I've been visiting this place since 2017, and over the years I've seen many staff members come and go. There were some really great ladies here before, but most of them left. Since I'm comfortable with this place, I continued coming here regularly. Unfortunately, the lady who usually does threading on weekends has been quite rude and rushes through the process without caring about customer comfort. It often feels painful and unpleasant, but because weekends are the only time I'm usually free, I didn't have many options. Today, since I have a function tomorrow, I visited on a weekday -- Tuesday -- and met someone wonderful named Sabreen. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She actually fixed my eyebrows, which had been damaged previously, and took the time to do everything properly and gently. Walked past this spot on my way to get lunch at Applebee's. Noticed that the was one possession in the chair and 2 waiting. I made a note to self that if it was not packed after I had lunch, I stop in. I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in a little minute because I did not like the way that other places threaded on 2-3 occasions since moving here. They always make them uneven. However, Sudha (Women pictured below) did a quick and amazing job. She was even understanding to it hurting a little bit due to it being awhile since I last had them threaded. I used to go to this location quite often, but haven't gotten my eyebrows threaded since before COVID started (back in 2019). Back then, I was so excited to find a local eyebrow threading location (I used to have to drive to Berkeley every time). I finally went back yesterday and was pleased with the results. There was a bit of a wait (only one person is working). She was responsive to my feedback. My only disappointment was that they used to have a card tracking a number of visits and then provided a free service, but they longer offer this. I have a card, but didn't have it with me. She said she would honor the free service. The prices have gone up a bit-- it was $14 + tip. See pictures attached! read more

customer service was terrible she didn't say a word to me when I came in. she had a client while I was waiting she offered her aloe vera. she asked her if her brows were okay before charging her. when it was my turn I asked for a clean up and keep them thick. when she finished she just walks away to the register. didn't even tell me she was done. she didn't pluck them either to shaped them. she didn't give me the small mirror or even asked me if they were okay?? and of course didn't offer any aloe vera. when I went to the register. she was just on her phone the entire time she wouldn't even LOOK AT ME. ridiculous read more

Absolutely amazing service and quality. I went in for a clean up for my lips and eyebrows. They did an amazing job with great prices ( cheaper for what im used to paying). For my lip and brows it was 20$. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they helped me clean up a bit of my forehead as the threader noticed i had fuzz that were a bit too long and helped me clean it up. They were quick too! I was in and out in 15 mins. And let me tell you, i haven't gotten a clean up since last October! While i was there, there were a steady stream of clients. When one leaves, another come in. Second time I've been here and it's probably gonna be my go to spot from now on. I was in desperate need of a clean up. Showed up, waited for my turn while the miss was finishing up her customer at the time. Got a very nice clean up done, I can tell she was shifting the hairs up and down a few times to get a nice line on the top and bottom of my brow. Even went in with the scissors to cut down a few over due long hairs . Asked if I wanted some Aloe Vera for the redness and applied it on after getting done seeing the end result ! She didn't make them thin like a lot of others tend to do, JUST a clean up and shaped my brow how it naturally is. read more

I went into this place to get my brows cleaned up. I like full brows because my hair is thick, and full brows also give a more youthful appearance. I walked out with pencil thin 1990s brows. I was horrified when she gave me the mirror and saw what she had done to me. HOW DARE YOU totally reshape my eyebrows and not even discuss it with me. I said, "my eyebrows are so thin!" To which she replied, "it's just a little clean up." No... no it isn't. I'll now have to wait several months, probably six months, for my eyebrows to fully grow back in. I went in today to get my eyebrows shaped. I have naturally thick eyebrows that just need maintenance with the shape. the girl working there today, not only did not ask the thickness, she took it upon herself to give me skinny early 2000's style eyebrows! wtf I am upset because this is not what I wanted. I have been meaning to try out this place for a few weeks now, and I am glad I did! It is extremely affordable, $10 for eye brow threading compared to the $18 I pay for waxing. I was able to be seen right away as a walk in and the entire session took less than 5 minutes. I told Puja, the young lady working, things I like for my eyebrows and she listened and made them amazing! My arches are beautiful and the lines are cleaner than waxing. Right away I was getting compliments on my eye brows - one of which was by the lady who normally waxes them. I will definitely be going back when its time to get them done again! read more

I don't know her name, but the sweet lady that works here pointed out that if I trusted her, she could fix my eyebrows. Something told me to trust her, and I'm so glad I did. Even with a line of people waiting, she worked slowly and had me check her progress step by step to make sure I was happy. I came here for henna and my first eyebrow threading and Srija was awesome she was very nice and helpful in helping us decide on a henna design! My sis found them when they first open and told me about it. We made an appointment to come at 5pm on 4th of July she was pretty busy by herself and she tried her best to take care of the customer that came in. Of course the henna took long but we was able to help her handle her eyebrows customer first and then she would take her time to perfect our henna!!! I loved my first henna!!! A disappointment. For convenience, I decided to stop by and try this place out. One person was in the chair and I'm next, but the service seemed slow. When I was next I said brows only. She did my lips anyways. Okay... maybe she didn't hear me or I really needed one. No worries. After she was done, my brows didn't match. One straight and one arched. I request for her to fix it and now the straight one is thinner than the arched one. I mentioned it and she tried fixing it again. I give her credit for being patient and fixing it to my liking. However, I am afraid she is making it worse everytime I asked. It's okay. It will grow back. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. read more

If the girl just listen to me, I probably wouldn't be writing a bad review. My eyebrows are completely messed up, one is longer then the other, one is thinner. Seriously the girl Shanjera (idk how to spell her name) did an awful job. She should not be doing eyebrows. I walked in asked if she had time to do eyebrows she said yes sat me down, I was trying to explain to her that I have Alopecia which is a disease where I lose hair, so one eyebrow is of course going to be thinner but that doesn't mean you make both eyebrows thin. Anyways she didn't even let me speak before she started on my eyebrows. She just went at my eyebrows like Edward scissor hands and cut me. This was my first visit and my last visit , I would advise not to come here, unless you want your eyebrows messed up. I tried this place on a fluke. My brows are thin and I typically fill them in. So I go to get my brows threaded. She didn't wipe off the makeup on my eyebrows. It was one of the most painful brow threading experience I had ever had (I've had my brows threaded at least 50 times), and when I got home, I found out why.
