The process was only 2 and a half hours for lashes and micro blading. Andrea chose the best color for my brows. It's quite painful to be honest but my new eyebrows look amazing! I'm glad that I've decided to go for microblading & definitely satisfied with Andrea's service. She's nice & very professional. My natural eyebrows are still there, she just trimmed and cleaned the hair around it. The feather like strokes made it look real and not inked. Just got my brows done yesterday by Andrea with the 3D hairstroke tattoo and I love them so much! :) They're still pretty dark since they are very fresh but I was also very surprised at how nice they looked right off the bat. Love my new lashes! Got the volume option. Absolutely love it. My eyes are almond shaped and so small, I need a lot of lash to make em pop. It took about 2 hours because Andrea is a perfectionist. Very little discomfort ( the typical kind you encounter, when getting your extensions done ). One of my eyes was irritated for about 30 minutes afterward. Customer Service: Andrea is great, communicating with her to make an appointment is easy and she is very accommodating if you need her on certain dates or times. During the whole appointment it's not awkward at all and the conversation keeps going as you are getting your lashes done! Unfortunately I haven't gone in a while because I have been busy going in and out of the country but I do plan to go back once settled back in. So I was very scared to do this at first. I had a bad eyebrow tattoo job many years ago so I had lost hair and my skin was now pink. Andrea did my first session and to be honest I was shell shocked. They were very different and much thicker than usual. She assured me once the swelling went down and they lightened a bit I would be ok. Well I was and I absolutely LOVE my brows. The shape is great. I did have to return for my follow up to fill in a couple spots that needed to be darker and she also perfected the shape more. The best part is they look like real hair. Not only do I love my brows but my husband has commented on multiple occasions about how good they look. It saves me about 15-120 minutes a day not having to draw or fill my brows. My only issue is although her work is amazing, every time I come (4 times total) she is running behind, once it took so long I had to leave for fear of missing a following appointment. Another I rescheduled because of the wait. Today again I've been waiting for an hour. She either needs longer appointments or more pad time in between. It's very unprofessional. I understand emergencies happen but for it to happen every time tells me it's poor time management not just unexpected occurrences. read more

I gave my lashes a break for a few months, however, I have another vacation coming up so I decided to book an appointment with Andrea. I haven't been to her new location prior to Saturday, but when I showed up, I didn't realize how nice of a location it was! It is such a spacious studio and I love how Andrea put up a divider to make it private. I had such a pleasant experience again. Andrea is such a friendly and easy going person. I'm never uncomfortable and I feel like she makes the experience as smooth as possible. I have difficult lashes where they are straight but Andrea was able to fulfill my wish of using a certain type of curl lashes. I've been looking to get my eyebrows Microbladed/Embroidered/3D for some time now. When I came across LashTopia I was excited that her work examples looked great and the price was decent. I booked my appointment via the phone with Andrea and she seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. The morning of my appointment Andrea text me to confirm and I responded letting her know i would be there. She gave me the address of the location but didn't explain once I got there the place would be hard to find. I was happy I gave myself some time because I hate being late. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and no one was there. 10 minutes after my appointment time (I had been there for 25 minutes) I got a text from Andrea saying "Let me know if you are here, I came out for some fresh air." I HIGHLY doubt that she some how slipped by without me seeing her... she was OBVIOUSLY late to the appointment. Ok no big deal. Things happen, I just hate being lied to. When she finally gets upstairs she's friendly and starts a nice conversation while drawing in my brows. We finally reach the shape I want and she gets started. During the process she stopped many times and was texting and laughing. It made me feel uncomfortable. This is very unprofessional. In between she would ask me questions about myself and obviously wasn't listening because she would then start laughing at the comedian she was texting. She ends up finishing and I was unhappy with the shape. She told me that we would add the shape when I had my touch up appointment. (I guess... It felt good to finally have some eyebrows so I tried not to complain much) Fast forward a month to my touch up appointment, i honestly was hesitant at this point because my last interaction was uncomfortable but I really was impressed by her work examples so I wanted to give her another shot. I was walking out the door to leave for my appointment and I get a text from Andrea pushing my appointment out an hour. Ok, not bad. I hadn't left yet. So I waited around a bit and again arrived 15 minutes before my updated appointment time. ONCE AGAIN SHE WAS LATE TO THIS APPOINTMENT. Ugh. At this point I'm ready to get my eyebrows finished and find someone else when I need my next touch up. She does my touch up and shows me in the mirror. I clarify again that I wanted more of an arch and to fill in the inner parts of my brows. She then tells me that she needs to remind herself that just because she likes something doesn't mean her clients will. Ok. Ok. At this point I try and not get irritated. I mean, maybe I'm just frustrated with her unprofessional demeanor during our appointment and her tardiness so I'm easily frustrated. She finished my shape and I loved the look. All in all I am very satisfied with the way my brows look! I just wish that Andrea was a bit more professional, attentive and punctual. Because of those reasons I will be looking for a new Brow Specialist for my next touch up. But, if you can look past those things, I definitely recommend Andrea for your brows! read more

I just moved to CV and needed a new eyelash technician. I have had my lashes done on and off for 6 years. Based on reviews i came to see Andrea. She was running behind, like 45 min behind, I should have left but I didn't. She spent 30 min applying my lashes, which is insanely short. At first the lashes looked ok but they weren't very comfortable and I couldn't understand why. Turns out that the lashes were clumped together and instead of applying the glue to the whole lash she just did glue "dots". Some of the lashes were actually attached to my eyelid.
