Aside from getting Moe's a few time at work, I honestly haven't been in years. I'll admit that I was an avid chipotle fan but honestly I was super impressed with Moe's and I think I'll be going back much more. I got a home wrecker burrito and I loved that you could customize all the toppings. It was super easy to order online and the staff I interacted with was really friendly as well. I was impressed by the quality and I loved that you got free chips and salsa. I'll definitely be back and may make this a new regular stop for Tex mex read more

I really like Moe's! The food is fresher and better quality than Chipotle, and it's also cheaper. I have many more topping options as a non-dairy person than at Chipotle, and their guacamole is thicker and never defrosted or made with sub-par avocados. The service is pretty friendly, and I don't feel like I am inconveniencing them when I place an order (like I have been for the last 5 years at Chipotle.) I always get the burrito with black beans, white meat grilled chicken, sautéed green peppers, guacamole, pickled or fresh jalapeños, and sometimes a squirt of lime or sprinkle of cilantro, the latter three are not even options at Chipotle. The burritos come with fresh chips and salsa automatically (you can pick from 4 different salsas,) so they don't cost extra. The atmosphere isn't as sterile as Chipotle, and the rewards are better too! Don't forget 'Moe Monday' during which you can get a burrito, chips and salsa, and a drink for $7.99! This Moe's seems like it went downhill. I've been going to this Moe's for a long time and I recently came back and it was not as I remembered. I came here with my fiancé and we downloaded the app and the app says we get a free burrito for downloading the app. When we were ready to check out the employee was miserable that we were using the app and didnt seem like he wanted to help us when we has some questions about the app since we were new to the app. We come here for the freebies but we also come here because we like the food. I personally do not think queso dip should be extra if you are getting in your burrito and when we asked to have extra its half of scoop of the meat which is disappointing. A suggestion that I would recommend is let the customers sample the food. My fiancé and I were unsure about what rice to choose and the employee did not even offer to see if we wanted to taste it. Worked here about 13 years ago. Call me a Robby Keene, from Cobra Kai and my cousins say he fits my description. I'm a feminine version of the character in real life. This place wasn't a good fit for me. Want to know why? The staff members may appear friendly when they first hire you, but the truth is it's all a facade. Mary does put on that, I care about you fairness, but you'll never realize how fake it really is until a week later. It's all stupid, I mean come on let's be real with people and not put on a show. Your hearing it from a very stubborn, very blunt, very street-smart young woman, and those tacos you make may look great on a television commercial, but when you buy them here, get ready to puke, they don't taste great, just like how the staff isn't really that friendly either. So they are both disgusting and not tolerable. I mean I can make much better tacos at home, and save my money. Trust me a real, delicious taco made at home, is where the heart truly comes from. There are no loving hearts here at Southwest Grill, which made me jump ship from here in a week before it sunk, including a classmate I knew who had epilepsy. They were horrible to her, calling her names when she wasn't understanding the directions, too well. They used the R word for Retard. It hurt her feelings. She should be glad she doesn't work here anymore, and neither do I. I had trouble with a staff member, and a job coach who made a theft threat to me, in taking my iPhone or iPod away. I was told by someone from the school district my mother drives for, that shouldn't be happening. I could've pressed charges against my job coach for a theft threat, because it's against the workplace policy for job coaches to threaten to take a student's private property such as their phone or iPod. And my teacher should be added to the charges for making me apologize to them. That's what made me quit in the first place. Luckily I met another job coach after the one who made a theft threat to me, which was better from London. She encouraged me to jump ship, after deescalating my anxiety. Stopped by Moe's the other day for lunch while in the area. There aren't many of them around, especially in the city. This particular location is located on the end in a strip mall. The restaurant itself was very clean. It's very much like chipotle. Now I'm a huge fan of chipotle so i was skeptical. The food was pretty good. There are some things here I liked more and some less than chipotle. First the tortilla, I prefer it here. It was much softer. I went with the steak queso burrito. The steak was just okay, I like it better at chipotle. The veggies were cooked right and the rice was very good. The guacamole wasn't very good. It didn't taste fresh and seemed like something from a grocery store. They do included chips and a drink, now that's a solid deal! Overall it was decent lunch and I would return. I haven't had all you can eat moes for a very long time so I wanted to come back and revisit. This place is pretty good in food quality. For all you can eat, it wasn't too bad. The works are efficient and they get you the food pretty quickly which was a plus. The biggest draw back in my experience was the use of the app and it's promotions.... They should have made it clear that you can't use more than one promotion (or I'm the dumb one to assume so). But regardless, the AYCE was supposedly a promotion on the app but, it never showed so I just told them verbally that it is what I wanted and they applied it. The only other promotion on the app was buying a drink and getting nachos for free. As I mentioned before, it was the only promotion on the app but because I got the AYCE "promotion", I was charged full for the nachos. I couldn't say I didn't want it after the whole thing was made so I just took it which I didn't want.... Other than that, it was a pretty good time at good ol Moe's. Hit this Moe's while in the area last weekend and compared to our local Moe's at home it's more or less the same thing. You know, southwest Subway. The store is laid out more like a rectangle versus the typical Moe's square which is fine except that it makes things a bit crowded back by the register as people come back and forth for drink/salsa fills/refills. The food is the food. Is this any different than the "other two" similar competitors? To my unrefined pallet not really. It's all the same thing just with different names and slightly different prices. Speaking of prices. That's the gimmick here for me. The free kids meals on Sunday because that's why we come. Without that I honestly can't imagine paying full price for everyone because it's a ripoff. The kids meals here were very portion controlled and the adult meal is not much better. At my local Moe's I guess they're fairly liberal with the meat and toppings whereas here, even if you're paying extra for bacon they apply it oh so delicately like it's fairy dust. It's nice to be able to customize what you're getting but at the core it was overly salted chips with bland portion controlled meat and not quite enough of the toppings I wanted with the exception of the sour cream which was naturally applied thick like lacquer which meant a six napkin experience. If the kids weren't for some reason enamoured with coming here I wouldn't come back for a good long while as I've kind of had my fill of the blandness and the gimmicky schtick going on here. I have tried chipotle i have tried qdoba and i have tried California tortilla all were mediocre. Actually the chicken at chipotle is always burnt. I love this place. I have driven over 15 miles just to eat here. And i recently tried the guacamole which was also magnificent. I can't rave enough about this place. I'm so upset because they are closing so many of the locations i guess due to the rave about the other places that are not as good. This time, no sauces were given (sour cream and pico) last time, wrong size of burrito was made (junior instead of regular) but they fix the problem when told. And if different people order, for example, different tacos, it's a mess trying to figure out which tacos are whose tacos. They don't mark them. But everything still tastes fresh and good. I'm a huge Moe's supporter, as i'm like drove over 30mins to get some because there is none close to my home. This was really upsetting experience at this Moe's. No greeting, HARD rice, and brown guac. I usually love Moe's but the management at this establishment needs to be reviewed if the food from a chain is drastically this different and bad. I rarely write reviews but had to share the great experience I had last night at Moe's. Came in right at closing after a cold night on the soccer field asked to sit down to eat and warm up, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. Even after the restaurant was technically closed they were asking if I needed anything and making sure I was enjoying everything. Place is okay. Its a little sad that they don't have a happy environment here. When you walk in you usually hear the employees yell Welcome to Moes but there is only one person saying it so it isnt that loud. The food is still good the service is just okay. Only reason I went to Moe's was for the free nachos with the app. I haven't actually been to one in years! Luckily for me, I really hadn't missed anything. The nachos were actually pretty good, but the service was miserable. The guys on the line making the food were either: incredibly stoned or really hated their lives. They mumbled everything, and I got a salads equivalent of lettuce on my nachos. The guy handling the register was really nice though! Won't be back unless they offer me more freebies haha read more

I wanna say that I'm only giving 3 stars because of customer service. The food here is okay. I honestly think chipotle and qdoba are better. I wanted to try this place and there are a couple reasons I won't go back. The first and most important one was cleanliness. This store is definitely the dirtiest fast food joint I've ever walked into. Literally every table had crumbs all over it and the floor looked like it hasn't been swept in a while. I never thought I'd really care about those things but even the area where they prepared the food looked dirty. The second reason is the price, for the quality of food it's too expensive. I'm a big fan of the tofu bowl, but have had great burritos too. The food is made to order and you decide what you do and do not want on it. Total customization. They often have specials like kids eat free or buy one get one free burritos. We often eat there as a family of 4 for under $20, and are never dissapointed with the food. I have been to this Moe's dozens of times and it's always really good. The workers are always working SO hard. It's often extremely busy and even if there is a long line and a long wait the employees always have a great attitude and don't stop moving. I was there recently and the line was out the door. I noticed some customer's getting impatient, meanwhile the employees were busting their butts, running around, and still maintaining positive attitudes. Staff was super friendly and nice! We got a few orders to go and they did a great job preparing it. The Food quality here seems to be going downhill. Their southwest salad dressing really lacks flavor and doesn't do much for the salad. One of the medium flavored salsas at the salsa bar tasted really stale and old! It tasted like it was made with old vegetables (especially the green peppers in it). Their quesadillas are really good except it's always too much cheese for me (some people might like that). I'm a big fan of the Moe's franchise, but this particular location may need to be closed. This is my second time at this location and the first time was bad , but I figured maybe just a bad day. This time was equally as bad. The lettuce is wilted and brown looking, my lime was brown and almost everything I asked for they said they didn't sell at this this location ( such as romaine lettuce and tortilla shells). The staff was ok , not friendly. I've never seen a location where the food looked so unappealing. Whoever owns this location really should be ashamed. read more

This was my first--and most likely my last-- "Moes" experience. It's located in a strip center and set back from the highway. Here's how my visit went: Sticky, dingy decor, and poorly presented food to start with. The servers were nice kids, but the place is a visual and operational mess. We had "Mexican" salads in a shell bowl. The bowl was inedible--thick, greasy and just plain bad. The choices of content were skimpy in their presentation containers, and not at all fresh looking. The chips that came with the meal were tasty, but most were stuck together. The salsa labeled "hot" was not. A total waste of money. Sometimes a bit pokey, sometimes a bit pricy, and sometimes a bit skimpy on the meat - however, Moe's never fails to disappoint if you somewhere with solid Mex. I'm sure it's been said a hundred times before, but queso is the main reason you should go to Moe's. After one visit I will not go back. They are expensive for the crappy food they put out. My wife, mother and daughter went here to see if it would be a good place to get a quick meal. I think not. I got simple tacos and had to have them remade because the person putting them together didn't really care and just slopped everything on them. There was more sour cream than meat. The people making the food behind the counter certainly didn't like their jobs by the way they acted and expressed themselves.
