0 for experience. I hired Gopher's Control Force to get rid of my moles and rats. A few days after the traps were set, I saw the rat traps were the old fashioned ones available at hardware stores for less than $8. I was being charged $150 a month for that! Additionally, the traps had no bait. When I contacted the business, he quit! The next day, they called back and acted like nothing was wrong. When I called them out on quitting, they said it was a language barrier. Really? The owner had no problem selling himself to me and setting up my program. I bought 8 rat traps for $40 and caught 4 rats the next day. I've caught a total of 7 rats and found where they were getting under my house. I filled the holes and the rats are gone, all for $50. I had cheese at home that I used. read more

We had dirt mounds in our garden. Initially we thought it was gophers, but Jaime C. of Gophers Control Force promptly advised us we had a mole. He place several traps and returned in 2 weeks to check them. He successfully retrieved one mole, which apparently was responsible for many mounds. If we see more dirt mounds in the future, we know who to call! Highly recommend Gophers Control Force for your gopher and/or mole activity. read more

If you want a pest control specialist that will actually text you from this yelp app instead of wanting you to go through a complex system of emails phone calls so they can jack up the prices: This is your man. He took care of the issue something I've never had to deal with before without elaborating. It was a bit pricey, but it's San Francisco; two separate visits. I'm satisfied he's very friendly. But some of the others quoted me double his price Like I said that's San Francisco read more

Updating review to reflect - initially used for gopher service, did a decent job. Nothing special. Solicited yelp review. When tried to use services again for rat traps did not complete what was stated in the service agreement. Took my money and didn't do the job. When I tried calling, purposely ignored or blocked my calls. Did not call back, very disappointing. Would not recommend - very unprofessional and rude. Eventually had to hire another servicer. read more

Fantastic service. Quick to respond and efficient at getting rid of the critters. Would definitely use again.

These guys were amazing and professional. We had a raccoon problem Saturday night at 10:00 p.m. I sent a Yelp request and Gophers Control Force responded immediately by phone and scheduled a visit 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning. Yes! Sunday morning! They evaluated the situation, gave a reasonable quote and came back that afternoon to trap and relocate a raccoon family between the siding and wall space. They also did a nice job repairing the holes they had to drill in the wall in order to grab the baby raccoons. They are coming back to chicken wire seal our exposed deck. Their solutions are comprehensive. We are so thankful for their service. read more

I am writing this to help people who have gophers issue. No need to use this company. Really bad service. We had gophers and they came and quoted for months of service and setting traps. They will show you what they caught but that's because they put lots of peanut butter to attract the gophers to them so they can keep showing you they caught more and more, but that's because they are attracting them to your property. It seemed to have create more gopher issues after that. We later stopped the service quickly as it seems exhorbitant to set up some traps and was creating more problems than it was solving, so we googled online and used some soapy water and filled up the gopher tunnels, redid that for a few days and they were gone and never came back again. read more

Within a day or so, he had trapped our unwanted guests. We highly recommend Ronal and his company. He is friendly, fair and very knowledgeable. Our experience with him was excellent. We called GCF in a panic because the gophers were quickly invading my newly landscaped front lawn, and were pleasanty surprised when Hector said he could come that afternoon! We agreed on the quoted price which seemed very reasonable compared to others I've used in the past, and he set several traps in strategic places. He knew exactly where their hidden tunnels were. The next day, Hector cam back to check on the traps and sent me this photo :) We kept the traps in for another month, but apparently that one guy that he caught earlier was doing all that damage. So happy that Hector was able to nip it in the bud. I've found my gopher guy. read more
