this place has gone downhill bad! please avoid and go else where! dryers do not work even with the prices going up. we spent $20 on dryers and for nothing! our clothing did not dry and we were not going to spend more! we went else where. this place is dirty too! when tuesday worked here she cleaned 24/7!!!! i was folding clothes in the folding area and cleaned it and it was so dirty! the soap dispenser by the sink doesn't work anymore either... trash everywhere.... homeless hanging out in here without even washing. tuesday kept the business clean and strictly only allowed customers to be inside. don't waste your $ here! read more

They have a shit load of cockroaches their washers have sticky slimy gunk. The dryers don't dry shit at all and there is gum in the dryers that stuck to my clothes. I left very unsatisfied and that is the most unsanitary place to "clean" clothes. It feels like I went and made my clothes dirtier than they were. read more

Supposedly it's a COIN laundry and their machine doesn't even work to give coins. Terrible customer service and no communication. If their machine is not working they should have coins to give to customers at least. If the machine doesn't work then just close the business for the day. SMH. read more

They are terrible. How can a business like this even be open with no restroom for the customers. The girl here on Wednesday morning 11am she would not give her name but said the restroom is out of service and she goes and uses it right after. I get it the homeless mess up the restroom but you can not exclude your paying customers. There should not be a business allowed to just randomly close the restroom or even be open if they do not provide a restroom and the facility is falling apart some of the dryers don't work and they don't even tell you. We left laundry here for the wash n fold on Sunday. They promised next day they will call us. It is now Tuesday night and no one is in the facility, when they said 6-10 they are open. My GF is waiting outside until someone is there if no one shows, I will notify authorities tomorrow. I have no clothes for work. Do not go here. Do not support this business. read more

Very conflicted on my review of their wash and fold service. They did a really great job but they lied about the weight of my clothes, charging me $80 for a couple hampers of laundry, claiming it was over 50 lbs. I'll never come back because I'd pay $20 doing it myself. read more

I've come here quite often and it's always in appropriate condition. These pics were taken early so the place is extremely clean to start the day. I've come in the middle of the day on Wednesday, or in the evening on Friday and it looks great. I'm confused about all the homeless talk. The city of Escondido has a homeless situation, not this one business. Parking is always available. I hate doing laundry, but when I need to I come here from my apartment complex in San Marcos because it's clean & machines are reliable. What more do you want. read more

Such a pleasant experience! The place is very clean and family owned and the staff is very friendly. The equipment is brand new and all working great and the vending machines and TVs made my time there fly by. They still use coins, which I prefer as those card machines with weird pricing always make you wonder and tokens... Who wants carry remaining tokens? The owner, Valerie, is amazing. We've had the craziest schedule lately and their fluff n fold service is the best we've found. Clothes cleaned very well and hung or folded as we would like. I took two hampers of clothes to Change is Good Laundry on Tuesday morning, hoping they would be done by the end of the day. I was promised they would be ready by lunch Wednesday. At the time, I didn't notice, but they didn't give me a receipt. I called Wednesday after lunch, as I hadn't heard from them. My clothes were not ready. They hadn't even started. A lot of laundry orders had come in that day. I was told my clothes would be ready today, Thursday, shortly after lunch. I went in person to pick them up, and there was no one there. The manager's office was closed and locked. They weren't answering their phone. The manager hours are apparently 9-12 and 6-9. I came back after 6 pm, and still no one was there. There's no sign of my clothes, and I could smell pot smoke from the manager's office. I left a message. Two and a half days, and they still have my clothes and my hampers. I will update this review when I hear from them or have to file a police report. read more

I regularly use this laundromat for several reasons. First, there is plenty of parking in the shopping center. Second, the machines are coin operated. I'm not a fan of buying loaded cards to use with laundry machines. Third, the place is nicely kept and it has a TV. Finally, the owners are very responsive to questions or concerns.
