MIXED BAG SERVICE...it's fine. There's not a lot of interaction cuz you order at counter and pick up at counter. AMBIANCE...it's fine. large and industrial looking but it works because you can come with a large group and not worry about being too loud. Or you can come alone and fine somewhere quiet to sit. Stopped by here on the way back to San Francisco from a hike in Kentfield. It was only 10 minutes away from the trail we were hiking so it was perfect. Tons of parking and indoor/outdoor seating. Tables and bathrooms were clean. Ordered a California burger, Wisconsin burger, fries, sweet potato fries, and a large strawberry lemonade for two which was nearly $50. I would say its pretty pricey for the size and what we got. The burgers and fries were good but nothing out of the ordinary. We were staying at an airbnb nearby and this was an easy 10 min walk. We got the mahi mahi tacos which were unique and special. The fish was perfectly cooked, soft and flavorful. They seem to be on top of food trends, mixing citrus with savory entrees: the sweet orange with fish, cilantro and lime was really good. Interior was large, modern, and clean. Yesterday Sunday: The cheeseburger was simply awful and expensive. The bun was cold, just off the refrigerator , they didn't bother to even try. The burger was frozen , not microwaved enough! The milkshake was pre-made ! Also frozen straight from the freezer ! I saw the server pulling out of the freezer and remove the plastic cover before placing on my tray. I've been wanting to try this place for a while. After a visit to the park, I met some family members for lunch. My $28.00 order consisted of a bacon cheese burger (missing bacon), six onion rings, and a milk shake. I'm still shaking my head at the outrageous prices!! The burger was mediocre at best, room temperature, and the onion rings were cold and greasy. The milk shake was delightful. If I'm going to pay almost thirty dollars for lunch, I'd like to be served, this place is an over priced self serve burger joint that gets away with it because of their location. Today's crew lunch was Gott! Our manager said for us to order online and he'd take care of the rest. Most of the crew got burgers and I followed the crowd. My Bacon Cheeseburger was pretty darn good. Well, the menu sounds amazing, and the prices sure point to a delicious meal, but the actual burger wasn't very interesting. Mine wasn't bad, it was OK, but for the price I expected something better. The person I went with told me theirs was also OK but a little under cooked. Overall, disappointing. I really like the style of the restaurant, it's open, spacious, and overall just a cool place to eat, but given the price not only should it be a darn good burger, but the fries should be included for free, and how about some real napkins... not scratchy paper towels? This place has potential and I honestly want it to be awesome, because the staff all seemed to be happy and in a good mood. We've ordered Gott's from Door Dash multiple times and the food has been spectacular! We are huge fans of the Impossible Wisconsin burger, the veggie green chile burger, and the citrus salad. All fantastic! Also, their strawberry lemonade is out of this world good! I almost wish I ate dairy because their shakes look so good. Don't miss out on the fries or onion rings either! Of all the gotts location, the one in Greenbrae is the worst. Don't have to send food back to have it prepared right elsewhere, but often do so here. April 24 visit-- french fries were undercooked and they came back over done. Hamburger was undercooked sent it back came back burned barely edible. This type of food should not be hard to cook correctly. Gotts manages to do it right in Palo Alto, San Francisco and Saint Helena. What is the problem with gotts in greenbrae? Had Gott's last night and ordered through doordash. Got the kimchi burger, California chicken, garlic fries, sweet potato fries, and a frozen rose slush and it was all DELICIOUS. The tang and zest of the kimchi burger was perfectly complimented by the sweetness of the sweet potato fries. The kimchi burger itself was very filling and even had an egg! The California Chicken was much lighter than the burger and had a more refreshing taste from the lemon mayo and avocado. Another location for this venerable franchise, this might be their best. Location is huge and quite honestly too big the market. The place is often empty, leaving me to wonder where everyone is. My friends all swear by the vegetarian Impossible Burger. I personally like the relaxed atmosphere by the bar where I can order a beer on a weekend and watch a sporting event on their TVs Burgers are of a nice size and not mass produced. About a 10 minute wait for your order on an average day. I do prefer their fish tacos and sandwiches for a change of pace. Although I live in San Francisco, I find it worth paying the toll for easier access to this restaurant over the Downtown San Francisco location. read more

It's pretty dang pricey for fast casual, and the portions are smaller. However, I do appreciate the unlimited refills on drinks, including the iced tea/lemonade. I went with the poke tacos and they are delicious. 3 tacos in a crispy shell and nice ripe avocado. I could eat 100. But at $15 for 3, I would never be able to afford that. The chili cheese fries were pretty disappointing. Not a lot of fries, not a lot of chili and not a lot of cheese. The space is huge and clean with some limited tables outside. The shopping center it is in has a nice playground for the kiddos in front with a ton of outdoor tables and fire pits, it's really nice. Overall, I'd come again. Gott's Roadside delivers on high quality burgers that are worth making a stop for. Being relatively new to the area, my coworker recommended I check Gott's primarily for their ahi burger. Apparently, it is pretty big up in the Bay with four shops with one in Saint Helena, San Francisco, Walnut Crek, and this one in Larkspur. However, because of the relatively low Yelp score for this location, I was hesitant to try especially since none of these places are that close to where I live. Fortunately, I decided to throw caution to the wind and I was pleasantly surprised... It was actually better than the reviews led me to believe! Here are the few things that I ordered: Ahi burger: A little pricey for a burger but with a sweet wasabi crunchy slaw that contrasts well with the tuna that has a nice sear on the outside. Not may be worth the price but worth trying once. Kimchi Burger: Slightly spicy pieces of kimchi melted into gooey cheese slabbed in between greasy piece of meat was definitely worth having again. Vanilla Soft Serve: Simple, but smooth and creamy. Again a little pricey, but perfect on a hot sunny summer day. As part of a plaza, there is plenty of parking spaces.
