I was assured that I would not lose my money and that I could reschedule at a later date. I later reached out on two occasions and was told that I would receive a call back a week later. I never received that follow up call or email to reschedule. The owner offers multiple services and I had preferred to use the credit towards a service that was really needed. The owner stated that she doesn't apply services to other services she offered. At this time I am left to swallow the fact that I spent $125 for a service I will never receive. Very disappointed with the lack of service and communication. Not recommend. Poor communication.
