They work very hard, cleaning constantly. They sell soap, dryer sheets, and other laundry supplies in case you forget yours, and they have 2 vending machines for snacks and drinks. They have places to sit inside and outside while you wait for your laundry, carts so you can move your laundry from one place to another, and countertops to fold. The only thing I don't enjoy is some of the other guests. My partner and I have had extremist religious folks approach us and harass us when we said no thank you or directly asked them to leave us alone. Bring headphones to ignore other people, but definitely watch your surroundings.

On the route home, the first group experienced car trouble and had to exit the freeway unexpectedly in an unfamiliar area. We waited with them for more than two hours for the tow truck to arrive. After the first hour, we drove ahead looking for a bathroom, we tried three places from a 7-11 "convenience" store to a mini-mart, and they didn't have one. We spotted this laundromat and decided it was worth a try. The entrance had a "laundry store" to the right if you want to purchase detergent, etc. On my left was a row of washing machines and clothes dryers. It was a busy time for them as many customers were using the machines. Straight ahead was the coveted bathroom, however, a key card was needed and it was reserved for customers only. We approached the young girl (I regret not getting her name), at the laundry store and explained our situation. She was so kind and friendly and unlocked the door for us (phew, what a relief). Often times you encounter a public bathroom and they can be very messy and lack supplies. However, that was not the case at this neighborhood facility! We found it in sanitary condition and readily available for their customers. I wish to thank the manager for providing services and hiring friendly staff to assist those utilizing the facility.

Issue #1: this morning I was trying to buy a card after my laundry was already in the machine with soap because I realized I forgot my other one at home. The machine that customers buy the cards at was not working. None of the 3 worked. I spent at least 5 minutes trying to figure out how to get the card. I was so frustrated when another customer let me use their card and I gave them the cash. Issue #2: why is the bathrooms locked until someone is there? If your business is open and you can take my money then you should have your bathroom available or at least have someone working. I have a medical condition where I can't hold it and if I am in the middle of laundry and there is no bathroom available what would you suggest I do? Issue #3: Bathroom is locked so no where to change a babies diaper? Since you can't have someone working when you open that also means that if you need to change your babies diaper you can't until someone gets there. Issue #4: MY BIGGEST ISSUE, is about the ADA laws being broken but first I need to speak to an attorney before I say more. I will most likely avoid using your business in the future unless there is a change in these policies. It makes me very saddened because you are right next to my house.

They have different sized washers that can hold 1-9 loads!! I went at 9am on a Wednesday, not crowded and plenty of machines. There was an employee constantly cleaning, sweeping and organizing. She was very helpful getting a card to load, with how much soap to put in the different sized machines and with all the other questions I had. This is only my second time at Grande but I looked at other laundromats and this place is just so much cleaner, the choice was easy when it came to my clothes. I used a machine that held 6 loads of laundry and it was $8.88. Probably pricey (I don't know the going rate these days) but for me worth it. Dryer time was 3 CENTS a minute so washing is definitely their money maker. Tips: bring your own soap to save a little money and your hangers. They had plenty of laundry carts to hang clothes and table space to fold. Highly recommend!!
