Shortly after I was help by a different lady she was nice and took her time. While I was getting them done the other girl was paying for her eyebrow service. The worker asked cash or card she said card and the worker proceeded to say her total was 12 dollars. Once the other worker was done with my brows she asked me cash or card. I said card today then she told me my total was 13 dollars because of the card fee. I was a little confused because the girl before me paid 12 and paid in card. I didn't say anything I just paid the 13 dollars but it is illegal to charge card fees especially on debit cards. Not to mention I've been to this place multiple times and paid 12 when using my card. I don't mind leaving a tip but it did rub me the wrong way.

Tran was my girl and she took the time to explain everything, helped me choose the right style for my eyes, and made sure I felt good before starting. She drew the liner 4-5 times to make sure I was satisfied and my eyes looked even (one eye is bigger than the other). During the tattoo period, she was extremely patient and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The results look natural and flattering--exactly what I wanted. With proper upkeep/cleaning my lashes last a good 3-4 weeks before I need a fill, but even then I was still left with a majority of the extensions retained and it still look great/presentable.
