I've always been interested in eating here. I may have popped in here once several months ago to get a milkshake, but I can't remember. I stopped in here today during my lunch break and had their half chicken tender basket with chipotle barbecue sauce. It took about 7 minutes before it was ready. The meal was just ok to me. The chicken tenders were large, but needed to be seasoned. They were very plain even with the sauce. The fries were good and there were several in my pack. Those definitely were the highlight for me. I wouldn't eat here again personally but it wasn't bad.

Great burgers and milkshakes. I only come here if I'm in the mood for burgers. Try the key lime, lemon meringue and strawberry milkshake. Any vegan or beef burger of choice is a good decision.

Only got a shake, but it was soooo delicious and a perfect portion size. Also only around $5. Cookies and cream flavor was fab. Overall inside vibe is fine, they blast a lot of Bruce Springsteen and have TVs playing sports.

Honestly not a bad burger spot if youre looking for a quick bite. I will say the price for the size of the burger is a little on the more expensive side but the flavor was there. The size of the fries were also not bad but because it came in a bag they were all soggy by the time I ate it. I loved the crispy onions they put in my burger, it added a really good crunch in every bite. They had a whole bunch of sauces on the side of the drinks and I tried every single one. I loved the horseradish one the best and the mango one, surprisingly, came in top three. The cashier helped me pick which burger to get because I could decide and she was pretty friendly. Bringing the drinks and sauces and food up the stairs in one trip was pretty difficult so I would suggest taking a few trips. Altogether not a bad spot and when im in Georgetown again ill try other burgers here.

Really delicious burger spot!! I had no idea this place existed in Georgetown, but it came recommended so we had to check it out. I opted for the Colletti's Smokehouse burger and a snack fry. The burger was fantastic and the fries perfectly crispy and fresh! Also shown is the Michelle melt, which looked delicious and a good option for the healthier side of things. Didn't get to try one of their milkshakes but they looked amazing. Cute place inside, it's a little tight downstairs where you order but upstairs there's plenty of seating, and great people watching opportunities from the window tables. Will definitely be returning!

Really good price for three huge tenders fries and drink all around 14 bucks which still high better than some places with higher quality in friends as well. Super friendly staff clean area and really good looking menu. I wanted just som food so tenders and fries for me. A short wait and my buzzer went off and grabbed my meal packaged up on a tray. I appreciated this because if I want to eat in store or to go I have the option. After getting meal they had different sauces out and tried the chipotle one but tasted only of mayo to me. I did get their homemade ranch and that was really good on my chicken. Chicken was FRESH HOT and loved the breading on them. Didn't taste too salty and same with the fries. It was the perfect portion for me and enjoyed my quick lunch here. Def want to try the burgers next time... and maybe a shake!

What better way to spend your Friday night than with a double cheeseburger! Solid burger- I'd go with the single next times, it was massive. Service was nice, I ordered at the register and the wait is a little long but it's fresh food so I expect that.

Good Stuff is one of the only reasons I drive into the city (about 90 mins from where I live without traffic). The service is always amazing and you can tell they have a standard for what they're giving you. We love the quality of the burgers and fries. And their choices for dipping sauces are RIDICULOUS! You have to leave room for a shake. The toasted marshmallow is live changing!

Stopped by on a rainy day while shopping around Georgetown for Comfort food. First time and will definitely not be the last. Wish they had more locations!! Food was made quick, Try the Siracha and Chipotle sauces!! The burgers were amazing!! i can honestly say one of the best fries and burgers i've had in a while. I like how the dining is upstairs with plenty of space. Definitely will be recommend this spot for the next time you visit georgetown!!

I saw this place on an Instagram reel and I had high hopes. Needless to say I was highly disappointed. The service is quite slow. Took about 15/20 mins for a chicken sandwich, salad, chili, fries and a burger. The prices are expensive. For $68 I got 1 chicken sandwhich combo (fries and drink), one burger combo (fries and milkshake), an order of chili, and a Caesar salad. The food is mediocre. (The chili was GREAT). The rest, basic. Chicken breast with Buffalo sauce. A small burger. Nothing really blew me away. I don't see the hype at all.

But, this weekend, I needed reservations for a group and they had what I wanted, when I needed it. So, off to the Tabard Inn we went. The restaurant is charming, quaint and old. It leans heavily into its unique character and not without some success. I felt like I was walking into the past. Old worn wood floors, old upholstered furniture that had seen better days, heck, the place even smelled old. But, rather than turn me off, it was comfortable and inviting, kind of like going to your grandma's house where everything looks like a museum but you know you're gonna get some love there. The staff could not be nicer, better, more friendly. They know how to "do" hospitality and do it well. The food was good, very good. I had the pork shank. I am telling you that I could only finish about 1/3 of it because the serving was so large. And the meat was fall of the bone, cut with your fork, tender. The flavor was rich and intense. Great job! The lamb chops looked fantastic. The fried chicken was just okay according to my spouse. Is the Tabard Inn the best restaurant in DC? No and, guess what, it's not trying to be. It is just trying to satisfy the diners. There is no haute cuisine here. Tried and true dishes, prepared very well. The other thing about this restaurant is its flexibility. You want to dress casual? Do it. You looking for a dress up, old fashioned sort of dining room? Yes, that works too. Romantic dinner with your special guy or gal? Absolutely! They seem to satisfy everyone here. And they definitely satisfied me. Will I go back again? Yes absolutely. Do I recommend the Tabard Inn? Of course!

My daughter had the wild mushrooms burger and she loved it -- the aioli had the perfect tang to go with the mushroom and Swiss, both burgers were cooked perfectly medium as requested. The old fashioned was just your typical old fashioned with a slice of candied bacon attached to the outside of the glass. We were hoping for something smokier and a little different but it was still a very good Old Fashioned. We shared the chocolate mousse and it was perfection. Yum! I could not identify or really pinpoint where the black truffles came in, but the beef was well seasoned. The additions were a dollar too expensive across the board so I skipped those. The fries were sort of stereotypical, nothing really fancy about those. I debated about having the truffle fries, but didn't really wanna pay the extra three dollars. Bless my server, he didn't know what black truffles were, either. The Reesie's peanut butter cup Skrewball milkshake was quite good. Good use of Skrewball. Could've done with a little more alcohol, but what a great combination. Good taste. Vanilla ice cream and peanut butter all the way through. My only .. concern.. were the pickles. There's this NoVA chain restaurant that serves POPCORN before the meal, which I think has to be the most depressing, unappetizing, lazy and cheap way to start a meal. Capital Burger servers sliced sweet pickles in a jar. That.. is a step up from popcorn, but not by much... If I was in the mood for a burger and boozy milkshake, this would be on the list, but not my first choice.
