I really appreciate how good they are about communication. They send a text reminder a couple of weeks before our service and then call about 30 minutes before they arrive. Everyone who has come out has always been friendly and asks if we've noticed anything or have any concerns before they get started. Before Citra, we had a terrible ant problem. They were literally everywhere -- bathrooms, closets, pantry, kitchen, you name it. It felt like no matter what we did, they kept coming back. Citra comes out every two months and sprays around the house, and we honestly haven't had an ant problem since. Their pricing has also always felt very reasonable and has stayed consistent over the years, especially for how reliable the service has been. Overall, we've had a great experience with Citra and would definitely recommend them. After 6 years, we're still very happy with their service!

They also showed us before-and-after photos, so we could see exactly what was done. We've definitely noticed a difference since the work was completed. The house feels quieter and more peaceful, and the temperature is much more even from room to room. We're really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Attic Bros!

Wildlife technician David came to our house and performed an assessment to determine possible entry points that needed to be repaired. I completed assessments with multiple companies and decided on Critter Control because David was so kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough with his work (kudos to you David!) He was happy to answer all my questions and it really put me and my family at ease. His assessment report was so detailed and we were quoted such a great price compared to other companies. Their process is straight forward, they are transparent with their costs and don't try to push additional services that you don't need. We finished our repairs a couple of weeks ago and we went from hearing movement in the attic every single day to pure silence. As someone with a severe phobia of rodents, thank you David and the front office team for your help! I can finally sleep peacefully at night. P.S. I hope we never have pest issues again but if we do, we 100% will be using Critter Control

They sent someone the next morning for an assessment and got us scheduled right away! In the interim, they gave us recommendations to deter the rats, which worked. There was an issue with a short circuit because a rat chewed through the insulation that we didn't notice until the weekend, but Carlos responded immediately and came over to fix the issue. We are so grateful to Carlos and the Attic Crew for helping us with rats in the home, helping us feel more confident about keeping them out for the foreseeable years, and for all of their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise! They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space.
