Drive thru quick, courteous and order was correct. My "complaint" is fries weren't very fresh....snd if your in the mood for bacon, skip the baconator.....it's a dripping mess of ketchup and couldn't taste the bacon for the burger, disappointed:(. Please rename this restaurant to Dummies. Absolutely without fail, they get my extremely basic order wrong. "No tomatoes" to this facility apparently means "Yep, definitely add those tomatoes". When I say without fail, I mean it. There isn't a single time that I pick order a "Sweet Iced Tea" only to drive home and realize it's unsweetened, tasteless brown water. The receipts for my orders are completely correct...however no one there is capable of reading so what's the point. Replace all the humans with robots and this would be a 5-star review. read more

Rude cashier failed to provide a welcoming and organized environment. Her responses to our order seemed judgmental and asked me multiple times to repeat myself. She left when there was clearly someone waiting in line to do something else and also assumed I was paying with card. Then she said you're all set after forgetting part of my order. She seemed cocky and ignorant. I love taking my lunch break here and love the usual staff for this time however this time I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. Not sure if she was in training or not but when we looked puzzled at the way she interacted with us the other worker just shrugged. read more

My order was very simple and straightforward. I went through the drive- thru , didn't bother to check my order and once home realized the sandwiches were incorrect. So naturally I checked my receipt, which said exactly what I ordered but somewhere between ordering and making the food .. something went very wrong. I drive back .. explain the issue and let's just say there was a lot of confusion. The teens weren't really apologetic or anything,. Mostly just matter of fact and that to me was discourteous in itself. I finally get the new, correct sandwiches and they were sloppily made , messy but I just wanted to leave by this point. Worst 20.00 ever spent. I get it .. it's the weekend .. they seemed to have younger people running the store but there's no reason to get simple orders so wrong and then not even seem apologetic when a customer has to come back for you to somewhat get it right. Retraining ..customer service skills.. accountability. Do better ! read more

Bait & switch? I'm sure this is a training problem, but nonetheless it is a problem indeed and the corporate response when I reported it was very disingenuous. Drive-thru, menu says meal is $8.59 (and of course tax is yet to be added). I get to the window, guy tells me it's $9.94 or something very close to that. I didn't do the math but that's a LOT of tax. I ask him about it, I'm told "that's for a medium". I tell him your menu says "$8.59", he tells me "that's for a small". So without asking me, he "upgraded me" and unless I was paying attention, I would have paid more than what I had originally ordered. So I report this to the Wendy's customer service portal. I get a response back that everyone is trained to "upsell" the customer, but "this is the first time I've heard of someone charging an upgrade without it being requested". Uh huh. Maybe I'm the only one who reported it, that's why it's the only time it's happened? But the responder told me it wasn't done in a malicious way, thanked me for "your understanding", and to have a nice day. (by the way, the rest of the interaction I had with this employee, his lack of a smile or any personality at all - and of course tossing the change into the palm of my hand with a "there you are" - instead of something we never seem to hear much anymore "THANK YOU"........ so I'm banking on this guy's training didn't take too well). I've been seeing this more and more, not only in restaurants but in other businesses, everyone is short of labor so they hire just about anyone who applies and it appears many are put out there with a minimum of training. So it's a "buyer beware" situation - just warning you to be vigilant - we're expected to "understand" mistakes that are not done in a malicious way. Personally I give my customer loyalty to businesses who maybe spend the extra dollar to make sure their employees are trained properly regardless of the employment situation out here in the world. read more

This is my local Wendy's. I've literally been going to this same Wendy's since I was little and I'm always (generally) for the most part - impressed. Sure can their service get a little slower at night ? Yes but that just means fresher food ! The manager here has been the same for awhile and he is so sweet especially when I made a mistake while ordering and he was super sweet to fix my mistake. Have there been times when I didn't get what I ordered ? Yes .. bacon cheeseburger with bacon (check), bbq spicy chicken sandwich missing the onion straws (check) . But all in all their service is great and they rarely miss the mark. It's disappointing when they do, sure, but it's always fresh food and the restaurant is always clean, so what more can I ask for? read more

I visited this Wendy's (on Horizon Blvd) for the first time today. I usually go to the one on Street Road in Bensalem, but was at the Wal-mart on Horizon Blvd so I stopped in this one. There was a weird smell when I walked in, and I should have just left. Started off well. The gentleman at the cash register was very polite and friendly. Didn't wait long. I always check my order before I leave because I order no cheese on the burger and want to make sure it's right. There were 2 slices of cheese. I thought about just leaving and scraping it off, but the bottom piece was melted into the burger and bun and, for $11.00 I want what I ordered. I take the burger back to the counter and politely let them know I ordered it without cheese. No big deal; it happens often (at a lot of places; not just Wendy's). I saw her holding a roll and assumed she was cooking a new burger, but when I opened it to check it before I left, the burger looked wet and the ketchup had been soaked up by the bun. I put more ketchup on the burger and went back to work. When I looked at it again when I went to eat it, the extra ketchup had also been sopped up by the bun. On the rare occasion I get lunch from Wendy's when I'm working, I'll be sticking with the one on Street Road. read more

Usually I don't write reviews for fast food restaurants as I truly believe that you get what you pay for. However, this was the worst Wendy's that I've ever been to. My husband and I both got the number 1. There was so much mayonnaise on our burgers it was almost inedible. I was able to scrape most of it off but my husband threw the his right in the garbage. The workers at this location are extremely slow and rude. Came here on my lunch break at work and basically took up my whole break waiting in the drive thru line. 20min to order chicken nuggets!! That's ridiculous. This location definitely needs more training or something to help with this mess. read more

First off placed and order on 9/26 for myself and my employee. Both our sandwiches were not correct and our vanilla frosty cinno wasn't made correctly either. Then on 9/27 I got a totally different order from what I placed to be delivered and had to send it back with the driver and I called the store and bitched them out. I got my correct order but didn't notice that my baked potato was missing the sour cream til I got home with it from my job. This is an amazing establishment! Employees are always extremely cheerful and very helpful. Always fast and courteous. Food is always warm and fresh. Today, i didn't order a drink- and I was even offered a cup of water because it was so hot out! My friends an I go here for at least 1 every week or two! We always get the same deal 4/$4! You get a drink, a sandwich or burger, and 4 nuggets! Best deal! Thank you for always making my experience amazing! This is the only fast food place I will go to! read more

They have just finished a complete store remodel and the place looks great inside. Two new television screens, a wall fireplace with seating directly in front of the fireplace, all new interior and it is really a very welcome change. The food at this store is always properly prepared and the fries here are always cooked so that they are not soggy. The Doylestown store never cooks the fries for long enough and as a result they are usually soggy. Really nice job by the Warrington store. Hope that they stay on top of the new interior and it remains super clean and well maintained. read more

Ordered an unsweetened ice tea with a little lemonade added to it and a small chili with cheese. Three times. My order appeared on the outside screen, then disappeared. Three times. The order-taker asked me if I still wanted the small sweet tea. Huh? NO, I NEVER ORDERED A SMALL SWEET TEA! When I asked the order taker to repeat my order to me to make sure it was correct I heard him mumbling something about the screen and then it went silent. So I pulled around and paid the grumpy unfriendly kid at the first window. Got the order and the tea was SWEET. The rude kid that gave it to me offered to make another. This Wendy's was consistently okay, from when I was younger and went more frequently. I kind of took a break from fast food, like your "typical" fast food with a drive thru. Recently I have gone back to this kind of fast food. I remember the first time I had went there (in awhile), I went during the late hours, maybe after 11, through the drive thru. I was hungry for a burger and fries and something to drink. I chose to go to Wendy's and to be honest, I was a little skeptical - but it was open. I was expecting for my 'first time' (in awhile) to get something just okay or maybe a mistake with my order, not how I wanted it or not to a higher quality which you would want since you are spending your money on it. I left the drive thru with my food and a smile on my face because their service was a job well done. It was quick and they were nice. Which is exactly what you want in a drive thru experience. I got home and indulged in my food, I swear to you, this was the best fast food burger I have had in awhile. It was perfect, everything was perfect. It wasn't messy, like I remember them being, which is a huge thing for me. It wasn't falling apart in the wrapper, the bun wasn't soaked with grease, like in the past. The fries were awesome! I was genuinely surprised, and I was left beyond happy - beyond my expectations. I have since gone back for this same meal, a few other times after this, and my experience was consistent with the one I just described. Recently, they have been consistently GREAT, rather than good as I had mentioned they used to be. They have really stepped up their game. Plus this place has gotten a whole new remodel. I haven't been inside but the outside looks really good. I just want to point out one last thing, there was a lady working here one night and she was just really sweet, which made we want to write this review along with their burgers and the good experiences I have had. read more

I've been eating at Wendy's for as long as I can remember. Never had a problem until recently. All of my special orders seem to get screwed every time. If you order something where you add things such as tomatoes or onions, ask for a manager to do it. No employee seems to get it right. EVER!!! If I could put 0 stars, I would. read more
