Puja Eyebrow Threading - Eight Years of Perfect Brows I realized this morning, sitting in Puja's chair that I've never written a review and she deserves that I do. I've been seeing Puja for over eight years and she is my eyebrow technician/guru for a reason. On my very first visit, I explained that I have a flat mole at the base of my left brow. Most techs start on the right; when they do, the left brow ends up shaped around the mole so it shows. When I fill them in, the left always looks wider than the right creating uneven eyebrows. Puja heard me and always starts on my left every single time. She shapes so the mole sits inside my brow line. No reminders needed as she remembered from day one. That level of attention is rare. My experience is always warm and easy. No matter how busy it is, Puja greets me with a smile and a hello that feels like walking into a friend's home. She even remembers my henna tint color without asking. Her team is excellent, but I'll always choose her hands; she blends precision with a natural, face-flattering shape that grows in beautifully between visits. I came here for the first time today and Puka did a great job! This place is inside the plaza where Starbucks and Fitness 19 is. There is usually plenty of parking. Eyebrows only is $10 which is pretty normal for most eyebrow threading places. I called one hour before to make an appt. When I got there, there was one person ahead of me who had been waiting and she politely asked if it was ok for me to wait while she finished her, which was totally fine. She did a great job! I asked her not to make my eyebrows thin. Just clean and shape. They look amazing! I am excited about this new place. Puja was very sweet. I will be back! read more

This review is long overdue. Puja eyebrow threading is amazing. I have been coming to Puja, the sweetest woman, to do my eyebrows for years. Originally located off of Clayton Rd. She now has a cute shop with two seats and benches for those that are waiting. The place is well kept and you are always greeted at the door. She does a great job and listens to requests as well as talks with you. I took my boyfriend there and it was his first time and Puja was so kind to him while he was whining making it harder for her to work but she had no problem! read more

I've been plucking my own eyebrows my whole life because I never trusted someone enough to be responsible for the center of my face. She's so good i don't mind driving every week to Concord to get my eyebrows done by her ! Her place is super clean , nice , she is just excellent ! I love my eyebrows after coming here. She brought my eyebrows back. I usually do them myself but I got lazy. It was the best decision to come to her. Highly disappointed in just basic service. The first I tried this shop, she was very friendly and accommodating to both me and my daughter, her work was ok for a light clean up. I decided to try her again, and today there a couple people ahead, but this time she didn't even greet or acknowledge me even as I sat and waited for almost 15 mins before another client walked in and she ecstatically greeted them. I am a WOC and this offended me as the other clients in the shop looked like her. I would not recommend or return Again. read more

I would not even have given one star to this place as the girl who did my eyebrow didn't know her job. Messed up my eyebrows twice in a row and attitude was not good either. My natural eyebrows are thick enough. She removed most of them n didn't even made my brows the same. Shape was different. I look not me. I myself is a threader so I know what exactly she did. Puja used to work at the threading salon on Clayton Rd that I used to go to when I lived in Concord. I came back to visit and saw a threading place that opened down the street from me only to find out that she started her own threading place. This place is definitely cleaner and nice than the salon on Clayton Rd and many other threading places in Concord. As always, Puja was kind and took her time threading my whole face. It was also reasonably priced. It's so awesome to see her start her own business! If you're looking for a threading place, try this out.
