Quite empty on a Wednesday afternoon at 4:30. I assume they get a younger crowd that works and comes later (we are retired). The happy hour menu impressed us. Speciality cocktails normally $15-ish were only $9. That got our attention. Plus $5 appetizers. Never see lemon drop martini, manhattan and expresso martinis on happy hour afterall. And those were our picks (3 of us). We were celebrating Mom's 93 birthday. For the $5. appetizers we picked pork spring rolls, potato chip nachos, and mozzarella sticks. The chips were the winner. BUT "never" get the spring rolls. Two very disappointing , tiny spring rolls that had a microscopic amount of pork. It was pathetic. Not even worth it for $5. I would stay away from those. Silly only two on the plate and there were 3 of us. Too small to share. Our server was efficent and sweet. She added to a nice happy hour. We enjoyed playing a few rounds of table shuffle board. Nice addition. The best part of our happy hour was a friendly couple (we just met them) at the bar surprised us and paid for a round of drinks since they heard it was my Mom's 93 birthday!! That surely made her day extra special and memorable.

The Good: Gloria Fries Gloria spice, Cooper sharp cheese sauce, truffle parm aioli. Easily one of the highlights. Well-seasoned, indulgent, and flavorful. The dipping sauces were very good. Especially the cooper sharp cheese sauce. $8 happy hour price, normally $10. Truffle Shuffle Pizza EVOO, mozzarella, mushroom, truffle honey, rosemary. The best of the three pizzas we ordered. Balanced flavors, well-executed, and this pizza truly delivered! Definitely worth the $10 price, otherwise $19 regular price. Boardwalk Pizza with Pepperoni Bianco Di Napoli sauce, mozzarella, fior di latte, parm, oregano. Solid pizza with good flavor and balance. Paid $12 happy hour price, otherwise it is $19. Just Okay: Stuffed Grape Leaves Mediterranean-style dolmas with lemon rice. Fine, nothing memorable. $7 1/2-Pound Smash Burger Two smash-seared patties, Cooper sharp cheese, LTO, umami sauce, toasted brioche bun. Decent burger, but didn't stand out considering the price of $16 Not So Great: Margherita Pizza Bianco Di Napoli sauce, fior di latte, basil, EVOO. Came out burnt (as shown in the photo), which is hard to overlook. Fortunately we only paid $10 (happy hour price) regular price $18 Jumbo Wings Ten pieces served with buttermilk blue cheese, celery, and carrots. These should not be labeled "jumbo" as there isn't anything jumbo about these wings. At $1.50 per wing, they're overpriced and not worth it. Final Thoughts: Gloria Sports and Spirits describes itself as an elevated dining experience, but that mostly seems to translate to elevated prices. I would only recommend ordering from the happy hour menu. The pizzas aren't worth the nearly $20 price tag, and the wings are neither jumbo nor a good value. One final note: root beer is apparently the only soda without unlimited refills. It's $5 per order, which isn't disclosed until the bill arrives. An unpleasant surprise. Overall, for future visits I'll be sticking strictly to the happy hour menu. And that's all I can recommend for anyone else when visiting Gloria Sports and Spirits.

I got a flight of the 3 GF beverages that the make in house: a pear seltzer, a cinnamon whiskey spiked cider (Syzygy), and an apple pie cider. They were all great, but really liked the Sygyzy. I followed those with a pumpkin spiced old fashioned. All the coctails are made with liquor distilled in PA. Very nice, with a hint of vanilla. Mom and Dad got beers. For food, I got a gluten free (cauliflower crust) pizza, and mom got the gluten-ful version of the same...plain basic pie. They offer toppings, but none really interested me. Dad got the garlic parmesan wings, which he really liked! 10 per order. For the gluten free pizza, I confirmed before ordering that they don't place it on the pans with other pizza. It is cooked on its own disposable tray. A day later and I'm not sick! So for GF food options, that's all there is. But it was good! When I grew up around here, this building was part of a military research and training center. Eventually the government decommissioned it and gave us a brewery! There's more to it but if you go on a Sunday, they have tours of the whole "Fuge" (centrifuge) building that give you all the stories and history. I'm hearing it secondhand, but it sounds cool.

Okay... First, a disclaimer: I hardly ever drink. And I don't like beer at all. But at a…read morerestaurant, my wife thoroughly enjoyed a glass of Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale. So being a good husband, I decided to get her a six-pack of KVBCA. I first went to a significantly larger beer store further south on Rt. 611. They had KVBCA, but sold them only by the case. So I called around and discovered "Thirsty's Beer." They also had it in cases, but they were perfectly happy to break open the case so I could buy a single six-pack for my wife. I can't speak with authority regarding the store's selection or price. I just don't buy enough alcohol to make a knowledgeable comparison. But I can testify that the larger store didn't want to break apart a case, but Thirsty's was willing to accommodate my request. Given that our house doesn't go through alcohol very quickly, we are more likely to buy six-packs than cases, and for that reason, I'll be returning to Thirsty's the next time I'm asked to pick up some beer.

And I repeat, there are NO prices on the shelves. There was a particular recently released beer I had been looking for all over Bucks County and it appeared they had a case of it. But when I went to the counter to buy it, I noticed that it was the 2021 version, so almost 5 years old. Another beer that they showed me was from 2022.

She met a lot of good friends here and always had a blast. I finally got the privilege to come here with her and see what it was all about! We stopped in with two friends on a Friday night. The bar was already full but there were still some open tables so we sat down. I felt bad for our server because he was running the bar and some tables but he did an excellent job and eventually had some help. Lots of beer choices, I ended up with a winter brew but I can't recall the name or brewery. It was a tasty drink nonetheless. Two of us ordered the French Onion soup which was really damn good. I've been on a FOS kick lately, experimenting with my own recipes, so it was good to get some inspiration. Entrees for our party included fish & chips, chicken wrap and I had the bacon jam burger. Awesome burger with a really unique sweet/smokey bacon sauce and frizzled onions. Cooked to perfection and loaded with flavor. I was very impressed. Definitely recommend this place if you're in town. I would like to explore Chambers the next time we go back. TOS seems to be the more happening side. It has the live music, juke box and plenty of space once they clear out the tables for dancing. Everyone was friendly, staff and patrons included!

The bartender was super nice and really knew how to make an amazing drink. We started with an espresso martini for $14, which was delicious it wasn't super milky it was just right. These are actually made in a bigger batch, so I assume they are huge seller. We then had a delicious chocolate martini the bartender made because we wanted to try a liquor we saw at the bar. Then we decided to eat my boyfriend and got the crispy Buffalo chicken wrap with taro chips for $14.50. Something so simple was yet so delicious . I also have never had taro chips, and do I say I couldn't stop eating them. We ended with a purple rain, which I have never had before, and again, the bartender made it delicious!!!
