I still have a handful of places to try, but Cuzin's is definitely a contender for best wings in the valley. After the appetizers I moved on to Cuzin's colossal club. This sandwich is enormous! It's piled high with pastrami, corned beef, ham, turkey, bacon, provolone, Swiss, LTO, and house sauce. It's served on grilled rye bread. My friends ordered the three little pigs burger and the cali chicken sandwich. They both enjoyed theirs as much as I did. The bourbon cocktail was an odd mix of bourbon, apple cider, and other elements--an awkward, Frankenstein-style whiskey sour that simply didn't work. Worst of all, both drinks were served in thin plastic cups, which immediately cheapened the entire experience. I ordered the falafel sandwich and specifically requested a toasted bun. It arrived not just room temperature, but cold. I sent it back, and it returned burning hot... the bottom soggy... literally too hot to pick up... with no browning or color change, clearly microwaved. Microwaving is not toasting. At that point, the sandwich was inedible. I removed the bun entirely and ate just the falafel, which was dry and largely tasteless. At this point I knew coming back to this restaurant was a mistake. Food timing was another issue. The dishes took roughly 45 minutes to arrive after the drinks, possibly longer. We were all getting annoyed and what started out well when we first walked in turned negative. I wasn't impressed on my first visit years ago... and this second visit confirmed it. Between the poor drinks, cheap plastic cups, ridiculously long wait (with no explanation nor apology), and careless food execution, there's no reason to return.

I openly disclosed that he was a service animal, demonstrated that he followed commands, and confirmed that he was trained to perform a specific task & what that task was. Even still, this establishment REFUSED SERVICE. They said without documentation I could not be served. I informed them that this was illegal & even contacted APD, at which point I was told that if I didnt leave I would be arrested for trespassing. Even the APD told me to "just give them the paperwork and make this go away". The ADA exists for a reason. I should not have my rights violated because this establishment doesn't know the law. While i will never return, I hope you all don't either.

My buddy had tomatoes on his panini when he asked for no tomatoes, and I received blue cheese instead of ranch with my wings.
