After that, I submitted two more requests over the course of two weeks and received absolutely no response or confirmation. At this point, I already paid for the service, so I kept trying. Then they said the machine was broken and needed repair so I had to wait even longer. As for the actual tattoo removal experience, I would not recommend going here. I'm only sharing my experience so others can make a more informed decision. I had two sessions done and was given very little aftercare information other than to avoid sun and soap. I later found out icing the area is also important, but that was never mentioned to me. I had very bad blistering! I never went back for my third session even though it was already paid for. After my treatments, I developed severe scarring. I now have a permanent scar in the exact shape of the tattoo lettering, which means the tattoo can never be fully removed. Because of the damage, I stopped treatments and spent over a year trying to heal the area. After 2 years the scar is still very noticeable. I will say all the staff here were very friendly and professional. Just don't come here for tattoo removal.
