Tran was amazing from start to finish and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. I have been wanting to get this service done for a while but social media had me pointed towards Sacramento area and I was not about to make the drive, especially the drive back after something near my eye. I was lucky to find Lash Stop over another service app I use. Tran was my girl and she took the time to explain everything, helped me choose the right style for my eyes, and made sure I felt good before starting. She drew the liner 4-5 times to make sure I was satisfied and my eyes looked even (one eye is bigger than the other). During the tattoo period, she was extremely patient and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The results look natural and flattering--exactly what I wanted. I love waking up with my eyes already looking defined and honestly this saved me 10 minutes getting ready everyday. Highly recommend Lash Stop & Glow Bar if you're considering permanent eyeliner. I love seeing Tran ONCE A YEAR! Because only once a year, will I find the time to care about myself and commit to getting pretty lashes put on by Tran. Typically, it's for an event or vacation and it always makes me feel so pretty and wake up feeling "ready to take on the world" with confidence. I ask for my lashes to look natural but pretty and she does them beautifully everytime. My favorite part- is she puts a warm blanket on me while I close my eyes and she does her lash magic on me! I'm very low maintenance and Tran never judges me for it. I don't even come back in to to get my lashes removed. After four weeks, they begin to shed and they just fall out one by one they still look nice. Longevity is great. I think next service I would like to try is a "lash lift", where she utilizes my existing lashes and gives it a baby perm and voilà, they can look nice and pretty for two months! Having recently moved to the area, I was looking for a new brow & lash place. I scheduled a brow & side burn waxing appointment first as I wasn't in need of a lash lift yet. Parking is not too challenging - there's a small lot right in front and plenty of street parking. Lash Stop & Glow Bar is on the 2nd floor - just take a flight of stairs, turn right and down the hall is where they are with a noticeable sign. Ivy was the person who worked on me, and she has the sweetest, gentlest personality and hands. She made sure the wax wasn't too hot, and accommodated my requests for how I wanted my brows to be shaped and level of removal on the sideburns. The place is quiet, clean and peaceful. My last lady that I've been go to for the last 6 years decided to close shop to take care of her babies so I have to browsing around. I book appointment with Tran after trying another lash tech on the island. I know Tran and Hong is my go-to lash tech soon after my first lash appointment with them!! You can tell how passionate and proud Tran is when she talks about her work. That makes me feel confident about her knowledge in her with different lengths of the lashes, techniques to different eye shapes and the unique needs of each clients. Their lash beds have the similar setup as a doctor's office. They use disposable paper covers. Their tools are well organized. Hong did my lashes. During the process, Hong gives my lashes a bath and rinse with warm water. Then pat dry with tissue. Before she begins, she wipe my lashes with light alcohol. Hong check in with me and make sure I feel comfortable throughout the process. She is very gentle and attention to detail. She checks back on my left eye while working on my right eye to make sure both eyes look natural and evenly. Tran is also telling me that in next filling, we can do more custom designs if I want. Overall, I'm satisfied with how lightweight my eyes feel, how sanitized and organized they are.
