My partner ordered the Cajun Yellowfin Tuna sandwich and I ordered the Black Angus Burger. She ordered the tuna medium well. It's grilled with a lively Cajun rub, and served with lettuce, tomato and a sesame-lime mayonnaise. Most sandwiches at Vintage are served on the legendary LeBus Bakery brioche buns. The artisan, French inspired bread rolls have a glistening golden exterior, and a soft crumb interior that holds up to juicy sandwiches. My partner said the Yellowfin Tuna sandwich was delicious - I tasted it, and it was! Tender with a tangy Cajun seasoning, it was a very good sandwich, and the brioche bun was delightful! . My Black Angus hamburger, which I ordered medium was cooked perfectly. I didn't realize how large of a patty it was - I'm guessing it had to be between 1/3-1/2 pound burger!! I could immediately taste the grilled Angus meat - it was flavorful, and had a nice sear. I would have preferred a smaller patty - this one was so large it was difficult keeping it on the bun, however, it was a tasty burger. The sides were Sweet Potato Fries and Onion Rings. The fries were excellent and a must order with any sandwich. The onion rings, on the other hand, looked good, but had a very thick fried coating that detracted from the texture and taste. We didn't even finish the small order. Overall, for food at sports bar, it's very good! But the inside is really for drinking and watching the 'sport of the season', as TVs are everywhere with the bar occupying most of the interior of the restaurant. They don't offer flights, but the bartender was happy to provide samples of the beers I was interested in. Unfortunately, none were really my style--I'm a dedicated IPA girl, and they only had one IPA on tap at the time. My husband, however, really enjoyed a couple of the Hallertau Pils tank pours. If you've never had a tank pour before, it's a unique experience and definitely different from a traditional draft beer. They also have an extensive Mexican food menu. We shared the Pollo con Costra y Chile Güero, and it was delicious--very authentic and full of flavor. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this brewery, especially if you're looking for a unique beer experience, great service, and excellent food.
