If i could give 0 starts I will give it this place!!! The lady from the night shift with the red/ curly hair its an asshole. 1st time We went there at 8 pm and she started to yell at us,that I wasnt allowed to wash because it was late and I was when they close at 10. 2dn- We went there today and she did it again, started yelling at us all rude. Unfortunatelly, we decided to give this place a second chanse, since I work and come out of work late.... NOT WORTH IT! read more

Most laundry places are the same but this one has the absolutely most sweetest worker Maria ! She always helps me with everything I need and coming in doing my laundry is actually nice that I can actually chat with her. Plus she helped me choose my soap and gave me tips on how to get out stains from white. My clothes are amazing and I don't really like Laundromats but I'll definitely keep coming here read more

We don't have a dryer right now so we had to find a laundry mat ASAP! Found this one close by because we really didn't want to drive in to Temecula just to dry our clothes. Great place...can be crowded at times. Been here 5 times but really can't figure out when it's busy or not. It keeps shifting. Lady that works here every time we have gone is such a sweetheart. She's a hard worker and always keeping everything cleaned and sanitized. Always greets us with a smile. During this pandemic you are supposed to be wearing a mask and frequently we have noticed customers not wearing one, so that is definitely not enforced. Other than that the dryers work fantastic and we can usually be out of there in under an hour. Sorry my review is only for the dryers...we have yet to use the washer since we have one at home that is working. read more

The cleanest laundry place I've been to. This is the first time I've been a laundromat in over 20 years. The attendants are doing a great job. read more

I hate to say it but I actually prefer washing my clothes here than at my apartment complex-the quality of the washing machines do make a difference-the machines here do a really good job! A bit crowded at times but a good laundromat. The gentleman that runs the place is very helpful-there everyday-he keeps the place clean, makes sure the machines are working, and always has fresh coffee and donuts for the patrons. For the size of place, there is a good variety of machines for different load sizes; there's also a restroom and T.V.s to watch while you wait...and change machines work! Also, Thursdays are "1 cent Thursdays" for dryer use-you can't beat that! read more

Convoluted business model based on cards that don't work and require to put $20 bill into their cash machine that returned a forged $5 bill. Staff not sure how their system works. read more

I came to the Coin Laundry because I was visiting my folks. I love how they're open at 6 am; I came on a Wednesday and no one was there! I had the whole place to myself until 7 am. They do close a little too early for my tastes (last load is at 8:30), but it's Fallbrook, so of course it's not going to be open until 11 pm like San Diego laundromats. Prices are standard for most places and a portion of the profits go to an Escondido non-profit. Washers hold between 2 to a full 8 loads. No detergent or fabric softener machine slots, so bring your own. I know most people bring their own anyway; I brought my own detergent but forgot the softener...oh well, I'll just have static-y laundry. read more

My wife and I are retired and travel all around the U.S. in our Motorhome. We landed in Fallbrook when COVID hit. Grande is a very average launder mat and it has served our purpose for bimonthly visits to do our laundry. Grande is always kept clean and tidy. As good or better than most places we have used over the years. The problem lies with the unfriendly attitude of the only attendant. Generally a few of the machines have "Out of Order" signs posted. Today we tried two of their dryers and neither one of them worked. The attendant told us to use other machines. We agreed, but it was a struggle with her to refund us our money spent for two broken machines. She told us that "you use these machines at your own risk and there's nothing she can do about it". I asked for information about her Manager. She pointed at the sign on the wall and said to call or email them. The phone number has disconnected and have yet to receive a response from the email I sent. I was in retail Sales for most of my adult life and I have never nor has any of my Sales staff ever treated anyone as poorly as we were treated at Grande. Shame on your attendant. We will gladly take our business elsewhere from now on... read more

All doors do not remain open until closing. Tried picking up my laundry at 9:15 pm. It says it closes at 10. The employee working was rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience to open the door. I ended up driving my car to the other side to get my laundry. Don't post you are open but close doors. It's already a bit pricey. Customer service is lacking at this place. read more

I don't usually go to laundromats. This one is kept really clean. The ladies who work there are very helpful and patient when helping you.

This place is the biggest rip off I've ever seen. You're forced to buy a plastic chipped (atm) card in order to do laundry. Other wise your out of luck, they do not accept bank/ credit card or coins. The only way to do laundry is to buy one of their cards for $5. Biggest f**^#%g rip off I have ever seen. And the customer service girl was soooo rude. read more

Grande Laundry Place - Always clean! My fav! - Laundry Services Near Me - Fallbrook, California

The most expensive laundromat I've been too yet. The machines smell so friggen nasty and there seemed to be no one working there. However it's better than the other ones in Fallbrook... Still gross though read more

8:15. Closed sign was flipped on the door. Got stuck trying to get in because the other door was already locked. Would have started my wash way before 8:30 (last wash) Common problem with the Grande Laundromats, the cleaners want to go home at 9 on the dot. Why not just close at 8 so everyone inside by then leaves by 9? No worries though, don't want my money? I have no problem taking my money elsewhere. read more

I always come to this place to do my laundry, never had any trouble whatsoever until today May 8th, 2019. My roommate and I had our clothes and personal belongings in the washer, we had stepped out to our car to wait for our clothes to be done, timing it accurately. We were waiting for our other clothes to be done in the other washers as we typically do, once we walked back in the get our Laundry and put them to dry, we noticed that they were missing. While looking around trying to figure out where they had went, the owner of the facility called me caught my attention to had me over my and my roommates clothes that he had took out HIMSELF. I respectfully told him that next time if he could not do that because there are personal belongings in there, but he didn't seem to care and just told me "Someone needed to use the washer." Then carried on. Never has this happened and for him to not even care, as a female I believe that he was strongly in the wrong, and I hate to say it but unless you want some creep touching you or your family's clothes suggest you don't come here... read more

This place is worth the extra 50 cents per load you'd save at other places. It is super clean, the owner is really friendly and it is relatively uncrowded during the week. I drive an extra few minutes to come here and it's so worth it. It's near Fresh and Easy which is a plus in my book. I come here often since our puppy hasn't learned that not everything is ok to pee on and I won't go anywhere else. read more

Been going there for the past five years every week..its very clean all the time, the machines are always in good shape rarely out of order, there is always change in the change-machines...love this place I definitely recommend it..best laundry mat in town! read more

Manager at the laundry matt was very nice and helpful. The place is very clean and with this hot heat the A,C works very well. Also there is TV's we can watch and sit while we wait for clothes to be done which is the best, time will go by quick. Will recommend to everyone in town. Love this clean and neat place with a good manager running this place. read more

Manager is very nice and polite very helpful. Place is very clean and peaceful. Good A.C for this hot place and TV to keep us occupied while I wait for my clothes. Would recommend everyone to this place. read more

Great laundromat with many different sized washing machines. The drying machines are fast and get all clothes dried. Perfect place to wash huge blankets, pillows, and just about anything. Plenty of countertop room to fold clothes and plenty of carts. There's TVs to watch while you wait! I'd rather get my laundry done here than my apartment facility. There's a friendly environment and I had to run out to my car to grab something and I wasn't worried my clothes were going to get stolen. I'll keep coming here as long as I live in the area! read more

This laundromat is good when it comes to the washers, however THE DRYERS ARE TERRIBLE. On high with medium load, everything was still wet. I dried the clothes THREE times and still when I got home some clothes were still wet. Please fix. read more

we live in fallbrook and we feel we should spend our money in the town we live in. to us this helps the business thrive. however i was a customer yesterday and not very happy with your washing machines at all. the problem was with the final rinse . my clothing was way to wet when the machine went off. it did not spin long enough for my liking . and i know for sure these machines can be adjusted . my father use to be in the business. but on the other hand i feel your owner likes it this way . that way the customer is stuck paying a lot more money to dry their clothing. and shame on them . trust me you will lose more customers because of this problem. i'm hoping you will fix this problem soon. other customers felt the same way i do. your machines are beautiful and i wish you the very best with this place. so please correct the washing machines if you wish to have good paying customers. if not then i won't be back. read more

I've been using the Grande Laundry's in Escondido and love them. A friend needed a laundromat in Fallbrook and I found that Grande has one there also. She tried it and loved it.
