After years of going here I've never experienced the rude treatment that I received there today. I guess the Tech I asked for didn't want to do my pedicure and she treated me as such. She was absolutely horrible to me. Lee has forever ruined my opinion of this place. I kept trying to ignore her rude comments but she just continued to let me know she didn't want to do my pedicure. She even said "so I guess you're a head customer". When I asked why would you say that she said I don't take appointments how did you get me. Did you walk in or what? I'd requested her because I'd had her before and I thought she was good! I kept ignoring her until she finally told me not to come on Saturdays that I need to come on Mondays or Tuesday. Who does that!!!! I just stopped in the middle of my service and reported it to the front desk and the young lady just laughed at me because at this point I was furious!!!! I'm not one to write bad reviews and I love giving places a chance to change my mind and not give them one. But I was just so mad by the time I left this place. I'm not giving them a complete 1 star review just because the location it's self is really pretty and clean and have great services to pick from. But the nail technician that I got for my nails today which was just a gel manicure was completely rude, kept pulling my hands around and tossing them instead of just asking me to move them. She also cut one of my cuticles really bad and left one of the nails with a big scratch missing polish. She noticed I was upset about something because I kept looking at my cuticle that was bleeding and she grabbed my hand very rude and pressed down on it even more which caused it to hurt more and then asked if it was better. Of course at this point I couldn't even look at her because I was so mad. I didn't even want to go back to get my other nail fixed that she also ruined. Doesn't help that not once did she even give me her name! Recieved a gel manicure a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday. By Wednesday that week, one of my nails started chipping. Later that day, I went to the salon to have the nail fixed. The lady was very nice, fixed my nail at no charge. However when I asked why did my nail chipped so early on. She informed me with the polish that they use, this situation happens often. She generally tries to have her clients upgrade to a better product, so this would not happen. By the end of the week, the polish on all of my nails started lifting off. The girl that did my nails was nice and personable, but I will never go there again. read more

They have a ton of different color choices for gel or nail dip, which is a huge plus. But I felt like they were in a rush to get my nails done. She butchered at least 4 of my cuticles to the point they were bleeding. She apologized and just continued to use the tools over them. Very sloppy job as well. My fingers were covered in Polish and glue afterwards. It comes off after a few washes, but it's a huge hassle and looks tacky until it comes off. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a regular customer and had 4 dipped nails chip within a week because the technician filed them too thin. When I went in, they told me it had been too long and they couldn't fix them for me without charging me. I explained that I hadn't had time to come back because of my son's graduation events the past week but that they had broken within the first few days after I came in. They refused to fix them and were very rude and dismissive. I wont be back and will be letting all my friends know how they treat their customers. Really disappointing. I feel bad for the owner of this salon. I've been coming here since opened a couple years ago getting my nails and toes done. Stephanie the girl at the front desk was extremely rude. All I wanted was a fill on my nails she was so unprofessional. I'm confused how the male manager I always walk in and he knows when I say I want acrylic and everything is fine. Love this place! Kept very clean and very professional! The employees are very nice and helpful! They always do a fantastic job with my nail. I've done Nexygen, regular manicure, pedicure and acrylics. Pricing is reasonable, you get what you pay for. They are very meticulous while doing your nails. I just got a great pedicure today! The salon was very busy but the manager was kind enough to take my cell # and call me when there was a chair available. I browsed around the nearby shops for about 20 minutes before getting a call to say they were ready. Excellent customer service and a relaxing, clean atmosphere. read more

First of all, the good. I had Natalie as my nail technician, and she is absolutely wonderful. I get dip manicure and gel pedicure on a fairly regular basis, especially in the summer. And I am very particular about the thickness of the dip, which some inexperienced nail technicians cannot master. But I have to say, Natalie is one of the best that I've had so far. Will definitely go back and ask for her again. Now the bad. I made an appointment at 4:15pm and sat in the chair waited probably around 30 minutes before they even started. Because they were so short staffed, I had the same technician for pedicure and manicure, which doubled the time I was there. All in all, I was there for two and half hours. The silver lining is that Natalie is so wonderful that I think it may be worth the extra time. Definitely going back again. Hopefully, this time the wait won't be so long. read more

Extremely disappointed. I visited this salon for a polish change service and the spa owner said there is a 40 min wait. Just after me, came another girl who requested for a mani/pedi and she was attended. I soon realized its because my service wasn't costly enough for the owner to let me in. I have never experienced this at any nail salon. I have never met a more ignorant and mean business owner before. What is hurtful is that i went their after a back injury recovery and was still wearing my back pain brace. Its shameful how this business owner gave service cost priority over customer service. This place is amazing! My mom and I came here with a little bit of a time crunch. It was amazing that they did both our manicures and pedicures at the same time. It makes it not only quicker but so much more relaxing. They took their time on our pedicures and gave great massages. Even with the manicures they gave a massage. The had 30 pedicure chairs and 16 manicure stations so it was a pretty big place. It was also a very clean and relaxing environment. The staff was amazing and very kind. I just got a French ombré dip manicure by Hannah and it's amazing. I can't stop looking at my nails she got all my cuticles out so that my manicure could go all the way up and last longer, just the way I like it. Super sweet asked if she was hurting me to make sure she's not. This was my second time at this salon. The first time I just got my dip removed and didn't have time for a mani. The only advice I would give the nail salon is to use higher quality soap at the hand wash sink and maybe provide some lotion. The soap their doesn't work very well. I absolutely found an amazing nail salon. I waited to write a review after my second visit to ensure the first visit wasn't a fluke. I went in on a Thursday morning for a full set and was placed with Hannah. She did an amazing job. Considering this set was for my upcoming wedding, I had photos of designs I liked and she was able to match it to my nails. She dipped the nails which was a first for me and I liked the fact that I didn't smell the chemicals when using this process. So much happened in my life between the two visits (wedding, honeymoon, move, etc) that I didn't go back for four weeks. One nail had already come off and the others were looking really bad. They placed me with Blake today and even though he commented that my nails were not in good shape, he did an amazing job. He did the normal process which is what I have been used to with the chemicals. He fixed my one nail and filled the others. He was fast and detailed during my visit today. As far as the atmosphere of Grand Nail Spa, it is fantastic. I walked in and noticed how large and nice the place is. They have six large TVs (showing HGTV-Yay!!), a lot of comfy looking pedicure chairs (can't wait to try it out when I go for a pedicure in the near future) and a lot of tables for nails. I've only been on Thursdays (once in the morning and once in the afternoon) and had no waiting. They immediately took me in. Everyone is pleasant from the time you enter the door until the time you leave. They offer refreshments (I prefer water so I'm not really sure what all they offer). I will go back and I'm taking my daughter and mother the next time for pedicures. read more

Unbelievable. The first time I've ever gotten false nails and the job done was so botched I had to go get them fixed not even a week later. My technician chopped my perfectly healthy nail tips off to add false tips because she said "that's just what you have to do" and then charged me extra for that. Then the dip job she did was so overdone it felt like I had bubbles for fingernails and was unable to pick anything up. The shape was wonky and uneven and way longer than I had asked for and she did not seal the bottoms of my nails so junk was accumulating under them. The sides of my fingernails were so fat that they were starting to cut into my skin and cause me discomfort. I got a pedicure too. The actual paint job was cute but my technician chopped my nails down to the grow-beds and left the calluses. To add insult to injury, the wine tasted from a room temperature box and came in a plastic cup. I would never call this place "upscale" even in the slightest. Never going back. read more

It's been 1&1/2 wks today, & 2 of my nails have already come off!! I've been gentle on my nails, compared to my norm - was too busy to exercise last week on my business trip- but these are coming off faster than any I've had before. Based on all the great reviews me and my husband decided to give this place a try for pedicures .. we choose the heavenly pedi based on the description for dry heels and callous .. well after paying $55 a piece we still have dry heels and callous .. the pedi it self lasted maybe 30 minutes a very basic pedi.. the milk and honey massage was good,well mines was, husband was not pleased at all with his.. the salon is beautiful and very busy so others must like it but we won't be coming back read more

I got a $38 pedicure and it was mediocre. I also got the dip from my nails taken off and got a regular manicure to let my nails breathe for a while. The hand massage was supposed to be 10min but was more less than 2. My polish was the worst job I've seen, streaky and uneven with no shine. My bill came out to $63 but services weren't worth it. I didn't complain because I'm trying new places, needless to say I won't be making this my new nail salon. read more
