run, well done. Happy happy happy.

Iron Oven for the win! My family and I have been several times but I never left a review. We are early dinner eaters because we have a toddler. We got there at 4:45 and were seated within 10 mins even though the World Cup was going on. Water was served quickly and a cup with a lid for my toddler. We tried the cheesesteak and balsamic honey chicken salad. I asked for light cheese because I've heard they load it up. Some people will think that is a bad choice for less cheese but for me it was perfect. My wife and I split the salad and it was perfect. We will definitely come back, it is a loud bar and grill area where seating is tight but the service was great.

The food at the Iron Oven is just so good. The cheese steaks a must try. And the strombolis as well. Service was great. For wait time about 30 minutes. Food does take awile too come out. About 35 minutes for my cheesesteak Stromboli about 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back again too try other foods.

Delicious food...and superb service (friendly staff!!!). The ambiance was vibing with family, friends, and World Cup excitement! A combination family restaurant and sports bar -- with a comfortable feel of home. The menu had sooooo many things to choose from; the appetizers were so filling (a meal itself), the entreé was tasty, and the drinks were cool and refreshing. A joyful experience!

My lord..... is what you say after first bite of the cheesesteak. Been on my list for well over a year now. Lines are usually out the door which is a good sign. Last few times I've tried to go it was 1+ hour wait. I legit think people are in parking lot waiting for them to open. My brother in law and I arrived at 11:39 (they open at 11:30 today) and there were at least 40 people already seated. Great atmosphere and menu. Love the crazy amount of appetizers. My brother in law and I split cheesesteak and a buffalo chicken flatbread. I've had hundreds of cheesesteaks and this is by far the best I've ever had. The bread is like a large french baguette with sesame seeds - tons of flavor. Meat and cheese (cooper) were perfect. Got onions on side as brother in law doesnt like. They were melt in your mouth good... very similar to french onion soup onions. Fries were just ok, definitely had better (Maggies northeast philly top of list). The flatbread was very good, my only criticism would be not enough cheese and also would be nice to have blue cheese chunks or drizzle. Incredible experience.

This french onion soup changed my life. I've seen this soup from here on TikTok but have never gotten it here before, even though Iron Oven is one of the most consistent restaurants near me. The crispy onion straws on top were to die for and the soup was such a good size. Cheesy, flavorful, and the bread inside was delicious. I got the chicken caesar wrap as my main, which unfortunately I don't have a picture of because I was starving. It was stuffed to the brim and tasted fresh. Some other honorable mentions here are their boneless wings and short rib quesadillas. Yum!

Decided to come here (I am not local to this restaurant) with two friends back in mid-November. It was packed (which I anticipated for a Saturday early evening)! We waited a half hour and then were seated. Maureen was our server and she was AWESOME!! We enjoyed the Thanksgiving egg rolls, soups and salads. Everything was great as it always is! I have alway had great service and food when I come here. So good to be able to count on that!

So I was looking forward to eating here after I saw the Godfsther of Meat's review. Altho cheesesteak is huge and on a great roll, I thought I'd was average. Meat was overcooked and the bun over toasted. The wings were tangy and decent with delicious blue cheese dressing. Place was packed with good service. Still would recommend

The bathroom was full of flies and had some sort of large electric blacklight contraption mounted in the middle of the sinks The air conditioning was leaking onto the floor in the middle of the entrance and when I walked in I stood at the host stand for 10 minutes only for no one to show up at it. Decided to sit myself at the bar instead of waiting and ordered the cheesesteak Cheesesteak itself was good. Definitely above average with the house made bread. But not one of the best I've had. Worth trying it though

Last minute decision to grab dinner, just me and my husband since our kids were all busy with work, band, etc. saw a post about the French onion soup here and came to try this place because of it. Yes, the French onion soup is a 5/5, great broth, and love the fried onions on top. We had Stromboli and the fried potato skins as well, both were good. It was a Friday night, so decided to get a drink from their very fun looking drink menu, and I admit i an espresso martini snob and it was amazing here! Another 5/5! Vibe is friendly, neighborly. Can tell it's a lot of regulars there. Our waitress, Stephanie was great! I would return and try more drinks and other items from the menu.

From the top, short rib pierogies, bang bang shrimp, cheese steak eggrolls, pig shots, and garlic parm cheese bombs.

Was so looking forward to getting here after the tiktok videos and reviews. Service was good at what appeared to be a busy time. We did ask for separate checks but that was forgotten by the end of the meal. I and another member of my party ordered the french onion soup. It was okay. We both felt like the onion straws were not fresh, flavor was good. I liked the amount of cheese in the soup but my tablemate felt it was too much. We probably wouldn't order it again. We enjoy our appetizers and the list was impressive! We got the cheesesteak eggrolls, they were great, not impressed with the dipping sauce, but that's okay. My tablemate got the bang bang shrimp and felt that the shrimp was overcooked terribly. The Pig Shots were soooo good. I would definitely order those again! The most disappointing thing was the Garlic Parm Cheese bombs. The breading was way too heavy. The sauce was good so we used that for other things. Wished we had have just ordered the mozz sticks. The short rib pierogies were very good, would definitely order those again! We ordered a cheeseburger well done, it was well done but dry. I feel as though that was my tablemates fault for ordering it well-done but I also believe that it is possible to cook a burger well-done and still not be dry. We may come back, but not in a hurry.

Iron oven is one of our favorite local spots! Never had a bad meal, everything is always delicious. There is typically a wait because it's always packed, so be prepared for that. They do have a bar you can grab a drink at though while you wait. Tonight we got the seasonal special drinks, fried vodka Mac and cheese balls, the buffalo chicken Caesar wrap December special and the grilled chicken sandwich. It didn't disappoint! It was also decorated for the holidays!

Loaded pierogies (front) and mini buffalo chicken stromboli
Anna Marie P.

There were a lot of interesting options to choose from on the menu, but an easy choice was the fried mac and cheese balls appetizer. Definitely a great choice especially with the vodka sauce it was served with. I wasn't super hungry so I went with the loaded pierogies appetizer for my meal which was 5 pierogies covered in au jus and short rib meat then covered with cheese and baked in a crock. I didnt enjoy them as much as I had hoped, they were a bit too soupy for my liking. The buffalo chicken stromboli that my husband got was good. The "mini" was the side of a football so that left extra to bring home. It was a busy Saturday evening with lots of small parties so it was a bit noisy but our waiter was great and so were the rest of the staff. Definitely worth stopping in for some apps and to catch a game if you are looking for a place to do that.

It reminds me of the good ol' days when businesses/business owners knew the names of their customers. They know their customers' names! On Sunday, I was leading out a meeting in the gymnasium at Huntingdon Valley Christian Academy and needed to provide lunch. I let New Village know ahead of time the big order we would need and once again they delivered. We picked up 10 hot, delicious, and fresh giant pizzas for our gathering and before I knew it there were a few slices left of the plain, a few more of the pineapple, but only one of the tomato pie! The people loved their lunch from New Village AND although of the10 pies ordered, 3 were (garden) vegetable, not one slice was left and people were upset that they didn't get any and that I didn't order more vegetable pizzas :) Many were amazed at how fresh and plump the vegetables were! I saw reviews for New Village Pizza and Grill and I said to myself there is no way that the pizza is this good. Of course, I had to find out for myself and see if those 4.7 stars was legit instead of living vicariously through the Yelp reviews and pictures. Ordering is pretty easy through their site and I went with a small mushroom, pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese pie along with some wings. Ok, the reviews were correct. The pizza was very good. Pizza is subjective and different flavors are preferred all over, but I think this will hit the spot for any pizza lovers. It was a nice buttery crust but not greasy and so glad there was an even amount of ingredients. At times you get way more of one ingredient than the rest and there is just an imbalance in the flavor like they have an overstock of one ingredient they need to get rid of. The wings were ok but wish they had a bit more kick in the buffalo sauce. When looking at the menu this place has it all. When I say all, I am talking about burgers, grinders (hoagies), pasta, seafood, quesadillas, chicken sandwiches, gyros, and I am sure if you ask for something not on the menu they can hook it up for you. If in the area again I will be partaking on another trip and stopping there again. A solid four stars.

The quality, flavor, freshness, and portion size were all outstanding. I believe this is a family-owned restaurant, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The staff is always respectful, friendly, and professional. Even when they're busy, they do a great job getting orders out in a reasonable amount of time. My pickup order included mozzarella sticks, pasta, and two cheesesteaks, and it was ready in about 30 minutes, which I thought was completely appropriate for the size of the order. The restaurant itself is a cozy local spot that is very clean and well maintained. The prices are more than fair considering how fresh the food is, the quality of the ingredients, and the generous portions. I've also tried their pizza, and it's fantastic as well. Fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. The only minor downside is that the parking lot can be a little tight, but that's certainly not the restaurant's fault. I would come back here all the time, and I honestly don't know why more people in Bucks County aren't talking about this place. If you're looking for a great cheesesteak, pizza, or just quality food from people who care about what they serve, Mama Russo's is absolutely worth a visit.

I tracked this call vs my next call to somewhere else. This would also be less than 24 hours and while they are about to close... which she will be thrilled about. Right now Don Cheech's steak sits at $16.00 including tax. If you compare that to Angelos pizzerias "Cheesesteak" which is $21.06 including tax for an arguably inferior meal is mental. They serve a delicious homemade bread that's warm when it's brought the table. In addition, it's accompanied by a dish of olive oil, with balsamic vinegar and what I believed to be a spicy dusting of pepper. It was a little too spicy for me - however, I did like the addition of the balsamic as a change from just olive oil. I would skip the pepper though, unless you like spice. We ordered the Polpette as an appetizer; it's a 'tradition' of mine. If meatballs are on the menu, I will always order them. These lamb, veal and beef meatballs were very good, and the marinara sauce they came in was excellent! The sauce is actually a 'roasted pomodoro' gravy - which is an 'intensified' version of a classic Italian sauce. It's made by roasting the tomatoes at a very high heat and almost caramelizing them. A little feta was added to the sauce, which really highlighted those meatballs!! We split the order - as 5 meatballs is quite a large appetizer! We decided to share two entrees - the Beef Short Ribs and the Lobster Ravioli. I always ask if the short ribs are lean - our server responded they were very lean...and they were. Soft, tender and very flavorful large chunks of beef, with a deliciously rich gravy with mushrooms on a bed a creamy garlic mashed potatoes! It was a superb dish! The website said the Short Ribs were the restaurant's most popular meal. Next, the Lobster Ravioli. The dish was a very 'delicate' one, with a very subtle brandy cream sauce. It had chopped jumbo shrimp and peeled cherry tomatoes with the raviolis. While the sauce tasted fine, it needed 'something' - we added pepper which helped. The raviolis were good - we couldn't taste lobster in the cheese of the raviolis - we assumed it was there. The chopped shrimps though provided a nice additional seafood flavor. I like my raviolis tender - the kind that almost melt in your mouth. The pasta here was firmer - a little more 'al dente', but it was fine. We ended our meal with the Chocolate Mousse. Served in a martini glass, the mousse had a velvety texture with a deep dark chocolate flavor. It was very rich yet light and fluffy; a good choice for dessert!
