I somehow found Claudia via Instagram and as soon as I was done with breastfeeding, I made an appointment. The initial appointment I had was at her Alameda office. It was not painful, and she really was very particular about the shape in order to not underdo it or overdo it. Mine healed quickly without any issues and then for my second appointment, I went to her new office in Pacifica. We made the brows a bit thicker and they are now the perfect size and shape. I can't tell you how amazing it is to wake up in the morning and not having to try to draw two matching brows (I was not ever very good at doing that so probably most of the time I was walking around with brows that were not a match ). I called and was told everything had to be scheduled online, so I submitted a booking request. The first time, I was told to choose another time slot. After that, I submitted two more requests over the course of two weeks and received absolutely no response or confirmation. At this point, I already paid for the service, so I kept trying. Then they said the machine was broken and needed repair so I had to wait even longer. As for the actual tattoo removal experience, I would not recommend going here. I'm only sharing my experience so others can make a more informed decision. I had two sessions done and was given very little aftercare information other than to avoid sun and soap. I later found out icing the area is also important, but that was never mentioned to me. I had very bad blistering! I never went back for my third session even though it was already paid for. After my treatments, I developed severe scarring. I now have a permanent scar in the exact shape of the tattoo lettering, which means the tattoo can never be fully removed. Because of the damage, I stopped treatments and spent over a year trying to heal the area. After 2 years the scar is still very noticeable. I will say all the staff here were very friendly and professional. Just don't come here for tattoo removal.

The worker asked cash or card she said card and the worker proceeded to say her total was 12 dollars. Once the other worker was done with my brows she asked me cash or card. I said card today then she told me my total was 13 dollars because of the card fee. I was a little confused because the girl before me paid 12 and paid in card. I didn't say anything I just paid the 13 dollars but it is illegal to charge card fees especially on debit cards. Not to mention I've been to this place multiple times and paid 12 when using my card. I don't mind leaving a tip but it did rub me the wrong way.

It wasn't until I was sitting there that I realized how used to bad treatment I'd gotten. Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. I had honestly forgotten my time and my experience mattered. Delane's brought that back for me. The professionalism was on another level too. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. OK! So let's talk about it...this was a review that I honestly hesitated to write because of my own personal vanity. No one wants to admit that they had any part of their body enhanced, even something as minor as eyebrows. But I decided to share my experience publicly because there truly is not a day that I wake up and don't feel like having this procedure done improved my life. I am a graphic designer and performing artist. I interface often with people and network a lot. I realized that I was shying away from the camera and good opportunities for marketing and getting name and brand exposure because I was insecure about my uneven, and spotty eyebrows. To cut a long story short, I got my procedure done here by their Master technician, Xen and the result have exceeded my expectations. I have done 2 photoshoots since my brows fully healed and I never turn down a photo op anymore. My sister has booked an appointment for November. She unfortunately inherited the same flawed eyebrows as me, but I know Xen will get her brows perfect as well and we will once again look just alike, but, new and improved versions of ourselves. read more

How am I the first person to write them a review? I am happy I went to best possible person for this procedure. Gabriel has such a calm demeanor and really takes an interest in you as the patient and giving you the hairline and look that will dramatically change your appearance. At first I was nervous and scare of getting my brows done microblading, because I didn't want my eyebrows to get ruined. When I got there, Zen the microblading specialist was really nice and polite also very caring. I started asking her questions about microblading and she responded all my questions very good, at that moment I knew I was in the right hands. My results were amazing, she gave me the fuller eyebrows I wanted with the natural look. I had no pain, and my experience was excellent! With work, school, working out and trying to have a social life, there just isn't enough time everyday to worry about filling in my brows. Of course I heard of the new trend of microblading. After months of thinking about it and seeing ads for it pop up everywhere online, I met Xen at an event and she shared some of her work with me. She answered all my questions and gave me the contact information to Brow & Line, encouraging me to call if I had more questions. I thought about it for weeks and then finally called and booked my appointment. It has been 9 weeks since my procedure and I am in love with my new brows. I have a touch up appointment in 2 weeks to fill in a couple areas that have naturally faded (which is common) so that they can be super perfect. She's also really responsive whenever I contacted her. I took my lashes on vacation with me and they stayed on really well even though I wasn't particularly careful with them. I couldn't feel them at all unless one was about to fall out(it's normal for your lashes to fall out from time to time). Even after almost two weeks, people complimented on how natural and good the lashes looked. I just went in for a refill and the results were again amazing. I love the look so much and will definitely be going to Courtney again!
