I came here on a Tuesday night with my husband. The service was very friendly and prompt. There was…read morelive music playing, and it seems like they have it regularly. We loved the big menu--everything sounded very good. We had the clams appetizer, a corned beef sandwich, and the Fire on the Mountain burger. The burger was spicy with great flavor and nice juiciness. The corned beef sandwich was also good and came on a pretzel bun. The clams were tasty and served with a white wine sauce. Overall, we had a great experience and can't wait to come back to try their prime rib and Mexican night. They also have a good selection of drinks and beer.

Solid place. Menu relies a lot on bacon, which is great if you like bacon, but I ain't the biggest…read morefan. Food always arrives boiling hot. Great, I know it wasn't sitting on a counter for ten minutes somewhere completely forgotten, but if i'm ordering food i'd like to be able to put it into my body as soon as possible. I don't think i've ever had a single problem with any of the staff here, and i've been coming regularly for a few months now. Everybody is super chummy. If they're not chummy, they're cordial, good at making conversation, and keep the good vibes rolling. I've worked in (customer, not food) service myself, and learning how to get along with everyone is a skill that's hard-learned and harder to nail, and 90% of the time the staff nails it consistently. Servers at the bar are attentive, I usually end up with my drink consistently topped off. The aesthetics of the bar are comforting, which is great. Place is decently lit, inviting, warm orange lights that keep you feeling fuzzy and content. At least every wall I saw on the bar portion (not the restaurant portion) had a different sport going on, giving you a lot of variety in terms of what you're looking at. I'm not a sports guy, but i'm glad people who are get the variety. They have trivia night on Wednesdays I believe, and they usually have consistent weekly specials rolling around. Most of the locals aren't the rowdy type, at least as far as i've seen. Definitely not the kind of bar you get into a brawl at, which as far as i'm concerned earns it a confident spot in places I will absolutely be back to.

"Meet me at the Crossroads... Crossroads..." Since the day we moved to Perkasie this has been our…read more"go to". It's like Cheers where everyone knows your name. No. Seriously. Everyone knows our names. My husband and I are acknowledged by name most times we are in to eat or pick up take out. The chicken wraps are their star dish in my opinion, with the cooked chips ranking high on my list as a tasty side dish. The staff is super friendly and most are long time employees. Endless beers on tap with $2 specials often. Every night of the week offers dinner specials at extremely low prices. Kudos to the chef who never disappoints. Sounds too good to be true... but again... that's why it's our "go to". Bands and trivia nights add to the entertainment and enjoyable experience at this local tavern. Touch tunes is available so you can play whatever you want on their juke box from your cell phone all from the comfort of your table. Restaurant seating for the family is also available. Give this place a try... you won't regret it.

We've been going to Crossroads for years, so this review is definitely overdue. I guess it took us…read morethis long to realize we should probably say something! We don't consider ourselves regulars at any particular bar. We like to mix things up. But it's pretty obvious who the Crossroads regulars are -- every time we walk in, there are the same familiar faces. At this point, I'm pretty sure some of them have their own parking spaces. We usually wait until sometime late Friday afternoon to see what the weekend food specials are. That's often what gets us through the door. That, or we're in the mood to listen to some live music. Crossroads consistently has live music on Friday and Saturday nights, which is something we really enjoy. We almost always sit at the bar. We like meeting new people and having conversations, although once the place gets going, it can get pretty loud. Sometimes you're having a conversation and realize you've been smiling and nodding for the last five minutes because you have absolutely no idea what the other person just said. The bar staff is generally friendly and welcoming. Most days, anyway. But we're all human, and sometimes you can tell someone is having one of those days where friendliness apparently isn't on the menu. We get it -- we've all been there. The food has always been good for us. One thing we've noticed occasionally, though, is that what shows up on the plate doesn't always seem to include everything listed in the description. Every once in a while, we'll look at the food and think, "Wasn't there supposed to be bacon on this?" or "Did the sauce take the night off?" Nothing major, but if it's listed in the description, we'd like to see it make an appearance. The mixed drinks can also be a little weak at times. And by "a little weak," I mean sometimes you start wondering if the bartender and the drink had a disagreement before it reached the table. Thankfully, they have the staple draft beers to fall back on. The specialty draft selection could use a little work, though. Overall, we keep coming back, and that probably says more than anything else. Between the food specials, live music, familiar faces, and relaxed bar atmosphere, Crossroads has become one of those places we enjoy stopping into. It's not perfect, but then again, neither are we -- and we've been coming back for years, so they must be doing something right.
