When my brother went to go pick up his newly fixed vehicle, he went driving down the road again ENGINE LIGHT for the same thing so he calls them back up. Let them know it's happening again. They say "oh we forgot to tell you that after changing the catalytic converter it could throw some weird o2 sensor codes". So they tell him to bring it in again and they'll "fix" it.... So when my brother drops off his vehicle they told him they will take a look at it , well they come back and end up telling him they are going to have to change the catalytic converter .... Ummm okkkk thought you already did that . So they take the car for almost a week .... We just got it back and now the o2 censor light is coming on .... So my brother who is mechanically inclined crawls under his vehicle and wouldn't you know it ....... There is no catalytic converter even attached to the damn exhaust of the car ... my brother looks at the paperwork and it has written on it "replaced catalytic converter" (scratched out) and it says that they attached a o2 censor Defouler to it. If you are unaware what that is this device bypasses the exhaust system so the engine light does not come back on.... So with that being said bypassing an exhaust system, so the engine light does not come on means that this vehicle is unable to pass emissions and that is the law in Maricopa county. Take this as a warning and steer clear from New Deal Auto there are NO DEALS here .....

I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!
