The gown came back looking beautiful and all of the beading is perfectly intact. What really impressed me was the presentation. They asked if I would like the cleaned dress boxed and I said Yes! So Glad i did because everything inside the box was so elegantly placed and, it truly exceeded my expectations. It honestly looks like a keepsake display and made seeing my dress again feel really special. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat every gown with the care it deserves. Only hiccup was my daughter lives in an apartment complex the person doing the pickup got lost. I understand how many apartment complexes can be confusing. The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. That means customers should be allowed to start their final load anytime before 9:00, not be turned away half an hour early. Even worse, this same employee was arguing with multiple paying customers, including myself, and turned away 2-3 other people who also came to wash. She's closing the door and denying service a full hour and a half before the business is even supposed to close! This is beyond unprofessional. The owner seriously needs to know that their employee is not only driving away loyal customers, but also costing the business money. Terrible customer service.
