We showed up for dinner in terrible weather with a group of 10, and they handled us impressively well. Our waitress was fantastic--attentive, patient, and on top of everything despite the chaos outside and the size of our party. The mozzarella sticks are absolutely worth the hype. Stopped in while I was staying in town and met up with a friend. We were chatting when the server came by to get our order and we had not even looked at the food just yet - no worries we got a drink order in and got to chat and review the menu. For a drink I had the cucumber citrus cooler and it was well balanced and a light cocktail. We started with some pretzel bits to snack on and they were really well made - soft and just the right amount of salt. For my meal I ended up withthe Pit Beef Melt without horseradish sour cream. I really liked the sandwich and felt it was prepared well with little fat on the meat (which is my preference). The server did a great job of allowing us to enjoy our food and catching up while checking to make sure we didn't need anything. There are a lot of TVs in the restaurant so would be a great spot to catch the sporting event of your choice. I'll look to stop in when I am back in town again next year and try something new. read more

My friends and I decided to go to copperhead grille after going snow tubing. We were a party of five and we ordered the fried mozzarella sticks. The fried mozzarella sticks were absolutely delicious! The service was great, the young guy was friendly and talking to us about the ski resort we went to. The ambiance was cool, they had sports in every tv screen. They also had three huge projectors. I ordered a Shirley temple drink and it was so good! I also ordered myself chicken quesadillas and they were perfection. I usually don't say that about quesadillas but the fried quesadilla aspect was even better than the traditional toasted quesadilla tortilla. This place is known for their mozzarella sticks. "Voted best in PA". Well we had to put them to the test. All I can say is they did not disappoint. The crust was perfection. The cheese pull was 10/10. Their version of marinara sauce leans towards the sweeter side which I'm usually not a fan of but it complement the sticks well. We also ordered the chicken BLT wrap and the creole pasta. The wrap was perfectly balanced with sauce to protein ratio. The pasta dish was well seasoned. It wasn't the best pasta ever had but it certainly was filling and tasty. The ambiance is sports bar meets moody diner vibes. Each table has an old school radio set up to listen to any of the TV's playing. It was really cute. The service was pleasant and attentive. Wait staff was courteous, respectful and diligent - what makes that so impressive was the fact that they were busy. I didn't hear excuse one about how my order or drinks were late because they were so busy. They were on top of it (and I showed my appreciation with a really good tip). See that, female servers?!?! You're not entitled to a tip!! You come with snark/attitude and entitlement - I'll keep my mouth shut but leave you with nothing. You come with kindness and professionalism, thusly I'll return your behavior with financial appreciation. I was with friends and we started with an order of wings, they were very good. A little on the small side but very tasty. I got a sirloin with loaded potato and broccoli and everything was excellent. Solid spot. We did take-out and the service was friendly. We ordered steak fajitas with a side order of shrimp, Caesar salad and a crab bisque. Pros: the crab bisque was actually delicious. We took it back to the hotel, warmed it up and added some Tabasco sauce to it and it was quite good! Although the steak could've used more seasoning, it was cooked to a nice temperature of medium, which is what we requested. Cons: shrimp seemed fresh but were not seasoned at all - apart from some paprika. The Caesar salad was made with a mescaline blend, which I never understood how people think that's OK. Caesar salads should be made with Romain lettuce.... Unless otherwise specified. The condiments we received with the fajitas were subpar at best ie. rice, salsa, etc. and I was hoping for some guacamole. Would we return? The Cooperhead is great! If you live in the LV then you have more than likely been to one of their two locations. It is like Applebees or Fridays, but way better. My wife and I have been here a dozen times and we are never disappointed! My personal favorite is the mozzarella sticks as they are house-made and huge! I also love their tap list as they have many beer varieties and you can always find something good (sometimes local). Their burgers are good, sandwiches are good, salads are good, etc. They have healthy options as well if you are looking for something light. Stop by for a late dinner with my fiancé and his family. Drinks are okay. Their wings are fire. I got the cranberry sangria which was very watered down and just no good. They are know for their venom sauce which is their version of hot sauce. I got ten wings with two flavors, the chimmi venom and sweet and sweaty. Both flavors were so good in their own ways. I like the chimmichuri sauce on the wings. It was fried to perfection and sauced just right. My fiancé got the brown butter buffalo sauce on his wings and was very happy with it as well. We stopped here for the first time a few months back and we've been back many times since then. The service at the bar is always great and we've enjoyed all the apps/meals we've tried. The salads are all very good and the fish tacos have been consistently good as well. We like their happy hour specials especially that they have a late night happy hour on the weekends. For a sports bar layout I really appreciate that the music is good and the games are not so loud you have to yell at the person next to you. this WAS going to be my first time eating at the copperhead grille. first thing i saw was what i believe was the manager being very rude to one of the host but after being sat i went the wrong way to the restrooms and found myself in the back in the kitchen where i witness the cooks wearing no gloves on ready to eat foods they had there hands in the salad bowl scooping out portions for customers. one the servers directed me the right way to the restrooms after i sat back down and waited 20 minutes for a server to greet us and take our orders. after finally ordering our drinks and meal at the same time while waiting i saw a mouse run under one of the tables and left immediately i felt very uncomfortable disturbed and disgusting. i will never go here again and will be letting everyone know not to eat here. read more
