She is located downtown Orinda in an alley with restaurants and stores. Her shop is super cute and very clean inside. Janell has a nice personality. We had a great conversation about life and family. Janell will apply a numbing cream on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. The procedure doesn't hurt. You'll feel a tickling or itchy sensation. Janell takes many breaks in between tattooing so it gives you some relief between the session. I am pleased with my results and I am happy I no longer have to draw my brows and eye liner.
