I seen the work on my friend and had to have them for myself. I called and made my appointment. Thuy was very professional and kind on the phone. I had showed an inspo of what I wanted and makeup was nothing like the picture. Normally when I get makeup done it takes artists an hr but my makeup was completed in like 30 min. It looked like she probably uses the same products on everyone as there was no variety of items. My skin looked patchey and not blended. She has a very precise and gentle hand - which made the whole thing much easier. It was my first time getting microbladed, so I didn't know what to expect for pain. Xen used a topical to numb the eyebrow area, which helps a lot. She also tells you what she's doing next, which helps so you feel good and aware throughout the process. Healing was much easier than I thought it would be. It took a week of putting on the A&D cream (Xen gave me all the instructions) and it was easy to do. I healed beautifully and could not be happier! It's amazing because I still look like me (which is what I wanted) - but with amazing brows that make my eyes pop! I LOVE them! I wanted them to have a polished, more pronounced look - but not look huge. Xen had different options and really listened to what I wanted. We found the right shape for my face (based on what I wanted) and she took it from there! My mom loved them so much that she got them done too! My dad gave her microblading from Brow & Line as a birthday gift - well done dad! Her brows were sparse and she had to pencil them in everyday. Now she has gorgeous brows from the moment she wakes up each morning! She is so happy! Xen is a total gem!
