This is not the best location even though it's right on the water. They have a new menu this season but I was disappointed to see that most of the apps were fried. There aren't a ton of "healthy" options here and the Caesar salad lacked flavor and had a vinegar taste. The cream of crab soup was good but luke warm. It's nice that they allow dogs and even provided a water bowl for them. Probably won't be returning. Too expensive for not great food.

Just off my boat attempting to fish new area. We stop in. Not alot of traffic, but an off point staff. Took us a min to be served at the bar. Finally water with fresh squeeze lime juice- bartender went above. Looled at the wrong Grain menu- didnt have much vegetarian options. So I order brussel sorouts and scramble eggs, cheddar cheese carmelized onions and hash browns. My guest had Chesapeake Eggs over hash browns with seafood, Skillet cornbread, extra butter. Okay my dish was temp lukewarm, powder eggs had no seasoning , no parsley, no dressup; the hash browns under the eggs were cruncy/overcooked, like hard cellaphane asian noodle used to make a bowl nest. Brussels sprouts were decent. But needed red pepper flakes to come alive. Guest dish was ok. And the skillet cornberead was buttery, and plated well. But the objection was although our male bartender checkin to see if we needed anything there was no engagement at the bar. Then we attemptedbto speak with a black gentleman in position, Michele, who identifed himself as the General Mamager. Wirking in restaurant business 20 years, its not about your title its about what you do. Walking around with sunglasses on, no personality, no welcome to the restaurant, no engagement, just dry- shirt replies. Is where the, I knew we should have went to Scheaffers, The 1 bartender that had any engagement was a mom, who was exhausted working two doubles in 2 days. Pray she gets some rest. I can see why their understaff, poor management in employee scheduling, poor leadership in customer service execution of making every customer have an enjoyable 1st time experence. We are potential new business owners coming into the community. You are the closest restaurant to my boat, and I we are projecting to have 50 youth in our program, that were additional clientele coming to the restaurant, in the next 3months. As adults its not easy operating at your best everyday but when in hospitality & service arena, your off day can cause a restaurant to lose $1000.00's. 2 people spent $120, (expose youth/chaperones to restaurant- 55 people x avg food ticket $ 25 + 202% gratuity $6= $1705. You just loss our business.

This place would have been better if the had more than 2 waitresses. Food took forever to come out. This place is more like a hangover spot the next morning for college kids. Be warned do not bring your children here. It was a nice day and the outside patio was closed because they didn't have enough staff to serve people. Food was very blah and I'm being nice about that.

Invited my family out to Grain H20 for a brunch on a Saturday which seemed to be a calm before the storm as there wasn't many people there yet but maybe the heat kept people at home. Regardless enjoyed some brunch food with a scrapple sandwich, crab cake skillet, scrapple fries and beef skillet with home fries and eggs. We also had some drinks which is what is pictured with the Grain Blood Mary which some delicious jerky, stuff olive and some intense old bay seasoning. The tomato juice with mixed in alcohol was a great blend for the meal. I'd like to return back to Grain H20 to see how the place comes alive with weekly events and music. The food was good, service was excellent, and I'm going to be checking this place out for some happy hour and more adult evening than brunch!

Great spot for lunch with me and my friends! We sat outside and enjoyed the steak salad and wraps.

Dinner Party of six after an amazing day on the water. Service was wonderful by a very nice young man who checked on us continually and made sure we had water and drinks. We all had varying menu items, but for my girlfriend and me, we had the Grain Chix Cheesesteak. As my girlfriend stated and then I agreed, was the best Chix Cheesesteak I had ever had. I don't know what the flavoring in it was, but it was a 10/10 for us. The Crushes hit the spot and all of the other guests at the table were raving about their Grain Crabby Pretzels, as well as the regular Grain Pretzel. We also loved the Grain Oil fried chips that came with the meal. With that, and with the commentary from the rest of the table...10 out of 10 for this visit!!!

Great place to relax and enjoy a meal while listening to live music with friends. Sitting outside by the water is extremely relaxing.

It's always spotless. Bathrooms and counters, and dinning area. TVs to watch that give you that diner feel. I prefer to sit at the counter with my coffee and breakfast. They have amazing sausage gravy and their cream chipped beef is so good. For lunch I do love their sliders! The staff is so nice and makes you feel at home. Definitely a little local spot to make yourself a regular at.

There was 4 adults and my 2 year old son which everyone was so accommodating and nice to as he tried to talk and wave to everyone in the restaurant lol. The portions are really nice and you can tell they only make here, what they're going to make really, really well. We ordered a ton of different things and the 4 of us shared. Pancakes and French toast were 10/10. My husband and I shared the biscuits and gravy which I would 100% get again. I added corned beef hash which was sooo delicious, probably my favorite thing I ate for the meal. The sausage is that delicious Italian thick sausage which I also loved! Will def keep coming back!

One thing my mom wanted to do was take her out one Sunday and our family to go with her - so I suggested we do brunch. After looking at a few places, we went with this one since the menu felt like it would appeal to a wide range of people. Only thing that was a bit annoying was that even though my mom called to make a reservation since it was a large group (20 people) and then called that same day to confirm they would still be able to honor the reservation, they were not ready for us when we arrived and we still had to wait like 30 minutes to be seated. Actually, when I went up to check in for our reservation for my mom it seemed like they didn't even have her name down or on the list of reservations/diners to be seated. So if they don't take reservations days ahead of time, they should've just said that to her when she called do we aren't expecting immediate seating upon arrival should we decide to go there, or she could've chosen somewhere else. But i digress. Anyways lol... Once we were seated, we did have a generally good experience. Our waiter was very kind, personable and friendly. He made sure to check in on us and ensure we were having a good dining experience. At times I felt he could've used one or two more hands to help him in serving out food & drinks to us, but he did a great job without it. I did like that the strawberry mimosa a few of us ordered was like a fresh strawberry puree and I had my own mini champagne bottle (nice touch!). My meal was good and filling, with some food flavors and seasoned well. We all enjoyed ourselves and our food, especially my godsister - so we were satisfied overall. I would possibly go back. But not with a large group and would know even with just a couple people (2-4 people) it could end up being a bit of a wait since there were other people in there waiting for a while before we got there.
