They are very nice and warm people and we love to support small businesses. Today we bought some of the most delicious freshly made pasta I've had since I've made my own. This is a bargain at $10 for a clamshell of yummy goodness. Also for purchase is her famous lasagna in the cooler packed in ready to warm up servings and also her homemade sauce. The staff we interacted with was super nice and described the pasta options available. We also noticed Michela's two books she wrote on display at the counter. I like the one with common sayings and their Italian meanings. Interesting subject. We cooked the pasta at home with some vodka/rosa sauce and it was delectable. Especially when paired with some nice wine. Give this woman-owned business a try when you can. You'll be happy you did.

I finally noticed their booth while roaming around the market during a snow day, which resulted in a uncrowded market. Anyways, the man running the booth was so easy to chat with. I ended up purchasing their saffron tagliatelle and beet and goat cheese ravioli since he sold me on how to prepare those pastas. He even gave me his business card and told me to not hesitate to call if I had any further questions while cooking. You can't beat service like that! Later that night, I followed his suggestions on how to prepare those pastas: Saffron tagliatelle with shallots, onions, crab meat and a little cream. Beet and goat cheese ravioli with caramelized onions. We ended up adding a little bit of cream to it. I was blown away with both dishes. Both pastas had the perfect texture and flavors were amazing. The saffron pasta had a nice creamy taste while the ravioli tasted earthy and mildly sweet. Best of all, these were quick to prepare, and there's no need to thaw the pastas either. While it takes 3-4 min to boil the pastas, the total cooking time was under 15 min. Next Sunday I'll be returning to stock up on those pastas for those nights I need a quick meal.

I ordered the pappardelle al ragu bolognese. I liked the thin noodle, and the sauce was super flavorful. I don't typically sit at the bar, but it was fun watching the bartenders make the drinks. We made a reservation and drove over from the eastern side of Washington. The host was wonderful, very quick to greet and seat us. It took a few minutes for our server to greet us, by the time he came, we knew what we wanted to drink, have as an appetizer and for dinner. We offered to have him just grab drinks and apps or if he wanted we could order the flight at the same time. He ordered it all and walked away. 15 minutes goes by and no drinks. Appetizers come out and still no drinks. We turn around and he's watching tv. We reached out and asked if we could get our drinks, he apologized and grabbed them quickly. Beets and garlic bread were delicious our glasses were empty and server no where in sight to refill. Dinner comes out, pasta flight was delicious, meatballs needed more seasoning even if it was just salt - no one really wanted to reach for the last one. Drink cups were still empty and we couldn't grab anyone or our server to refill for a bit. Finally a gentleman from the bar walked by and we asked "are you able to refill or do we need to wait for Sam" he said "you're killing me" then sighed and grabbed the glasses. We all stared at him and apologized and said we could wait for our server and he tried to brush it off and say no no it's ok he can do it. We felt like we were a nuisance and put a sour taste in our mouth for the remainder of dinner. We finished with the lemon sorbet, it was ok but not our favorite dessert. I have been a server, the service we received was not worth the $50 auto gratuity. We understand the desire to pay the server a higher wage but the reason we come out vs picking up is to be served & the experience. We unfortunately didn't feel great about the experience. Suggestions: Larger drink glasses, more servers, or a drink server who walks table to table helping refill drinks/push drink sales if your server isn't able to.
