Older lady with puffy hair and sometimes wears glasses, slightly taller than the other nice lady. She was the meanest service worker I've ever encounter, hates her job and her customers. As I walked up I was met with an automatic attitude when I asked about one of their beers, and slapped a menu in front of me acting if I have never read before pointing her finger at the menu. As I was talking she immediately cut me off and did not care about what I was asking. She then begins to talk to the customer behind me, an older gentlemen, what he wanted to order as I was talking to her. I don't know if she thought I was too young and didn't know what I was looking at, or she just does not like people under the age of 50 but it was a bizarre experience. She acted as if answering one simple question about her own product would've killed her. True tragedy for a genuinely nice place, not a good look for two rivers when she's the one "greeting" people. I would NOT recommend this location specially due to her bad personality and extreme rudeness. She just needs some training on how to interact with other people.

Second time was a Saturday early afternoon with multiple college footballs games on and maybe 10 tables were occupied. Both times the servers had zero enthusiasm. Both times our orders (wings) took way too long (20 mins or more). Order a side of fries and onion rings. For the $5+ for these sides, the amount was skimpy at best. The food itself was good, no issues there. I have been to much better locations than this one. Also , no manager presence.

The restaurant was 1/3 full, plenty of tables / seating options available, so I asked if we could sit at a table, a regular old table, the kind that has been around for over 200 years, and it was if I asked her to part the seas. The customer doesn't care who's turn it is or what section they are covering, they see plenty of tables and ask, can we sit at a table. This request took about 6 minutes to compute as she left us at the hostess stand and then proceeded to converse with 3 different people on if we could sit at a table. Our server was nice, the food was average. If this is a corporately owned store, you should fire the GM or next time hire one that is present and train your team.

They acknowledged that we were celebrating both our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday, which made the night even more memorable. Anthony, our waiter, was outstanding. His service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm without ever feeling rushed. He checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and helped make the entire experience feel effortless and special. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were some of the best we've had. The appetizers--the crab cake and the crab cocktail--were both outstanding and absolutely delicious. They also seated us at a great table with a beautiful view, which made the celebration even more enjoyable. To top off the evening, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our celebration. The carrot cake was amazing and honestly large enough to feed four people! It was truly a memorable night with exceptional food, service, and hospitality. We're already looking forward to coming back to Top Cut.

The bone marrow crust was surprisingly good. The ambiance is warm and inviting and the pl e is very clean.
