It's a relaxed atmosphere where they offer you a blanket when lying down. Kudos! The Lash Lounge encourages monthly subscription at much lower prices than one time appointments on eyelash extensions. I never have to wait before an appointment. I've always been seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. And they've always been able to squeeze me in if I need to come sooner than my scheduled appointment time. There's different levels of lash artists depending on skill level. You do end up paying a bit more for a Master Stylist. The Lash Lounge has an array of lash options from Classic Eyelash Extension Set to Hybrid and even Mega Volume sets. I've tried all these looks and I must say my favorite is their Hybrid Set. It's a mix of Volume Lashes and Classic Lashes. Your technician will give you options on lash looks such as a "cats eye." You also get to pick if you want curlier lashes or more natural. For value and price I've always gotten consistent lash looks paired with lots of compliments. read more

Claudia is the best! She is so kind, friendly, and an expert at what she does! She truly listens to your vision and executes it. The front desk is also very kind. They are rated 5/5 stars! My only concern is the business/policy aspect of it. They will charge you full price of your service if you cancel within 24 hours (even for emergency reasons) BUT can cancel your appointment within 24 hours without any penalty on their end. Reagan is an AMAZING Senior Lash Artist. She is super sweet and friendly with a very professional attitude. She always made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment, a lot of times I even fell asleep! She has the gentlest touch, and there was no stinging or irritation. Disappointing & feels scammy (admin/process, not stylists) I've been here 3 or 4 times. The stylists were fine--my issue is the administration, which feels borderline scammy. They quietly charged $75 a couple days before the appointment with no system email/text receipt or notification--only a phone mention. Then they've called last-minute to reschedule (about an hour before), and again no written confirmation, no updated reminders, nothing. After they rescheduled my last appointment, I had a work emergency and couldn't make it. Ten minutes after the appointment time, they called to just ask why I was a no-show, and then they just charged me the full service amount anyway--zero grace. It honestly feels like they want you to miss so they can charge you. They also push subscriptions/reviews nonstop, and now I'm getting weekly "we miss you" emails. Never again. There are plenty of better lash places nearby that communicate clearly and don't play billing games. read more

I initially wanted to get eyelashes, but when I was reading their website they had "eye lash curl". What? Since I actually have pretty decent eyelashes I opted for that instead of false ones. The services provided are fine however the owner/management are very poor. Almost every appointment I made they tried to reschedule for another time frame. When my husband got ill & I wasn't able to use my credits they said "sorry we are a franchise so we'll keep the money you paid upfront for services not performed". Lesson learned but you would think they would have some compassion for a customer that was visiting repeatedly for 2 + years. When an illness happens within your family, getting your lashes done is not a priority - but keeping your $600 certainly is a priority to the owner. Especially when they only give you 60 days to use those credits. read more

Have a hybrid membership wanted to upgrade to mega. Also I have colored lashes in the corners of my eyes. They don't carry colored lashes so instead of replacing them with black she left it like it was. Scarce and thin on the corners and the mega volume looks like a regular volume. Very unsatisfied.
