Today I went to get my brows done specifically threaded. When I walked in I was greeted by a lady doing someone else's brows. Shortly after I was help by a different lady she was nice and took her time. While I was getting them done the other girl was paying for her eyebrow service. The worker asked cash or card she said card and the worker proceeded to say her total was 12 dollars. Once the other worker was done with my brows she asked me cash or card. I said card today then she told me my total was 13 dollars because of the card fee. I was a little confused because the girl before me paid 12 and paid in card. I didn't say anything I just paid the 13 dollars but it is illegal to charge card fees especially on debit cards. Not to mention I've been to this place multiple times and paid 12 when using my card. I don't mind leaving a tip but it did rub me the wrong way. read more

Queens is 1/2 thread salons that I go to for my brows, they haven't disappointed me! I like to keep a full-straight brow & they're pretty good about doing just that I got a Henna tattoo bc I felt like it, if you're familiar then you know the longer you let it stain, the longer it'll last! read more

Price for lashes should be cheaper as it seems the lash tech is fairly new based on isolation of my lashes. Also the price for their fills are more than 50% of half a full set. Based on the techs experience they should consider lowering their prices. Chair is comfortable & space is quiet unless the other tech is also lashing someone. read more

I love the new facial room! My facial today with Rekha , was amazing. If you have ever had your eyebrows threaded by her, you will already know what I mean, because she gives you a mimi eye area facial at the end. This is what made me want to try a facial with her. I usually go here for my eyebrows but today I decided to add a facial by Rita & I'm glad I did. I will now get both anytime I'm hoping to look refreshed. I walked out completely glowing. I want to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at the salon, especially since I've been a loyal customer for four years. Generally, I have positive feedback, but there have been instances of passive-aggressive behavior from some staff. Today, I arrived at 11:30 for my usual thread face treatment, and the older lady with long hair who attended to me rushed through the process. As a result, I came home with several cuts on my face, which is unacceptable. I've noticed that the younger ladies are much more respectful, attentive to my requests, and provide quality service without rushing. This is the second time I've been assisted by the older lady, and both times, she seemed hurried to the point of causing me discomfort. I highly recommend that others avoid her for threading services. read more

I recently visited Eyebrow Queen Salon and was disappointed with their hygiene practices. The staff did not wash their hands or use hand sanitizer between customers, raising concerns about sanitation. Additionally, they did not wear masks during close-contact services like eyebrow and upper lip threading. During my upper lip threading, the technician was breathing heavily just inches from my face, which was particularly uncomfortable since I couldn't wear a mask during the procedure. Given the ongoing concerns about flu and COVID-19, I believe implementing proper hand hygiene and mask-wearing protocols would significantly enhance the safety and comfort of their clients.
