She listens to what you want and her quality of work is superior. Most importantly, no cheap glues or damaging techniques are used. After seeing more than 6 artists over the past 2 years, I definitely get the best value and quality from Anna. There are not huge clumps of lashes & no chunky glue at all!! She's careful and I never feel any type of burning or stinging (I've felt this with other artists). I have great lashes to begin with, so my lashes can hold a mega volume set easily! **not every eye can do this, so ask what style is best for your eyes!! I've gotten fills 3-5 weeks with Anna and people are constantly telling me that my lashes look great and full!! Even after 5 weeks, I was still getting compliments and my lashes looked great. Most importantly, my lashes are still healthy & fall out naturally. Here's my personal description (check out my pics too): Week 1 - mega volume, more dramatic, sexy & full Week 2-3 - volume, full, flirty lashes Week 4- long, wispy lashes, less dramatic Week 5 - simple set, long wispy lashes with minimal volume Appointments are 2 hours for fills, so bring your headphones and take a nap! Keep in mind, I do mega volume fills, so this probably takes longer than other styles. Price is so reasonable for the quality Anna delivers! CASH is preferred & make sure to tip ladies!! She's so talented and you won't regret it. I now try to do fills every 4 weeks depending on my schedule. Anna is so accommodating & always can fit me into her busy schedule (various shop/home locations). She does a lot of out of town trainings, so book with her early!! She informed me that the first session was more for lip neutralization. Since getting the lip blush, I have been mainly just wearing a sheer gloss. Let me start by saying that Alma did an amazing job by explaining everything that came with the brow tinting and the irritation that would happened depends on every person. I have really sensitive skin but this did not stop me from getting my brows tinted. Alma took the time to explain everything was really attentive to me at all time. Also, the time that you are getting any of her service you will be on a heating massage bed, yes you heard right, I suffer from sciatica never and I thought I wouldn't get up, but nope everything went well great customer services. Secondly, I came to her 36 weeks pregnant and looking rough (nails and waxing situation) but she handled it with such care and absolutely no judgement! I had such a great experience with my nail and waxing service! Everything was extremely clean and hygienic, which is especially important to me. She listened to exactly what I wanted and picked the perfect color/shape. The waxing experience was also amazing. My cousin referred me to Lanna for lash extensions and being a contact wearer, I initially worried that it'll cause discomfort to my eyes. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! The first session cost about $80 (since I was a referral) and afterwards, I believe the fill is about $65, both of these prices are not including tip. Being a newbie, I am glad that the lashes were not as heavy as I anticipated (like falsies) and pretty doable for daily wear. I got them done before a trip to Hawaii and I'm pretty glad how my pictures turned out! It was pretty nice to have long and noticeable lashes, after living my whole life with short and straight lashes. One thing to note is that like all lash extensions, they do require daily maintenance and cleaning. And also, if you're a natural eye-rubber, like myself, it'll be tough to build constraint to not touch your eyes!!! I think that was the hardest thing for me. They last about 3-4 weeks depending; you'll notice when there's chunks of your lashes missing... For the maintenance and price (a fill is needed every month) and I usually drive an hour to see Lanna, I will probably just stick to mascara for now. It is definitely worth it for special events and trips though!
