The worker asked cash or card she said card and the worker proceeded to say her total was 12 dollars. Once the other worker was done with my brows she asked me cash or card. I said card today then she told me my total was 13 dollars because of the card fee. I was a little confused because the girl before me paid 12 and paid in card. I didn't say anything I just paid the 13 dollars but it is illegal to charge card fees especially on debit cards. Not to mention I've been to this place multiple times and paid 12 when using my card. I don't mind leaving a tip but it did rub me the wrong way.

It's not clear how much each service is and I didn't see a pricing list in store. There's a 10% discount for first-time visitors but somehow I still paid the same as another customer who got a gel mani/pedi when I only did a gel mani. My son's pores "can beathe". She's thorough w extractions, but she has really nice technique with her facials so you leave feeling quite relaxed. More recently, she got me started with pilates. She also teaches at her pilates studio, which is an extension of the spa a couple blocks away. Her new studio is airy, bright, spacious, has a beautiful mural and very nice brand new reformers. I had never done pilates or used a reformer, but Chris has been patient and taught me a lot. Chris's classes are very popular, but other instructors are great as well.
