Called Got Gophers again this week as I have done at the start of every spring for the last few years, and I realized I should probably come back and refresh this review because they have been awesome the whole time. Whether or not you are home when they come, they always find the right place to put traps for gophers, voles, or moles, if you give them specific instructions, they actually pay attention, they answer your questions, they have great results and great Customer Service when you call them. These guys have enabled me to maintain a thriving vegetable garden, lawn, and flowers without putting out poison or anything dangerous to pets and kids for as long as I've had my house. No matter how bad your problem with gophers is, they can handle it. And I did try another company before this who just couldn't figure it out! Highly recommend these guys! read more

We were literally living in the movie Caddy Shack... every single day that gopher was digging up a new hole in our brand new lawn. My husband and our gardener tried everything, this went on for weeks... and then one day I saw a "Got Gophers" truck driving in front of me so I called them from the car. They were at our house the next day with traps... it's been several weeks and NO NEW HOLES!!! Highly recommend!!! read more

Yes, Mike did an amazing job catching the gopher. He set 4 traps and I think the gopher was caught that same day. I didn't see any more dirt mounds on my front lawn after he set the traps. He returned 5 days later and showed me he caught the gopher. I'm so happy I decided to choose Got Gophers to help me with my gopher problem. I would highly recommend them! read more

Got Gophers - The first time we had an unwanted visitor!! - Pest Control Near Me - San Jose, California

As a repeated customer, I'm happy to see Got Gophers continues to provide high quality service. Felip caught 2 mules and 1 gopher recently from my backyard. Glad that I could rely on them for professional service for many years. read more

Didn't think it was cool that he told me probably not gophers that it was a mole and the moles go around the rim and then they're gone, but yet still set up two traps said he got one mole I got billed 375 and then additional $50 a few weeks later I wouldn't work with the company like this ever again. Day after post Owner refunded full amount. I should have called them first, to question what happened. They made it right with refund read more

Georgia and her team are true professionals in every sense. I have been a customer for a number of years and their service has been exceptional each time. Excellent company. Easy to schedule an appointment. Mike texted he was on his way. He was on time, knowledgeable, very capable, friendly. He set 4 traps carefully considerate of the landscaping. Highly recommend Got Gophers and Mike. read more

Not satisfied with any of their services. Gophers/voles were difficult to catch. Their rodent service even worse. They caught zero or maybe 1 and they keep billing. The worst, they don't make appointment for their visits; they just show up and go in your yard. The owner seems friendly but it's just an act. When I mentioned I may cancel the service, she sent someone immediately to remove the stations. read more

Great for gophers, terrible for everything else pest related, including customer service-- especially Lisa their office manager. Ghosted, didn't answer calls, and never gave us a formal termination -- left us hanging with no idea what is going on when we did everything they recommended ... also totally did not do their 1 year guarantee as they promised. read more

After trying to manage a mole and vole problem myself without success, I called Got Gophers. Their scheduling, service and billing were very straightforward. I had called a few other businesses in the area and found Got Gophers to be the most reasonable. Felipe always texted me before his arrival and explained the process. Two weeks later and my issue was solved! read more

Great at what they do, caught all my gophers and even other pests. Jose is the tech that usually comes out to my house, one of the most honest people you will meet. I couldn't be happier with these guys, they've been servicing my house for 7 years and I cant see using anyone else! read more

I've been a client for almost 3 years, and they have always been the best at being professional and dedicated. Recently, we (our dog) had a skunk problem. Our neighborhood has a growing gopher issue. They finally got to our yard and we started noticing holes, collapsing tunnels, etc. Got to a point where it was becoming unsafe to run around and I realized that we had to get rid of these little ******* for safety reasons. I read reviews of a bunch of service providers and was impressed with the customer comments of GotGophers. I reached out, and Georgia got back to me quickly. She had one of her guys come out and take a look. He estimated that we had 2-3 gophers and set a half dozen traps. All hole and tunnel activity stopped within 24 hours of the traps being set. They came back out in a week and pulled out a couple of the little *******. It was quiet for several weeks and then I saw a new hole. They came back out and set another trap. This will likely be the relationship going forward which is fine. Great service, knowledgable folks and very fair rates. read more

Got Gophers - Say hello to my little friend, courtesy of Miguel. - Pest Control Near Me - San Jose, California

Nice people, but I've had them come by three or four times and we still have gophers or moles ruining our lawn.

Jose came to the house to survey the gopher activity we've had. He set 5 traps and within 24 hrs, 2 gophers had been caught. I was very impressed by Jose's professionalism and knowledge and his pleasant personality. In addition, Georgia at Got Gophers responded really quickly to my email and phone call. Thank you. read more

We had a problem with a gopher on our front lawn and reached out to Got Gophers. The owner - Georgia replied right away and sent their tech - Miguel out within a day. Miguel put out a few traps for the gopher and the following week, he returned and had caught the gopher. We are now having issues with voles and Miguel has been coming out every 7-10 days to "treat" the voles. Miguel is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Hopefully our vole issue will be resolved soon with the help of Got Gophers! read more

My next door neighbor has used Got Gophers for years. We've had gophers since we bought the house 40 years ago and the woman we bought it from told me about standing next to a plant and watching it shake and disappear underground, just like in the old cartoons. When we had dogs and cats they kept the gopher population under control, sort of. Emily, our first English Setter, once brought Alan the back half of a gopher at the dinner table. He was not pleased by the gift. We have found an array of gopher and mouse guts in the living room, thanks to the cats. We haven't had any animals for a couple of years, though, and the gophers have proliferated, despite the owls I hear in the canyon behind our house. Karen has had an increase in gophers and other critters due to construction uphill from her house. She noticed all the gopher activity in my yard and suggested I use Got Gophers too and when I agreed, put me in touch w/ the owner, Georgia Eaton. Georgia was a pleasure to deal w/, giving clear information about what to expect and the process. Marco came out toward the end of June and set traps. He left a report card saying he had set traps for gophers and moles. Javier came out today and left a report card stating that two gophers had been trapped. That's a start. They will come twice a month and the cost is very reasonable. I like that they don't use poison, because I don't want to poison any of the raptors in the area who may prey on the gophers and I appreciate their clear communication. read more

My first contact was with Lisa Keller. Not sure if she is the owner or office manager. Just one of the most pleasant people I've talked to. I was having a problem with rats and squirrels in the attic. The technician came out, she was very thorough and picked out the trouble spots. Mostly the places the critters were getting in and what she was going to do to fix the problem. The best part was the price, $395 was all inclusive. This covered re-screening the re-screaming, fireplace cap and 3 weeks of trapping. read more
