Went to go through the drive thru and an employee came out of the restaurant immediately screaming angrily at people in the drive thru lane because he had parked cars to try and direct people in a different traffic pattern. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. There were no signs or anything. If he was not so quick to react with anger but patience things could have been a lot different. Not a good way to run a place. We left and didn't get any food because of the actions. Will not return because that is not a way any business should treat paying customers. read more

This place is a hot mess. We usually make a pit stop once every couple of weeks while we're out makin' the rounds. So we went in last Saturday at approx 3pm. There were a fair amount of people just standing around. Line wise, we were 3rd from the front. The ordering went fast, no problems there. Then I noticed that everyone standing around were all waiting for their orders. Half were take out, half were dine in orders. It took OVER 15 MINS for our order to come up. We ordered a box meal and some items from the dollar menu. Half the soda machine wasn't working. There was a piece of paper on one side saying "sold out". There were NO napkins out either. I told a person behind the counter it was empty, and she handed me a few. That doesn't fix the problem. Eventually someone did come out to refill. Oh and while I was waiting, I overhead the cashier asking people if they could pay with cards as they didn't have any $1's. read more

I want to start out by saying that I am a big advocate for Taco Bell. This establishment nation wide will always have my support. With that being said, the nearest Taco Bell from my home is 20 minutes. Including the drive thru time it is about a 50 minute excursion. Of course the one time I don't check the bag, I am missing half the order. Why Taco Bell?!?!? Why??!!??! We have had such a long positive relationship up to this point and you've never let me down until now. I can't drive back. It's too far and too late. As a lifetime Warminster resident, I was soooooo excited for a Taco Bell location to open locally. UGH. I have given it months to wear on me and become better. No such luck. The customer service varies from awful to good. The food also varies from absolutely terrible to good. The inconsistency is irritating. Our order has only ever been right 2 out of 20 times. (I would not keep coming back if it weren't for my son and husband who seem to love Taco Bell, but forget how awful this location is.) We ask for no tomatoes on some items and seem to get double the tomatoes instead. We'll order a meal that should come with items x, y, and z and it'll be missing items. Just terrible. read more

We've visited this location many times and we're very impressed with the speediness and accuracy of our orders. Little by little, however, our experiences have been less and less enjoyable. Our most recent visit on 10/08/2016 at 7:24pm was an absolute disgrace. We we decided to dine in, as always, since we do not want our meals to get cold during the drive back home. Every single table along with booths seats were absolutely disgusting! Sour cream and shredded cheese sprinkled and smeared all over the majority of the tables and seats. Appalling. Even the bathroom (which I guarantee is never checked every 30 minutes to insure proper cleanliness) was disgusting!! Piss all over the urinal and the sink made me afraid to wash my hands with it! What?! As for our food, we anxiously waited 20 minutes; we have never waited longer than 5-8 minutes during our previous experiences. When we got our food it was all ICE COLD and certain toppings were missing on our nachos...they usually come with tomatoes and they did not put them on the nachos. My cheesy gordita crunch neither had enough meat nor enough cheese to satisfy the fact that it's supposed to be a "cheesy gordita" crunch. The two soft tacos that came with my cheesy gordita crunch didn't even have enough meat on them, and it was ice cold as well. All in all, we came to this location so frequently because it was a booming Taco Bell since it was a new addition to the warminster area...now that things are settling down, employees are getting lazier, spending too much time chatting with one another and checking their phones answering texts and even answering calls. (Also using their gloved hands to touch their phones and put it back on their pocket and NOT change the gloves when returning to handling food!!!) During a busy time like this time when we arrived, I should not be seeing TWO employees just chillin on their breaks while the line gets longer and longer for the poor employee is dealing with this frustration all alone, while the manager is smoking a cigarette outside. Despicable! We've noticed how the work ethics of this location has dropped dramatically. When we first began coming to this location, we witnessed the entire kitchen team coming together chanting "go Taco Bell!!" And having fun with one another with tons of motivation...now we just witness them bored and the manager removes himself from the scene to smoke a damn cigarette while two of his workers are on break leaving one poor cashier alone. Our most recent visit is the final straw we had at this location, we knew that it wouldn't take long before the workers began slacking...especially with the manager they have to work under that doesn't show any kind of encouragement or motivation to keep his employees working. He goes outside to smoke a cigarette in front of entering and exiting guests for crying out loud!! He shouldn't deserve any kind of career pay if that is something a manager does while it's frustratingly busy. Not professional at all. You will not be getting our business any longer, this incident proved to us that if the manager cannot be a role model to his employees, then the entire staff is corrupt and do not deserve our business. I should also make you aware of this. I am a ServSafe Food Safety and Sanitation inspector and if were to come to this location with no heads up, your establishment would be shut down immediately. Your cleanliness ethics are horrendous and your entire workforce should be ashamed and held accountable to the highest extent possible. I went here for a third time (weeks after it opened) and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food!!! If all you have is a 30 minute lunch break then I think you would understand why I am so upset. There was a line of about 25 people waiting for their food to come out in the store. There were people that waited 40 minutes to get their food. There were people that asked for refunds and left after waiting over a half hour for their food to come out. I love Taco Bell glad they built one closer I use to have to go to Richboro. The food is good but they work rather everytime. I use the mobile app so my food would be ready when I get there so I can grab and go. It never is I order right before I leave my house it takes enough time to get from here to there it should be ready. Everytime they say we don't make it until you get here you don't want it to get cold. The manager said well people place there order when they are too far away there food will be cold when they get here. I had come maybe a week ago, yet am still so unpleased about my visit here that I still feel the need to write this review. I had ordered 2 medium baja blasts frozen and nacho fries during the hours between 2-5. I am almost positive it was almost right after 3 because that is when i get done work. It started out bad from the start since while I was ordering the person taking my order had shown annoyance through her voice as I asked for a minute to look at the menu. After i said one thing she cut me off mid sentence and told me to pull up. I then preceded to tell her I did not finish and she then asks with a clear attitude in her voice "okay then what else". I had pulled up to the window and the lady at the first window had read out the price and I was slightly puzzled on how it came to close to $10. I handed my card off to her and calculated it in my head as I drove up to the following window. I was just going to let it go because maybe I ordered wrong or maybe it was some miscommunication between me when I was ordering and the person taking my order. Yet when i arrived at the second window I was greeted with an unpleasant worker handing me an unfrozen blast with just simply saying "here" then continuing to yell something across the kitchen without even looking if i grab it or not. I get his attention and ask why it isn't frozen- he tells me that the machine is down. I ask why I wasn't alerted at the window and he just simply says with a laugh "i don't know". I then ask him why i was over charged for the drinks with it being happy hour. Where he then replied "i don't know what that is". I request to speak with a manager and in which I want a price adjustment. I was then told they aren't able to do that because it was busy. I was told to pull up and wait for a manger to come out to talk to me. 10 minutes later, a worker came out to my car saying that the manager can't come out to me and that I need to go in the store. I begin to tell the manger what had occurred and he dismissed me telling me he could just give me a refund. During this process, I see a baja blast freeze being made and served to a customer which was previously claimed as broken. The manger gives my refund and I am still left completely unsatisfied as no apology or no sincerity came with it. This was the work fast food experience I have ever witnessed. None of the workers seem to know what they are doing ever. I had come here often and it was very rare for my entire order to be correct and I never felt the need to complain or write a review until I had faced the complete disrespect from these workers. As good as it gets (for a Taco Bell). A brand new building last year. Convenient location. Very clean inside, including the bathrooms. Usually I get a couple hard tacos, and I use a TON of their Diablo hot sauce on them. They are consistently good. They give seniors a free drink with the order, but you have to ask for it. This Taco Bell has only been open 5 days, and has been crowded with people excited to check it out! :) It is understandable it may be on the slower side with new employees learning and the large orders they are handling. I ordered food to take out and waited a bit. I began to watch people who ordered after me receiving their orders. After waiting for a while, I did say something. The man who took my order immediately went to check out the problem (even with a long line of people waiting). It turned out something happened, and my order was gone. I found out the employee handling my order was the regional manager. He was apologetic, and handled things very professionally. He took care of things quickly and made sure they put together my order right then. The workers who handed me my food were also apologetic and very friendly. The restaurant was very nice inside and they have a great outside seating area where my kids spent time while I was ordering and waiting. I will be back to this Taco Bell. read more
