Regretfully, I took my car there for tranny work, as Russ said they had a tranny wizard. They fix my tranny and damaged my radiator, then acted as if they didn't know anything about it. There were other bad reviews about the work there. Some people get kinda funny when they get in a new working environment. The shop gets a steady stream of Sun City and the likes so there is no need for them to offer good service 100 percent of the time. Shops screw up and good ones own up. I have never asked for a discount but I do expect not to have my car damaged. I started by messaging them about the car and they got back to me instantly. Tito was very straightforward and gave me the out the door price I ask for without any gimmicks or sleazy dealer add-ons that they don't disclose until later. We agreed on a price and my family and I drove down from Flagstaff to look at the car in person on a Saturday. The car had some expected things it needed for a used car and I did get a pre-purchase inspection that looked good overall (recommend DR Car Services since they are open on a Saturday and 1-mile away). We then drove it up to Flagstaff without issues. The next Friday we went on a road trip to the White Mountains to camp for the weekend. Just before we went I had the local Subaru dealer do an oil change and I also asked them why the car seemed so loud when cold. They mentioned in this car it can be loud before it warms up. Anyways, we went on our trip and we noticed a more concerning sound. When we got back I had the dealership look into it more and to summarize they couldn't say for sure but it was seeming like the start of a serious issue (car only had 76k miles on it). They quoted me a price to fix it that almost made me pass out. The problem seemed to get worse but it was still tricky to replicate without certain road conditions. I then contacted Another Time with my concerns. John was quick to get back to us and wanted to personally check the car over. He decided to replace the part needed free of charge and made the whole situation right. He truly went above and beyond to help us and we are extremely grateful. Despite this being an extremely stressful and time consuming process, we are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Another Time to anyone. I do not believe this was an issue that Another Time knew about or that they were trying to sell us a car with a known serious problem. The car had a great service history and the inspection only showed very minor things; It was a mix of bad luck and questionable choices by the vehicle's manufacturer in my opinion.

The check engine light came on the same day I brought it home, and the vehicle was shaking. I was able to bring it back, and I was told the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, as soon as my 30-day warranty was up, the check engine light came back on, and from there it was one problem after another. I have spent over $5,000 trying to repair this Jeep, and every time one issue was fixed, another problem seemed to appear. At this point, multiple mechanics have told me the same thing: get rid of this vehicle ASAP. I haven't even owned it for a year, and I've already had to purchase another vehicle because I could no longer rely on this one. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I purchased this Jeep while I was 8 months pregnant. I specifically told the dealership that I needed a reliable SUV, and they sold me a vehicle that turned out to be anything but reliable. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having major problems almost immediately after purchase, continuing to spend thousands of dollars on repairs, and still not having a dependable vehicle is completely unacceptable. I feel like I was sold a lemon, a vehicle that should never have been sold to someone looking for a reliable family SUV. I trusted the dealership to be honest about what I was purchasing, and unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Absolutely heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating. The entire sales process was easy, convenient, and straightforward. No gimmicks. I had read other reviews on Google shortly before we arrived regarding One Stop Auto Mall and those were very positive, which was one of the reasons we stopped in. As a female buyer of a large van/bus that is to be used for commercial purposes, I was nervous about being talked down to or "mansplained." Allen did neither. He was professional and showed interest in not just the sale, but about me/my business as well. I wish more men in this industry would realize that their heavy, overbearing presence, "advice" and pushiness is a huge turn-off to women. I was very grateful for Allen's respect and fair prices. Should I need a vehicle again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to One Stop Auto Mall and do business with Allen (or his brother, Mike). Both were wonderful people.

I love it and they did not do anything dishonest. I got the car that I wanted. They were not dishonest about anything with the sale of this BMW. I did have a few things I had to fix but buying a used car is as is if you don't do your due diligence, then it's your own fault but I am very happy with the BMW X5. Her name is Natalia not hard to say in English yet they kept changing it to Natalie which led to having to change paperwork and they still ended up colonizing her email.

When checking credit report and payment history, I noticed my balance only went down by $107 on a $342 payment. Called the lender to figure out wtf. The remaining $235 went to interest!?!?!? Because the down payment did not go to the lender. The dealership kept it and for a warranty package that doesn't even include what they promised It did. The list price for the vehicle I purchased was $16,111. I put down $4500. As of getting off the phone with the lender now she said the total price will be $28,775 to them. Add the down payment and that is $33,275. I am paying over 100% again the list price. TOTAL scam. We made very clear to Mr. Philippe that we are a low-income family. I couldn't possibly feel more screwed over. They know you can't spend hours at the dealership or calling a lawyer to read everything. They are the epitome of every stereotype you hear about car lots and salesmen. They knew we were desperate.
