My daughter picked it up. When she got home, we noticed there was a note about stains that couldn't be removed. I am absolutely certain that there were NO STAINS when I dropped it off, just minor dirt on the cuffs and neckline from wearing it. Upon inspection, it appeared that some sort of liquid was used on the jacket, which caused the red wool to bleed into the white embroidery. (See pictures.) Luckily, the damage was confined to 3 white letters, and not the rest of the embroidery, which is gold, black, and green. So, I was able to rescue the jacket with a little bit of bleach and a lot of patience. Unfortunately, my daughter already paid for the dry cleaning ($50!). Had I seen this before, I would have asked to speak to someone right away. We shouldn't have to pay so much for something that was badly damaged by the business. 1 star for the "dry cleaning" - Would not recommend! 5 stars for the patchwork

Three months ago we purchased a large flag to fly on our property. It was beautiful, unfortunately a nearby tree branch was trimmed leaving a sharp branch. Within a day the flag had a large cut on it getting, larger with each wave. Thinking the American flag might be ruined we took it to Manor Cleaners, who also has a wonderful seamstress. The owner Paul, who has the great ability to remember you by name, wasn't even phased by the cut on the flag. He offered me two options for repair. Paul gave me a quick pick up date and when I asked how much the repair would be he said, "We don't charge to fix American flags!" Wow, I was blown away... Well, the flag is flying high again, you can't even tell where It was repaired. Manor Cleaners, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

As I started loading things into the dryer, I was asked to remove them by the owner. Because the rule is you have to use BOTH washer & dryer. You can't use the dryer only. When someone is dealing with hard ship & will have to pay to get that fixed. And now the owner wants me to spend more time at 8pm and more money to re wash my clothes, because they are a "Full Service" laundromat. They are not washing or drying clothes for you. Other laundromats aren't like this. First time I've ever heard this rule. Even if it's a policy, it's my first time there, let me Dry my clothes this first time. The gown came back looking beautiful and all of the beading is perfectly intact. What really impressed me was the presentation. They asked if I would like the cleaned dress boxed and I said Yes! So Glad i did because everything inside the box was so elegantly placed and, it truly exceeded my expectations. It honestly looks like a keepsake display and made seeing my dress again feel really special. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat every gown with the care it deserves.
