This spot is a gem! The food quality is excellent, especially for the price. The entire space is clean, spacious, and features a really nice outdoor patio. I also loved their efficient ordering system. Bonus points for having spotless bathrooms! Definitely worth a visit.

The ambience is modern, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with friends or family. The outdoor seating and overall vibe make the place feel very welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The food and coffee were fresh and well prepared, and the staff was friendly and efficient even during busy hours. The entire Google Visitor Center area is beautifully maintained, making it a great spot to walk around, explore, and unwind. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area -- a great combination of good food, atmosphere, and a unique experience!

Well well well! So I finally made it over to the café, and it was a bit crowded today, thanks to a visiting group from a Senior Citizen Center who arrived by van. We were seated outside, which was great because we could enjoy the fresh air while having lunch. As for the Google experience, the lunch isn't exactly what Google employees receive for free, but it gives a taste of it. While it's not free, the prices are somewhat reasonable. My meal included a turkey club sandwich (which was quite good), a bowl of butternut squash soup, veggie chips, and a s'mores cookie. With tax, the total was $24.00. Interestingly, they do not accept tips, suggesting that employees are paid well enough not to need them! While I was having lunch, a lady and her baby were nearby, and the baby looked over and said "goo goo." I smiled back and joked, "Google," then I immediately checked my stock--just kidding! If you find yourself in the Mountain View area, the café is close to Shoreline Amphitheatre and Shoreline Park, nestled by the San Francisco Bay. It was a nice change of pace. Just think: if you worked for Google, breakfast, lunch, and dinner would all be included, and you wouldn't need to go to a bar--everything is part of their impressive all-inclusive experience. Next time I feel the itch to explore a new world within our own, I'll definitely head over to the café again!

I found this place on TikTok and decided to stop by. I came on a Saturday. They have a free parking lot and there's a shuttle that passes every 5 minutes. There's a lot of walking area where you see sculptures. They have a cafe where you can order food and drinks. They have a store where they sell phones, coffee mugs, stickers, and shirts. There's also a walking area across the street. Everything was sold at a great price even the food. The customer service is great. My son really loved the experience great activity for kids on the weekend.

Very nice cafe! Croissants were very soft and buttery, red velvet cupcake was moist and the frosting was very smooth. They had a little hub for kids to play and color, and service was very nice. Hot chocolate was a bit bitter, probably used a bit too much cocoa. Overall, cafe was very nice and clean, service was amazing, and cafe is right next to the visitor center!

This is just for their Rose Matcha... it's so incredibly bitter. I added a bunch of oat milk and sugar and it was still really horrible. I even went back and asked if it's supposed to be so bitter even after adding sugar and they said yes...I threw it out and asked if I could just get a drip coffee instead. I don't even normally get very sweet drinks but this was crazy. Maybe the barista didn't do it right. ‍ Two stars because they let me get a drip instead

It's just a café... [Mountain View CA] If you're just looking for a good cup of coffee or a place to get some work done, this café is available to you and just like any other coffee shop/restaurant, you just park your car in the lot and walk in. If you live in Mountain View, you now have a cute café to hang out and do some work. The café is just to the right of the Google Store. The menu included a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, snack, and drink options. We placed our order for a classic grilled cheese and a glass of lemonade. I picked up my drink at the beverage section and my grilled cheese at the opposite end (I was given a buzzer pager). Lovely café with good food and a great atmosphere. If it were by itself elsewhere I wouldn't be able to tell that it had anything to do with Google. There is nothing "Google-themed" inside. Review #3945

Charming cafe right next to the Google store and open to the public and adjacent to a City of Mountain View park and beautiful tall redwoods with a nice small clean well lit modern cafe. There is a selection of breakfast foods, light lunch fare such as soup or salad. Also an espresso bar for hand made drinks. All food items are reasonably priced. Nice kid play and learn room in the back if you have a future engineer. Free parking. Highly recommend.

Good place to kill about two hours and grab a bite! The food here is very affordable based on Bay Area standards. Service was quick and the cafe was clean. I enjoyed the food here, but the drinks were not that great. Love how they have an assortment of pastries and desserts as well.

I love this place. They have samples of the seasonal desserts and it's pretty big so I really didn't have to get one. I got a salad Autumn Chicken Apple Salad Greens blend of kale, radicchio and treviso tossed in a creamy honey crisp apple vinaigrette. Topped with pickled cranberries, granny smith apple, gorgonzola cheese and sweet candied walnuts $9 It was so good and big I couldn't even finish it so I brought it home! To drink I had a Caramel Latte and the dessert was a sample of the Matcha cake. You should go try it and after go for a walk around the campus. Service was excellent so helpful and they make you want to visit again. So thanks for a nice day. Ambiance is very nice and relaxing too. Inside or out. Then after you eat go see the bear made of pennies and see the other art exhibits.

Nice vibes, ok location. Parking is quite a bit of walk away. The coffee is more affordable than most in this area, but the quality (hoping it was just my drink) was pretty bad. Possibly one of the worst lattes I've had to pay for. Got their butter noodles which was ok, with a plain and choco croissant which were ok as well. Cute place to chill tho!

Beautiful massive office. However, visitor can only visit the store and cafe. There is also big out door park area. Plenty of parking space and helpful staff.

Both coffee drinks were excellent - strong and flavorful. We definitely ordered way too much food, but it was delicious! My omelette was basic but tasty, and the pancakes were insane. We skipped the cotton candy topping, but the lemon-custard cream and homemade whipped cream were incredible. Service was quick and seamless. Would definitely return for more!

I ordered the Caramelized garlic steak bowl and it was pretty yummy! Looking to refuel after a run on a Saturday morning, I wanted some healthy protein and sustenance. The carmelized garlic steak was so TASTY! When picking what I wanted, I was sold because the bowl also had sweet potatoes with the steak. The combo is unmatched and the pesto vinaigrette was the cherry on top. Also, the menu says it contains "spicy broccoli", but its not spicy at all (heat-wise). If anything, the flavors of the bowl masked the broccoli. (Make sure to ask for the free slice of bread, it was so good!!) It is like a chipotle version of a salad/protein bowl assembly line. So, as long as they had all the ingredients for your bowl, the wait was pretty quick. They had quite a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating on Castro St. Water was available on the side, so you don't have to actually buy their fancy, canned water. And on a side note, their bathrooms were super clean, which is always a big plus! It was a solid first experience!

It started with the app. I'd order, get a notification that my order was complete (not an estimated time, but a specific your order is completed notification, and find nothing on the shelf. Then I'd wait several more minutes, well past the time the app said it was done, while none of the employees would make eye contact. It happened enough times that I gave up on ordering online and picking up in person and switched to delivery, even though it costs more, just to avoid standing around wondering if my salad was ever coming. Then today my vegetarian salad had a piece of steak in it. I didn't realize until I was mid-chew (it must have gotten mixed in with the mushrooms). I've been a vegetarian for years, so this was genuinely upsetting. To their credit, customer service through the app was helpful and gave me a refund plus a credit. But I think I'm done. Mountain View Sweetgreen just isn't what it used to be. The staff don't seem happy to be there, and the care that used to go into getting orders right and treating customers well doesn't seem to be there anymore either.
