I called to make a reservation for a large party, which wound up dwindling to a small one, and Josh was great helping me with this. When I had to leave a voicemail he made sure to get a hold of me to confirm my reservation. When we arrived, we were impressed by the decor and seating options. Since our party was now small and we arrived in early afternoon, we were able to choose between a high top and comfy chairs. We opted for the big chairs, and had our own small table with mixed nuts, fresh water, and a candle. The service was great, attending but not overbearing. We never felt rushed, and very much enjoyed the Savory Riff and Espresso Martini. We were offered a taste of whiskey, gin, or vodka. After tasting the whiskey I enjoyed how smooth and flavorful it was, and knew I had to get a whiskey cocktail. Then we ordered shrimp and carnitas tacos both had great flavor, very fresh, good mix of authentic Mexican cuisine and new flavors with all the garnishes.
