It lacked sweetness and was very tart. We fixed it by asking for a little agave to add to it. Here's was the deal breaker for us. Thier lack of willingness to make minor adjustments or substitutions to anything even for a food allergy is absolutely unacceptable. For example: You won't be able to switch a side or ask for any adjustments to thier meals or cocktails. We asked about making a minor adjustment to a drink due to a food allergy. The drink was topped with a foam and we asked if we could leave out the foam. It would not have changed anything about how the drink was made aside from it simply not being topped with this foam. The answer was a hard no, the owners do not allow it. The manager came and talked to me. She was pleasant and I appreciated her taking the time to hear my feedback. However, it was very clear that I was wasting my breath because the owners are very particular and strict about not changing anything. It was not a good experience. While the effort to fix things is appreciated, it is becoming frustrating and uncomfortable to regularly have to send food back or point out the mistakes. When we go out to eat, we just hope to receive the correct order served hot and enjoy a smooth, relaxing experience. Two wraps, a hot BLT and buffalo chicken sliders. None of them were even average. BLT was cold, sliders looked like something I could make in my air frier using frozen buffalo chicken and the wraps were just ok. No idea why it took an hour. Waitress had to text her boss to see if she could comp us. I feel bad for her. She probably has to deal with this all the time and doesn't get any freedom to try and make her customers happy when things go sideways.
