On website and plastered on door, "open 24 hours". we drive 30 minutes into philly to get taco bell and when we get there, the door is locked and someone yells out the window, "we're closed". i point to the sign that says "open 24 hours" and he just gives me a bunch of attitude saying that I will have to order online. We visited the this restaurant for a dinner snack. If you call a 7 layer burrito, 2 hard shell tacos with sour cream , a pizza and a drink a snack. . My husband and I enjoyed our quick snack. Our drink was another story. Our initial choice was pink lemonade- which I did not like ( too sweet). Then we tried the ice tea, which had no flavor, tasted like water, a bit nasty. The cashier had a flat affect. Upon leaving the establishment- we had a difficult time throwing our trash. The trash can was over flowing. Not worth so much as a thought of going here. I [laced an order via Uber Eats. Ordered a Quesarito, a 5 layer Burrito, and a Taco Supreme Party PAck. The only item that they sent was the 5 layer burrito. Called the restaurant, they refused to do anything about it- tried to pass the buck to Uber (that's not how it works). Then they hung up on me. I called back, and they completely ignored me. Picked up the phone and walked away. Tried again a half hour later, and the phone was still off the hook. Food was fine for being fast food on a Friday night. Service? Terrible. The folks working the counter appeared to not care about the several people waiting for their online order at the counter. When someone did eventually come to the front, the orders were all mysteriously nonexistent or wrong. I saw a couple customers walk out and cancel the order. Pretty horrible :/ I ordered from door dash and they straight up just said they "didn't receive the order". so they didn't give me my food. There was like 3 people working there. Also there was another guy who ordered from door dash and he didn't get his food either, so.. they kinda robbed us lol. I don't think he got his food but they were arguing a bit, and the manager really didn't seem like she wanted to help the situation. I work retail, it's really not hard to mend this kind of situation by just acknowledging that there was a system error and giving us a couple of tacos or something. I've ordered from here on doordash numerous times, and there is always a 40% chance I have something wrong with my order. Either they cancel the order despite me ordering an hour before they close and they don't feel like making it, or the food is wrong in some way. The icing on the cake was tonight when I tried to order on DD. Got a message from one dasher, saying there were a ton of people waiting for food and only one person working. They got tired of waiting and a different dasher picked up the order. Same thing happened again; another dasher took the order. The third and final person said that when he went to grab my order they said that someone had already picked it up. Which means they gave my order to a random person. I spoke with an employee, and she said they couldn't cancel it on their end (which I found unbelievable because they cancel my orders all the time). I didn't want to cancel on my end because I wouldn't have gotten a refund due to DD's policy. Eventually I had no other choice but to do that. She was rude and was also on the phone with someone (who I think was a manager) and I heard her talking loudly with him saying that this was bullshit. This is hands down, the worst Taco Bell I've been to. Half the crunch tacos I ordered were broken and they came in a box. For some reason the soft tacos were wet. The Mexican pizza has a quarter of it broken and just sitting in the bag, not in the box with the rest of the pizza. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all. read more

Brand new taco bell. This area needed a taco bell and it couldnt have come at a better time. I ordered at the drive thru and it was super easy and really fast. At the first window they ask you what sauces you would like and they give you a small bag of the sauces you like. They also aren't stingy on how many sauces they give you. Some places only give you a 2-3 sauces but this place was really generous especially on how I like a lot of sauce on my tacos. Another great thing about this taco bell is that the employees are really nice and the dining area is clean from the looks of it on the outside. Next time ill eat inside and update my review but for now this place is going to make a lot of people happy. read more

My husband and I love Taco Bell specifically this location. They're always soo friendly and helpful even when something is discontinued they will help create something as similar to that item as possible. Tonight we got our food and my husband kept ordering different things at the same time as I was which I'm sure was very annoying and confusing to them but they still got everything right and even put our order in separate bags so we didn't have to separate it without even asking.
